  • Dowel bar in the jointed concrete pavement has been designed and constructed by Foreign standard and experience in Korea. The behavior of dowel bar is explored based in analyze of 3-Dimension Finite Element Method. To evaluate behavior of dowel bar compared Timoshenko theory and 3-Dimensional Finite Element Method. Based on the 3-Dimension Finite Element Method analyze the dowel-bar optimum position that can reduce deflections of slabs by considering wheel path distributions was suggest in this study.

  • 본 고에서는 정보화사회로 이전하는 과정에 없어서는 안될 중요한 정보처리기술인 컴퓨터 소프트웨어와 관련된 기술을 지적재산권 즉 특허, 컴퓨터 프로그램 보호권, 저작권, 회로배치 설계권, 상표권 등의 지적재산권으로 어떻게 권리보호를 받아야 할 것인가를 살펴 보았다. 또한 이중에서 컴퓨터 프로그램 제도를 중심으로 주요국의 프로그램 보호제도의 상황과 우리나라의 프로그램 보호제도중 보호범위, 2차적프로그램의 개작기준, 프로그램 저작권, 복제의 범위, 프로그램 저작권 침해형태의 예시를 중점적으로 살펴보았고 아울러 프로그램 저작권 침해의 외국 판례기준을 토대로 살펴보았다.

  • 도시철도의 환승체게 개선과 차량의 이용편이성 향상 및 고유가 등으로 도시철도 이용객수는 해마다 증가하고 있다. 이렇게 많은 승객이 이용하는 차량실내는 미세먼지, co2등의 오염물질이 증가하여 이용승객의 건강을 해치고 있는 실정이다. 이를 해결하기 위해 새롭게 개발되는 차세대전동차에 수치해석 기법을 적용하여 설계단계에서 덕트 및 실내기기배치 등을 모델링하여 열유동 및 쾌적성을 해석하여 국제기준과 비교하여 그 기준을 만족하는 차량임을 확인하였다.

A Study on the Improvement for Port Placement of Response Vessel (방제선 배치 항만의 개선 방안)

  • The purpose of this study is to evaluate port use and the distribution of risk factors in 15 major ports in Korea, delineating the risk of each port after classifying the ports into four risk groups based on estimated risks. The placement of response vessels is then analyzed accordingly. Based on the results, danger was estimated to be especially high in ports where large-scale petrochemical facilities are located, such as Yeosu Gwangyang ports (1.85), Ulsan port (1.33) and Daesan port (1.25). The ports showing the next highest degree of danger were Pusan (0.95) and Incheon (0.83), which have significant vessel traffic, followed by Mokpo (0.71) and Jeju (0.49), which expanded their port facilities recently and saw an increase in large vessel traffic. Next is Masan (0.44), for which many fishing permits in the vicinity. When the relative ratios of each port were graded based on the Yeosu Gwangyang Ports, which showed the highest risk values, and risk groups were classified into four levels, the highest risk groups were Yeosu Gwangyang, Ulsan, Daesan and Pusan, with Incheon, Mokpo, Jeju, and Masan following. Pyeongtaek Dangjin, Pohang, Gunsan, and Donghae Mukho were in the mid-range danger group, and the low risk groups were Samcheonpo, Okgye, and Changsungpo. Among these, all response vessel placement ports specified by current law were above the mid-range risk groups. However, we can see that ports newly included in mid-range risk group, such as Mokpo, Jeju, and Donghae Mukho, were excluded from the pollution response vessel placement system. Therefore, to prepare for marine pollution accidents these three ports should be designated as additional response vessel placement ports.

The User Analysis for Visual Range and Arrangement of Light-buoy on the Channel of the Domestic Trade-port (국내 무역항 항로의 등부표 시인거리와 배치에 관한 이용자 분석)

  • This paper analyzed the visual range and arrangement of light buoy on navigation officers as the primary material to establish the standard of optimal arrangement of light buoy on the channel of the domestic trade-port. About $30{\sim}150$ questionnaires by port were distributed according to the scale of trade-ports and then Effective total 356 copies were used in analysis. The distance, $2{\sim}4$mile, occupied the highest percentage 55.0% as the visual range with naked eyes at the daytime in bright weather. At the arrangement way of light buoy the both sides buoy method showed high in the preference 62.1% among the respondents. The preferred interval between sequence buoys was averagely 1.09mile. Also, the preferred number of light buoy was two in the preference 40.6% among them to cognize without binoculars.

  • Demand for text arranged in a circular shape is increasing as devices with round display such as smart watches are now being actively released. Data visualization field is receiving a lot of attention as the era of big data evolves. However, current web standard does not support the drawing of circular text. Therefore, the objective of this study was to extend CSS3 specifications to have circular text layout in web documents. In addition, we implemented a preprocessor so that contents made with CSS3 extensions could be shown in existing browsers. To confirm the wide expression range of CSS3 extension, we prepared some sample contents and analyzed them.

  • This study was conducted to establish the appropriate facilities criteria of the Korean welfare devices center. We e-mail surveyed 194 welfare devices centers and analysed 13 blueprints of them. We established the following proper principles of facilities. First, consist type and area of room should depend on the type of welfare devices centers. Second, The flow of human and welfare devices should be simple. Third, the area calculated on the base of intent of center owner and the size of beds, wheelchairs, etc. Fourth, exhibit room facing with roadside may obtain advertising effect. Fifth, the storage and disinfecting room should use different entrance, and avoid the intersection of flow to prevent cross-contamination. Sixth, the access road to the exhibition and consulting room should be able to approach by the wheelchair. seventh, office room should be invisible to keep customer's privacy. Direct Cleaning-disinfecting type center on the premise that the maximum 165m2, middle 150m2, intermediate 140m2, display at least Consultation, Cleaning-disinfecting room, storage (clean, contaminated), the office, equipped with a parking space. Entrust Cleaning-disinfecting type center on the premise that a maximum 134m2, middle 119m2, intermediate 109m2 exhibited minimal activity room, consultation room, office, equipped with a parking space, collecting welfare when importing equipment warehouse (clean, pollution) have been proposed to equip up to.

A Study on Current Status of Landscaping Supervision Quality Control and Improvement Measures in Apartment House Construction (공동주택 건설사업에서 조경 감리의 품질관리 현황과 개선방안 연구)

  • This study was intended to present measures for the improvement of the apartment house landscaping supervision system by examining the adequacy of landscaping supervision, which is aimed at improving the quality of landscape plants and facilities in apartment house landscaping sites. Additionally, this study aims to identify the problems occurring in the process of the performance of landscaping supervision and to provide the evidence for legislative activities and revision of the laws currently being pushed forward for the mandatory deployment of apartment house landscaping supervision personnel. The results of the analysis showed that no landscaping supervision personnel was deployed to apartment complexes with less than 1,500 households and that the landscaping comprised 19% to 46% of the entire construction process. The civil engineering firm performed the landscaping supervision, which made it impracticable to fully focus on the construction quality in the field of landscaping. The quality control in terms of landscape plants revealed differences in quality control, depending on the competence and experience of the civil engineer supervising the personnel, where the landscaping supervision personnel was not deployed. The apartment houses landscaping supervision activity index was analyzed, and the results showed that the supervision activity index for apartment house A was 72.0, B was 70.4, and apartment houses C to G ranged from 38.7 to 46.9, which suggested that the difference in quality control, process control, and technical support affected the construction quality and occurrence of defects.The improvement of landscaping process quality control and process management will be carried out more smoothly and the rate of defects will be drastically reduced if the landscaping supervision personnel placement threshold is lowered from 1,500 households to 300 households in complexes. The results of this study are expected to be useful in promoting and re-establishing the landscaping industry based on the improvement of construction quality in the field of landscaping in connection with the construction of apartment houses.

  • 지하공간 건축물의 피난공간확보는 인명안전설계의 첫 단계로서 이를 위한 선큰설치 기준은 피난안전기준의 제도적 선진화를 위한 매우 중요한 규정으로 볼 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 현재 적용되는 선큰의 법적 기준에 대해서 살펴보고 일본과 비교하여 실제 건축물에 대한 사례 분석을 실시하였다. 현재 사용 중인 선큰 건물을 대상으로 피난시간을 비교 분석한 결과, 비상계단만을 이용한 피난 시간보다 선큰과 비상계단을 함께 이용한 피난 시간이 각각 52%와 65%의 감소하였다. 따라서 비상계단으로의 대피에 비하여 선큰의 피난 효용성이 매우 높은 것으로 분석되었으며 선큰 출입구의 설치 위치 및 평면 배치형태가 피난시간에 미치는 영향도 알 수 있었다.
