In order to understand flow characteristics and flight mechanism of hummingbird's flapping flight, two-dimensional numerical analysis is carried out on the flapping motion of hummingbird, Selasphorus rufus. Hummingbird's flapping wing motion is realistically modeled from wind tunnel experimental data to perform numerical analysis. Numerical simulation shows that, as freestream velocity changes, wing trajectory is also adjusted and it substantially affects lift and thrust generation mechanism. According to this tendency, flight domain is separated as "low speed" and "high speed" regime, and each flight domain is studied for physical understanding. As a result, the lift generation during downstroke can be explained by the well-known effects, such as leading edge vortex effect, delayed stall, wake capture and so on. In addition, the lift generation during upstroke, the unique character of hummingbird, is also examined by detailed flow analysis. The thrust generation mechanism is investigated by examining the hummingbird's wing bone structure, vortex generation pattern and the resulting pressure gradient.

The film House of Hummingbird intersects Korean modern history and personal history through the eyes of a teenage girl, and closely explores how patriarchy and Korean capitalism leave traces and internal impressions on the growing up of the female subject. This film is a meaningful text in terms of showing what changes can occur when the subject is transformed from a boy to a girl in the narrative of growth and when a feminist point of view is entered. House of Hummingbird reveals the weakness of the patriarchal symbolic order through the gaze of a teenage girl in the episodic narrative composition, and also discovers the possibility of close relationships and bonds between women in the gaps. In particular, Yeong-ji, the main character girl Eun-hee's Chinese language school lecturer, is a new female character that has never been seen in Korean teenage films. As a result, in House of Hummingbird, we meet a new female subject who negotiates the pain of growth in a 'good enough' condition.

Purpose: Helicopter parenting is an emerging concept as a way of rearing adolescents and adult children. However, helicopter parenting from a nursing perspective has not been elucidated. Therefore, we undertook a concept analysis to understand the attributes, antecedents and consequences of helicopter parenting in the context of nursing. Methods: Using Rodgers' evolutionary concept analysis, we analyzed literature on helicopter parenting to discover critical attributes, antecedents, and consequences of this phenomenon. Data were collected from seven electronic search engines. Twelve studies matching inclusion criteria were reviewed. Results: Three core attributes of helicopter parenting were hovering, highly deep involvement, and proxy decision making. The antecedents and consequences were retrieved from three important domains including social, parent, and child aspects. Surrogate terms were black hawk, hummingbird, and hovercraft parenting, and related terms were stealth fighter and Kamikaze parenting. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, helicopter parenting has both positive and negative effects on both children and parents. To enhance the positive effects, measurement tools for helicopter parenting and nursing interventions on parenting need to be developed.
