The Baekjae Culture Festival was first held with the objective to re-explore and succeed the traditions of Baekjae culture based on history of Baekjae's seat of government, Gongju and Buyeo. It has contributed to the development of regional culture and establishment of cultural identity of local community with its pride as the leading historical cultural festival that introduces the history and culture of Baekje. However, the current Baekje Culture Festival as a historical and cultural festival is faced with a criticism as it is operated in the direction far from its initial purpose due to the lack of recognition in its significance and application. Therefore, the National Baekje Cultural Products Concours is held as part of various contests of Baekje Culture Festival in order to encourage the pride of Baekje history, draw international attention for the advanced and unique Baekje culture, develop innovative ideas for cultural products and grow the talents in design. The awarded work of this national concours is believed to be effective for the cultural contents industry. However, unlike its initial purpose, the concours has become a one-time exhibitionist event. Hence, through the analysis of general facts and case of domestic cultural products this thesis aims to find a way to utilize the National Baekje Cultural Products Concours in order to re-evaluate the history and culture of Baekje and enhance the public recognition through their viewing, consuming, promoting and experiencing of cultural products.

When it comes to a country's traditional ideas. that country's geographic setting and religious thought show the people's consciousness, and the characteristics of historic sites and relics show their cultural aspects. Our country has 5000-year cultural history. Especially, the Baekje cultural history created very remarkable relics in our history. With regard to Baekje's own patterns and workmanship, their ornaments were more focused on the beauty of soft and voluptuous curves than that of Goguryeo and Silla This study researched design characteristics of ornaments and symbolic aspects of the patterns by focusing on crowns, crowns' accessories, earrings, necklaces, chignon ornaments of the Baekje's ornaments, To put emphasis on Baekje's ornaments by comparing Baekje's ornaments with Goguryeo's and Silla's. This study collected data on Baekje's ornaments, and reviewed domestic references and specialty publications at the Buyeo National Museum, Gong-ju National Museum, home and abroad, and studied the images of Baekje's metal crafts and patterns through theses. Baekje had splendid and glorious artistic culture, but there are not many historical data and supportive relics left these days. Therefore, a lot of attention, researches and development on Baekje culture are needed. This study found that the ornaments of the Baekje era have not only ornament functions but also the people's creative mind. The culture contents in recent technological development and industrialization change people's recognition, and now they have interest in Baekje culture. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to widely popularize Baekje by studying the patterns of the Baekje era more and developing various and new designs.

Chungchong-namdo area is place that Baekje cultures are straggling. Many ruinses of grant exist and is having special quality of seeing area such as Muryeongwangreung, Busosanseong, Gongsansung as Baekje cultural areas' center with Kongju of Buyeo. More than goods that equip the area's color if see culture goods been selling in tourist resort that there are many resemblant goods that can see in any local and goods development is insufficient misgovernment. Tourists understand history of the area and culture through head relic of having wide knowledge official rank and master basic knowledge. This research proposes culture goods design that apply relic that is excavated in Baekje culture station as a way to based Chungchong-namdo area culture and keep another province station and discrimination. Meantime, interest about Baekje histories was lacking but interest about Baekje histories is decaying through movie or history drama etc. the latest. Hereupon, Chungchong-namdo area culture expects to be activated developing goods design that combine traditional culture and modem thing accomplishes with beauty appropriateness and formative.

This article is about the tradition and history of Baekjesooryukjae(Sooryukjae, one of the Buddhist ritual is called Baekjesooryukjae in Buyeo), which is conducted in Baekje Cultural Festival, the annual festival that is held in Buyeo. Buyeo was a place where various ritual books on Sooryukjae were published, and where Bumpae(Buddhist chants) were taught centering on Mooryang Temple. Based on this tradition, to comfort the lonely spirit of Baekje and pacify the three thousand court ladies, Sooryukjae started to be held 60 years ago. Baekjesooryukjae, unlike Sooryukjae of other regions, have the feature that it is held on the river. In Buyeo, where ritual books were published many times and where there was its own Buyeo education, Sooryukjae is assumed to have been handed down for a long time. Thanks to such historical tradition, Sooryukjae was held as a ritual of pacification in Baekje Cultural Festival. Baekjesooryukjae has unique characteristics. Baekjesooryukjae, which started with the proposal of the residents, shows off its status as the one and only water Sooryukjae that is currently existent, and it shows there are significant meanings depending on the changing venues of 재차 as well as the composition of 재차. It is a Sooryukjae with 60 year-long tradition and locality, history.

이번에 충남 천안 단국대학교 체육관에서 개최된 데이터베이스 쇼는 지난해 (주)충남저널사가 구축한 '백제문화종합정보'를 활용 충남 개도 100주년에 즈음하여 충남지역의 대표적 문화인 백제문화의 우수성을 기 구축된 하이텔 데이터베이스를 통해 충남도내 청소년들에게 알리고 아울러 정보세계(인터넷 등) 접촉기회가 적은 충남지역 청소년들이 하이텔을 통한 정보세계를 직접 체험할 수 있는 기회제공을 목적으로 장차 앞으로 충남지역의 주역이 될 도내 청소년들이 주체가 되어 치뤄진 뜻깊은 행사였다.

이 고장을 대표하는 3개의 도시 전주, 익산, 군산은 지리적 특성과 역사적 특성으로 인해 동일 문화권이지만 지켜온 현상들에서 서로 다르며 격리된 느낌의 단부소외성을 지니고 있다. 전북은 우선 완주, 익산, 고창에 이르는 백제, 마한의 평야와 해안의 문화권과 이씨왕조의 본향으로 고도의 특색을 지닌 도시문화권인 전주권, 거대한 산세를 자랑하는 지리산의 자연과 맥을 같이하는 남원권역으로 크게 대별 되어진다. 전북지방의 건축문화적 토대는 여타의 문화와 동일하게 백제의 숨결속에서 느낄 수 있다. 화려함도, 아기자기함도 없지만 있는 그대로, 한국의 정서를 압축한 듯 절박함을 바탕으로 한 백제의 문화적 속성을 지니고 있다. 한편 지나간 시절의 영화가 현재에 재현되거나 지속되고 있지는 못하나 지난 삶의 자취에서, 이곳 사람들의 인정에서 맛의 문화에서 그 깊이와 멋의 가닥을 찾을 수 있다. 현대의 도시들은 이러한 도시형성상의 문화적 지혜나 건축적 혜안을 관철하여 이루어지고 있지는 못하다. 우리의 최근의 역사들은 연약하지도, 섬세하지도 않고 오히려 일시에 옛 자취를 휩쓸어 버리는 강성을 지녀 혼이 담긴 과거의 흔적을 유지하기 쉽지 않다. 우리는 이러한 현상을 주시하였고, 옛 백제 문화의 정신을 토대로 성장하고 있는 현재의 모습들을 관찰하며 반성도 했고, 이어지고 남겨져야 할 이 고장의 특성을 헤아렸다. 마지막으로 이 고장의 미래가 발전적이기를 염원해 본다.

This study aims to examine the effect of tourists' participative motivation of a festival on satisfaction and behavior intention in terms of satisfaction, revisit intention, and recommendation based on Baekjae Cultural Festival. For this study, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis were made. The survey was conducted among 287 samples for the study. The results are as follows: According to the factor analysis, five factors were drawn such as new experience, deviation from daily life, family harmony, amusement & novelty, cultural tour of Baekjae, and sociability. Festival satisfaction was affected by amusement & novelty, new experience & deviation from daily life, and cultural tour of Baekjae, while revisit intention was influenced by cultural tour of Baekjae, amusement & novelty, family harmony, and new experience & deviation from daily life respectively. On the other hand, recommendation was affected by cultural tour of Baekjae, sociability, amusement & novelty, and family harmony respectively.

Baekje Historic Areas were inscribed on the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List unanimously at the 2015 World Heritage Committee held in Bonn, Germany. There are three ramparts in Beakje Historic Areas; Gongsansung fortress in Gong-ju, Busosangsung fortress and the outer city wall in Buyeo. The purpose of this study is to research the use plan and the condition of the conservation and management for enhancing values of the World Cultural Heritage. This paper analyses basic survey, repair, documentation, conservation, management, and the cases of the utilizing these fortresses through literatures and a field studies. This study, based on the management and use of Baekje fortresses, could give implications for the conservation, management, and use of other fortresses.

이 논문은 일본 고분시대 중. 후기(450-650)의 복식이 동시대 백제복식의 영향을 받아서 형성된 것으로, 오늘날 일본 천황의 뿌리를 이루고 있는 황가의 근원이 백제라는 것을 이론적인 근거를 제시하는 데 목적을 둔 논문이다. 삼국시대 중. 후기, 반도내의 치열한 분쟁으로 인하여, 인근 신천지의 일본열도로 대거 이주 새로운 삶과 국가 건설을 도모하여. 당시의 일본 열도내에 문화 이입의 선도적 역할을 담당하였던 백제국의 역할 중, 고분시대 중 .후기(450-650)일본의 복식문화 형성에 백제복식이 지대한 영향을 끼쳤고, 더 나아가서, 일본의 고분시대 중. 후기복식은 곧 동시대의 백제복식이라는 근거를 제시하였다.
