Sex offense by medical practitioners has been occurring continuously in Korea leading to not only patients but the general public expressing anxiety and increased distrust in the medical field. The government has been pushing ahead with the legislation or revision of law to increase the penalties on sexual offenders in response to requests for a stricter legal framework to address sex offense cases and has expressed a strong commitment to actively resorting to administrative corrective measures towards sexually offending medical practitioners. Unlike such an overall social atmosphere, the Judiciary that is in charge of applying the law seems not to perceive the seriousness of sex offense cases committed by medical practitioners. A doctor who had sexually assaulted a middle school female student during medical treatment at a pediatric hospital was found innocent by the supreme court, which was a ruling in direct contrast to overall public sentiment. As such, this study seeks to analyze the precedent on cases involving sex offense by medical practitioners with a focus on the above-mentioned case and present implications. The study seeks to dispel distrust in the overall medical field by addressing the gap in legal interpretation towards sex offense committed by medical practitioners and thus provide basic data that can help the general public receive quality medical services in a safer environment.

Continue to have an increasingly violent crimes against children every year, and as you know all seriousness is classified as a felony. However, efforts to reduce the underlying crime is low. Therefore, it is necessary to solve this problem, the security system. Is to protect the children and adults that exist that can pose a threat to children to identify and monitor tracking method in this paper. Was based on a Korean standard body size of a person, such as keys, arm length, leg length, head vertical length, head width proposed method. Also, separate the adults and children through the comparison of the reference value, the ratio and the ratio of the number of pixels of the detected object, the proposed method. Processing speed is fast because it detects only a specific object region in the entire image in the handling method in the proposed method the five nine minutes. The advantage is to enable comparison of the specific object, through which there is.

This article aims to explore the possibility of forgiving among serious juvenile offenders placed in correctional facilities, as an alternative to current correctional approaches. The definition, characteristics, and misconceptions of forgiveness were outlined, and the two major models of forgiveness were introduced. The differences between the two concepts of forgiveness in psychological literature and in restorative justice were addressed. Based on the prior studies on the prevalence of adverse childhood experiences in serious juvenile delinquents and a recent forgiveness project conducted in a maximum-security prison, it was argued that it would be possible for a small number of serious juvenile offenders in correctional facilities to forgive someone who did injustice in the past, which would result in an improvement in the outcomes of correctional education and treatment. Some limitations of this article and the need of further studies were pointed out as well.

지난 7월 10일 MBC뉴스 데스크는 가짜 지폐도 입수하는 '눈먼 자판기' 실태를 고발 취재해 큰 반향을 불러 일으켰다. 지폐식별기의 생명이 품질 신뢰성인데 위폐에 뻥뻥 뚫리는 제품들이 유동되고 있다는 사실은 충격적이었다. 이같은 현상은 자판기에 대한 큰 불신을 초래할 뿐만 아니라 모방범죄 및 조직적 위폐 확산을 불러일으킬 가능성이 크다는 점에서 심각한 문제가 아닐 수 없다. 그 동안 지폐식별기 분야가 품질에 대한 신뢰성을 철저히 검증하지 못하고 양적인 시장 확대에만 매달린 폐단이 비로소 나타나고 있는 것이다. 그나마 다행이라면 위폐문제가 일찌감치 공론화가 되어 산업계가 품질에 대해 경각심을 가질 수 있게 되었다는 점이다. 제품이 우후죽순처럼 깔린 상항에서 문제가 불거지면 걷잡을 수 없는 상황에 빠질 수 있지만, 산업계는 이제라도 적극적인 대책을 마련한다면 전화위복의 기회로 삼을 수가 있다. 협회에서도 사태의 심각성을 반영, 산업계의 현명하고도 신속한 대응을 위해 자판기 관련 업체를 대상으로 "신권용 지폐식별기 '위변조 지폐 사용 확산방지'를 위한 협조 요청" 공문을 발송했다. 산업계가 위변조 지폐 입수 사태에 대해 적극적인 대응책을 모색하려면 현재의 문제점에 대한 엄밀히 진단하는 것이 우선시되어야 한다. 불거진 위변조 지폐 입수 실태의 면면을 살펴보고, 산업계가 어떠한 대책을 마련해야 하는 지를 진단했다.

The present paper was to explore the attitude of middle and high school students for Won-jo-kyo-je which, recently, has been a social issue. The present authors would like to, at first, suggest that it needs to be social consensus about Won-jo-kyo-je as a adolescent's prostitution in Korean society. Nowadays, Won-jo-kyo-je is socially issued and bring into legal problem. Thus, we tried to investigate the properties of Won-jo-kyo-je through analysing student's awareness about it and concluded that it is the same as prostitution.

This study has aware of the seriousness of public official. and come up with an effective counterplan about public official. This research is a study on previous research on government and officer crime. And understanding is the status about public official. It proposed ways to solve the problem Drunk driving is illegal to drive a vehicle while drunk act. Drunk driving is likely the potential to cause a traffic accident. As a result, drinking and driving is decreasing since the mid-2000s. The cause of the change is to strengthen social awareness, regulations for drunk driving. and public official was decreased. However, it did not disappear. Cause of drunk driving is wrong, such as dinners and cultural distrust of the deputy driving, drinking after misjudgment on his physical condition. public official is a bigger influence. It is a social problem. Personally great damage to organization. Therefore, this study is an analysis of international practices and domestic best practices. Officials drunk driving drunk driving prevention measures are proposed to strengthen preventive measure, it is proposed the organization of internal control measures, union officials supporting the improvement of company dinner.

There occur various crimes in cyber space hiding behind anonymity to avoid punishment by criminal law. One of the most serious crimes committed in cyber space is defamation against others under the cloak of freedom of expression. The infringements by defamations in cyber space are made all of a certain and widespread that the victims have no time to react, and for that reason, the shocks by the defamation are much serious and severe compared with that committed in off line. However, press and publication shouldn't infringe on other's honors, right, public order or social ethics in liberal democrat society which values much the human dignities and values as stipulated in Article 21 section 4 of the Constitution. Protection of personal honor is also the basic rights guaranteed by the Constitution as much as the freedom of expression, and by extension, such harmful behaviour shouldn't be included in the freedom of expression area. In this way, slander can be considered as the minimum limitation of the freedom of expression.

대부분의 공공기관과 기업에서 개인정보가 포함된 문서를 마스킹 처리하여 온라인상에 게재하고 있다. 이 때, 여러 검색 엔진에서 특정 키워드를 통한 검색 결과를 통해 개인정보가 포함된 문서들이 대량으로 노출되고 있으며 마스킹 처리가 된 정보라 하더라도 2개 이상의 부가 정보들을 조합해서 개인을 특정할 수 있는 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 이를 통해 얻은 개인정보와 개인을 특정할 수 있는 정보는 다양한 범죄 피해를 발생시킬 우려가 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 검색 엔진과 온라인상에서 노출되고 있는 개인정보가 포함된 문서들을 탐지한다. 그 후 발견된 문서들의 통계와 조사를 통해 온라인상에 노출 중인 개인정보와 가명정보 등이 초래하는 피해의 심각성을 재고하고, 대안을 제시하고자 한다.

Buildings that have been long neglected can suffer severe durability reduction due to factors such as rebar rust and concrete quality deterioration resulting from exposure to outside air. Furthermore, the issues associated with these suspended buildings, including safety accidents, social crimes, and environmental pollution, are becoming increasingly serious. This study investigates the current status of these buildings in the Jeju area, identifies the problems, and examines the durability of the structure in a specific location to assess the possibility of future use. Aesthetic surveys(visual and slope inspections) as well as non-destructive tests(compressive strength tests, neutralization tests, and rebar detection tests) were conducted to assess durability. The analysis revealed that the structure maintained satisfactory durability and the building's condition was good in comparison to the years of neglect.

Recently, as the demand for Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) and artificial intelligence has increased, the seriousness of misuse and abuse has emerged. However, intelligent CCTV, which maximizes detection of abnormal behavior, is of great help to prevent crime in the military and police. AI performs learning as taught by humans and then proceeds with self-learning. Since AI makes judgments according to the learned results, it is necessary to clearly understand the characteristics of learning. However, it is often difficult to visually judge strange and abnormal behaviors that are ambiguous even for humans to judge. It is very difficult to learn this with the eyes of artificial intelligence, and the result of learning is very many False Positive, False Negative, and True Negative. In response, this paper presented standards and methods for clarifying the learning of AI's strange and abnormal behaviors, and presented learning measures to maximize the judgment ability of intelligent CCTV's False Positive, False Negative, and True Negative. Through this paper, it is expected that the artificial intelligence engine performance of intelligent CCTV currently in use can be maximized, and the ratio of False Positive and False Negative can be minimized..
