기존에 운영되고 있는 공공시설관리 시스템들을 효율적으로 관리하기 위해서는 유지관리 모형이 표준화되어 범정부EA 지원시스템에 목표아키텍처로 등록되고 더 나아가서는 범정부 표준시스템으로 만들어 필요한 기관에 보급할 필요가 있다. 이 연구에서는 도로, 터널, 철도 등 인프라 시설관리 정보시스템을 구축하는데 필수적인 성과참조모델을 범정부EA 관점에서 제시하였다. 제시한 참조모델을 기준으로한 자산관리모형 아키텍처 모습이 GEAP에 등록 관리 된다면 이것을 바탕으로 타 기관에서 향후 정보시스템을 구축할 때 사전에 파악하고 활용하도록 제안 할 수 있을 것이다.

In this paper, we will define comonotonically additive interval-valued functionals which are generalized comonotonically additive real-valued functionals in Schmeidler[14] and Narukawa[12], and prove some properties of them. And we also investigate some relations between comonotonically additive interval-valued functionals and interval-valued Choquet integrals on a suitable function space, cf.[9,10,11,13].

본 논문에서 우리는 범함수 회귀모형을 이용한 양파의 성장단계별 무게를 예측할 수 있는 새로운 통계적 추정방법을 제안한다. 여기서 우리는 풍속, 평균온도, 강우량, 일조량 그리고 습도 등 나타내는 환경요인들을 설명변수들로 사용하고, 양파의 성장단계별 무게를 반응변수로 사용하여 범함수 회귀모형을 적용하였다. 먼저 그래프분석과 상관분석을 통하여 우리는 일일 평균온도는 양파의 무게 증진에 가장 큰 양의상관이 있고, 풍속이나 습도 그리고 일조량들은 양파의 성장에 약간의 영향력이 있으며 강우량은 양파의 성장에 전혀 도움이 안됨을 알 수 있었다. 두 번째로 범함수 회귀 분석을 통하여 얻어진 각 환경요인들에 대한 회귀계수들의 그림을 통하여 우리는 양파의 성장 기간 동안에 이들의 무게를 향상시키기 위해서는 어떻게 환경요인들을 관리해야 되는 가를 알 수 있는 재배방법을 유도하였다.

공공시설 자산관리는 기존의 대응적 유지보수 개념의 시설물유지관리체계에서 예방적 유지보수 개념으로 전환한 시설물 유지보수의 새로운 개념이다. 기존에 운영되고 있는 공공시설관리 시스템들을 효율적으로 관리하기 위해서는 자산관리 모형이 표준화되어 범정부EA 지원시스템에 목표아키텍처로 등록되고 더 나아가서는 범정부 표준시스템으로 만들어 필요한 기관에 보급할 필요가 있다. 이 연구에서는 공공시설 자산관리 정보시스템을 구축하는데 필수적인 참조모델을 시스템의 상호운영성과 정보의 호환성을 확보하기 용이하도록 범정부EA 관점에서 제시하였다. 제시한 자산관리 참조모델이 GEAP에 등록 관리 된다면 이것을 바탕으로 타 기관에서 향후 정보시스템을 구축할 때 사전에 파악하고 활용하도록 제안 할 수 있을 것이다.

This study is aimed at analyzing the achievement criteria of cross-curricular Learning themes that can be linked to curriculums, and developing and applying the career reading programs focusing on the school library. For these purposes, first, a class model was designed in connection with reading education programs through cross-curricular Learning themes of 2015 revised curriculum. Second, the career reading classes in the areas of self-understanding, career exploration and career design have been held through a career reading class model for 137 middle school students in 5 classes for one semester. Third, the data to evaluate the career reading for the analysis of the study was constructed, and the qualitative study was conducted through of anecdotal records, multilateral observation on checklists and the analysis of action research. Lastly but not least, the materials regarding the list of books focusing on the career reading storytelling and the career mentor in a type of interests were presented, and the career reading education activities at the school field were suggested.

To understand the impact of typhoons on Gamji gravel beach Taejongdae in Busan, we carried out beach profiling using a VRS-GPS system and a Drone photogrammetry for the typhoons 'Kong-rey' invaded in October 2018 and 'Danas' in July 2019. In addition, grain sizes are analyzed to investigate the overall distribution pattern of gravels on the beach, and the beach topography is surveyed periodically to confirm the recovery rate of the beach. Grain-size analysis reveals that mean gravel sizes, in general, become finer from -6.2Φ to -5.4Φ towards the east in the seashore line direction. Variation in mean sizes is obviously observed in the cross-shore direction. Gravels in the swash zone are relatively fine about -4.5Φ in size and equant in shape, whereas the coarse and oblate gravels ranged from -5Φ to -6Φ are found in the berm. Gamji gravel beach particularly has two lines of berms: a lower berm situated facing beach and an upper berm about 10 m landward. After the typhoon Kong-rey passed by, about 1.4 m of severe erosion in upper berm occurred, and the berm eventually disappeared. On the backshore of the upper berm about 50 cm of erosion took place so that the elevation became lower. However, tangible erosion was not observed in the lower berm. When typhoon Danas hit, rated as mild storm, both upper and lower berm were eroded out. However, about 50 cm of deposition occurred only in the backshore. Only three days later, the new lower berm was formed, meaning that sedimentation rate must be high. This result indicates that Gamji gravel beach is recovered very fast from erosion caused by the typhoons when it is under the fair-weather condition even though beach morphology changes dramatically in a short period of time. Gravel beach is estimated to be or evaluated very resilient to typhoon erosion.

교통사고 예방뿐만 아니라 범세계적인 협력이 필요한 탄소배출 감축과 직결되어 있는 타이어의 '적정 공기압 유지 관리'라는 최근 그 중요성과 필요성이 날로 커지고 있으나, 운전자들의 타이어 공기압 관리에 대한 의식은 저조한 실정이다. 이러한 상황에서 타이어 적정공기압과 관련한 범국민적인 안전의식 제고를 기대할 수 있는 캠페인이 지식경제부에서 주관하고 대한타이어공업협회 및 에너지관리공단을 비롯한 관련 기관과 업체들이 참여하여 향후 6개월간 대대적으로 추진될 계획이다.

본 고는 유럽 정보통신 표준화 선도기관인 ETSI(European Telecommunications Standards Institute)에서 발간한 GMM(Global Multimedia Mobility) 보고서로 향후 2000년대의 멀티미디어 이동통신 기술의 전망과 관련 표준화 추진방향을 그 내용으로 한다. 이에 필자는 상기 보고서 내용을 중심으로 범유럽의 이동통신기술 현황과 향후 표준화추진 정책방향을 2회에 걸쳐 정리하고, 우리의 대응책을 점검하고자 한다.

해마다 3월만 되면 영국은 대규모 과학주간 행사로 전국이 떠들썩하다.5회째 개최되는 올해의 행사에는 3월13일부터 9일동안 전국서 5천여종의 행사가 차례로 펼쳐지며 1백50여만명의 국민이 참여했다. 명실상부한 범국민 과학대중화운동으로 공동사회의 모든 일원이 과학을 만나고 이해하는 좋은 기회가 되고 있다.
