하나의 제품이 생성되기 위해서는 다양한 원자재와 포장, 운송수단 및 보관시설이 요구된다. 이는 근거리뿐만 아니라 전세계적으로 존재하는 모든 원자재부터 해당 물품이나 상품이 소멸되는 시점까지 모든 흐름에 대한 비용을 제시해줄 수 있는 프로그램을 본 연구에서는 전반적인(General) 아웃라인을 제시하고자 한다.

In this paper, we analyze a cycle property embedded in pyramid graphs. We prove that it is always possible to construct diverse cycles of all lengths from 3 to ($4^N-1$)/3 by applying series of cycle expansion operations to the pyramid graph of height N. This means that the pyramid graph has the pancyclic property.

This study reinterprets the meaning of the record contents from the viewpoint of the record continuum to find ways to enhance the usability of records that are emphasized by the electronic record environments. In general, in academic discussions and practical examples, record contents are recognized as digital media produced by putting a high level of computer technologies and a big budget based on some records related to specific subjects. To enhance the usability of, and spread the meaning through, records, it is necessary to shift the awareness in record contents. For this purpose in Chapter 2, to grasp the meanings of the church records as well as the utilization direction, it is necessary to analyze the organization and function. Therefore, the analysis of the organization and function of the church was examined. In Chapter 3, this study attempted to find the meaning of the contents of church records in each dimension of the record continuum in relation to the mission of the church, which was identified through the organization and function analysis of the church. In Section 3, which corresponds to Dimension 4, the meaning of church record contents is diversified in society. In the end, this study suggests that the meaning and use value of records can be found in everyday life and can then be spread to society as well.

국내의 전력수요는 지속적으로 성장 하고 있으며, 더불어 전력산업도 대용량화, 고밀도화하고 있고 전력계통의 규모가 커짐에 따라 고장전류도 증가하고 있기 때문에 이로 인한 사회적 경제적 파급도 점차 증대되고 있다. 또한 최근에는 친환경 및 고신뢰도의 전력계통을 갖추도록 사회적 요구가 증가하고 있다. 이에 정부와 한국전력공사는 친환경적인 초전도 케이블과 초전도 한류기라는 신기술을 전력계통에 적용하여 운전함으로써 녹색기술의 사회적 요구에 부응하고, 미래 전력산업을 선도하고자, 국내최초로 초전도 전력기기 실계통 적용을 위하여 이천 변전소 초전도 시범사업을 정부지원으로 한국전력이 주관하고 제작업체가 참여하는 방법으로 추진하고 있다. 성공적인 초전도 전력기기의 실계통 적용을 위해서는 초전도 전력기기에 대한 실계통 운영시스템이 반드시 필요한데, 본 논문에서는 이천변전소에서 설치 운영될 22.9kV 초전도케이블과 22.9kV 초전도한류기의 실계통 병입과 관련하여 국내전력계통에서 운영하고 있는 SCADA 시스템과 호환할 수 있도록 계통운영자 관점에서 설계한 국내최초 초전도기기 실계통 운영모니터링시스템을 소개하고자 한다.

국내전력수요의 지속적인 성장과 더불어 전력산업의 대용량화, 고밀도화에 따른 친환경 고신뢰도의 전력계통 구성을 위하여 친환경 녹색기술의 초전도케이블이 실증시험을 통한 실계통 적용 사업이 이천변전소에서 정부지원으로 한전전력공사 주관으로 진행되고 있다. 그래서 향후 초전도 케이블이 실계통에 연계한 계통이 운용되는 것을 고려해야 하기 때문에 기존 전력기기와 협조하여 운영되기 위해서는 계통영향 분석이 필요하다. 특히 초전도케이블은 초전도성이라는 물리적인 특성 때문에 기존 계통해석과정과는 다른 계통 과도현상의 모델링이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 초전도케이블의 실계통 적용을 위해서 이천변전소에 시범 적용된 22.9kV 50MVA 500m 초전도케이블 계통을 대상으로 열적특성을 분석하고 안정적인 대규모 전력전송을 위해서 초전도 케이블을 열적특성으로부터 보호하기 위한 열동계전기(Thermal Protection Relay)의 운영방법과 적용방안을 소개하고자 한다. 향후 대용량 초전도케이블의 실계통 적용 확대를 고려한 열동계전기의 운영방법과 적용방안도 제시하고자 한다.

청소년 흡연률 세계2위, 아시아 1위, 활발히 확산되는 범사회적 금연운동에도 불구하고 청소년 흡연률은 오히려 늘면 늘뿐 줄어들지 않고 있는 상황이어서 이를 바라보는 국민의 심정이 안타깝기 그지없다. 사태가 이렇게 심각하게 된데는 여러 이유가 있겠지만 우리 사회가 너무 청소년 흡연을 방치하지 않았나 한번쯤 심각히 반성해야 할 부분이다. 청소년 흡연방지를 위한 보다 적극적이고 실효성 있는 정책과 성인들의 관심과 질타 등이 있었다면 상황은 분명 지금보다는 나아졌을 것이다. 지금보다 실효성 있는 청소년흡연 억제 정책이 시급한 상황에서 그 위기를 구원할 릴리프로 담배자판기를 등판시킨다면 과연 어떨까? 과거만 해도 담배자판기 청소년 흡연조장이라는 이유로 길거리에서 철수되어야 하는 아픔을 겪었고 아직도 그러한 오명으로부터 자유스러울 수 없는 상황이지만 산업계의 기술발달은 이제 과감하고 자신있게 등판을 자청할 상황이 되었다. 위기에 등판한 릴리프는 성인인식장치라는 강력한 강속구로 자신 있게 청소년 흡연증가라는 강타자를 삼진 아웃 시킬 수도 있는게 현상황인 것이다. 문제는 정부관련부처의 담배자판기를 보는 시각변화와 신뢰이다. 100%청소년이용을 차단할 담배자판기를 이용, 기존 유인 담배 판매 유통수단을 대체한다면 청소년 담배구입 루트를 근원적으로 차단할 비법이 있는 마당에 담배자판기를 언제까지나 색안경을 끼고 봐서는 안될 것이다. 이러한 취지 하에 협회에서는 대정부 관련부처 설득을 진행해 가고 있다. 최근에는 청소년보호위원회 홈페이지를 통해 '청소년 흡연 감소를 위한 실질적 대책에 대한 질의 및 제언' 이라는 제목으로 성인인식담배자판기의 적극 활용을 촉구하는 민원을 제출했다. 이제는 정부관련부처의 마인드 변화, 산업계 및 여론의 지지 등이 삼위일체가 되어야 하는 상황에서 온라인 상에 게재된 하기의 내용이 적극 호응과 지지를 받았으면 하는 바램이다.

MERS(Middle East Respiratory Syndrome), an acute and infectious viral disease with high fatality sneaked in South Korea in May 2016. Although MERS is officially declared to be exterminated in Korea by the date of December 24, it aroused a great panic throughout the country and remained many tasks requiring sincere deliberations and innovative actions. This study starts to summarize all that had been happening during first 7 months since last May, reconsider the whole process in light of disaster paradigm, analyze the causes and tasks of such turmoil under the framework of social medicine. It is wrapped up with the visions and prospect of the social medicine, an interdisciplinary approach that takes into account the expert knowledge of academia, administrative knowledge of government, media knowledge from traditional/new media and lay knowledge of civil society.

This article intends to establish a online service of oral history archives. Unlike common records, it is important to understand the contextual relation of oral history archives. The context of oral history archives can include the context of oral history contents in addition to the connection with records produced in the process of performing work function of agency which performs collecting oral history archives, and the connection between oral history archives formed in the process of collecting oral history archives. Therefore this article emphasizes that the context of oral history archives has an important role and function in on-line service of oral history archives by researching the plan for on-line service of oral history archives based on the context of oral history archives.

Much attention is being paid to social media because of their potentials to draw collective intelligence. In this context does this study attempt to draw some implications of social media as knowledge creation platform and suggest a conceptual framework of social media management. Information sharing among the public through social media literally produces profound influence throughout the society and thus not only business firms but all levels of public institutions, including government are seeking to take its advantage for various purposes such as public relations, crowd sourcing, etc. Especially considering that social media open the possibility of social knowledge creation platform in the Big Data era, this study is perhaps able to contribute to further development of social media management model together with a series of measuring indexes.
