A new over-the-cell routing system is proposed in this paper. The proposed system efficiently reduces not only the channel density but also the routing density in cell region. Generally, the over-the-cell system consists of three phases. Namely, over-the-cell routing, terminal selection and channel routing. In this paper, to select the nets to be routed over the cells, weights are assigned on the intersection graph considering both the channel density and the intersection relations among other nets. When selected nets are blocked by feedthroughs or metal layers for internal logic, they are routed by maze algorithm. Also, in order to reduce channel density, the terminals to be routed in a channel are selected using the minimum weight spanning tree. Channel routing is carried out with a channel router of HAN-LACAD_G. The effectiveness of the over-the-cell routing system is shown by the experiments with benchmark data and its application to the gate array layout system.

오피스나 건물의 인텔리젼트화가 발달될수록 multi-vendor/multi-media화가 필연적이기 때문에 배선의 양과 종류가 방대하게 요구되고, 또한 서로 각기다른 기기배선의 관리가 불가능한 실정에 부딪혀 사무실의 레이아웃 변경과 정보통신 시스템의 이동, 확장에 따른 중복배선, 재배선으로 인한 경제적 손실과 인력 낭비 및 근무환경의 미관을 혼잡하게 만드는 등의 문제점들을 발생하고 있다.

새로운 멀티미디어 서비스 환경에서의 다양한 기능을 수행할 수 있는 주택 내 정보화 배선은 장기적으로 볼 때 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 주택내의 정보화를 위한 주택내 배선시스템의 요구사항을 검토하고 주택내 배선 시스템의 형태를 발전단계를 고려하여 검토한다. 또한 주택내 배선 시스템의 고도화를 위한 핵심 장비인 통합네트워크 인터페이스 장치의 기능을 제시하고 가능한 배선 매체와 통신 방식을 검토한다.

A new preprocess technique is presented which can improve the routing efficiency in the gate array layout designs. In order to resolve the cycle problem in the detailed routing, we exchange the logically equivalent pins in each channel. The signal nets are divided, and doubly connected signal net components are removed, so that the increase in the number of tracks can be controlled.

본 논문은 차량 컨트롤러 메인보드 개발에 있어 DC-PLC 방식으로 One-wire만으로 전원 공급 및 접지로 사용하도록 하여 센서 데이터 처리 및 구동 장치를 작동시키는 방법을 제안한다. 복잡한 배선을 피하기 위해 별도의 통신선을 설치하지 않고 기존 배선(wire)를 이용하며, 센서로부터 수집된 데이터를 처리하여 구동 장치를 작동시키는 명령을 전달하도록 설계한다. 본 논문은 제어장치에 들어가는 배선을 간단히 하고 차량 내부 상태를 점검하고 제어하는 기술을 설계하고 구현코자 한다.

In this paper, we present a gridless router for MultiChip Modules (MCM). Because our router uses corner stitching data structures, not a routing grid, to represent the routings status, it allows arbitrary location of pins, and routes variable-width wires, without a considerable waste of area from bulky vias. A routing speed is a very important factor because a gridless routing approach is known its computation is hard and complex, and MCM routing problem has so large routing area and layers. Our router completes the routing faster than the most of previously reported grid-based routers, with comparable routing result, by using SEGRAs routing algorithm whose very fast speed is proved, and the characteristics of the effective data structure.

3상 4선식 배선 라인에서 중성선이 탈락할 경우 부하측의 중선선에 연결된 일부의 부하측 전압은 급상승하게 되고 이로 인한 피해가 많으므로 본 연구에서는 배전라인의 점검시 또는 접촉 불량에 의하여 발생할 수 있는 중성선의 탈락을 순간 감지하고 이를 보상하여 별도로 중성선을 생성하여 새로운 중성선을 순간 제공함으로서 중성선 탈락에 의한 피해를 최대한 억제하고자 하는 것이다. 이로 인하여 부하측의 전압상승에 의한 전기적 재해를 사전에 미리 예방이 가능한 효과도 있게 된다.

Frequency-variant transmission line parameters are determined. Then the signal transient characterizations of frequency-dependent multi-coupled lines are investigated. With the proposed method, an accurate signal integrity degradation such as signal ringing (overshoot, undershoot) and crosstalk noises relevant to the switching patterns of signals, rising / falling time(tr, tf) and line lengths is investigated. It is shown that there may be approximately 26% discrepancy of signal transients and 260% difference of crosstalk noises between the constant RLC model and frequency-variant RLC model in on-chip global interconnects while those of package lines are 11% and 70%, respectively.

국민의 생활수준 향상에 따른 서비스산업의 발달로 화재위험 건물로 분류되는 나이트클럽과 같은 유흥장은 전국적으로 늘어나고 있는 추세이며, 규모가 대형화되고 화려해짐에 따라 전기설비도 복잡하고 다양해지고 있다. 특히 수많은 조명과 음향설비 등이 한정된 장소에 집중되어 시공되는 유흥장의 특성상 전원선이나 신호선의 배선이나 접속 방식에 있어서 많은 문제점이 상존하고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 유흥장 특성에 적합한 배선이나 접속에 관련된 국내 외 규정을 간략히 소개하고 유흥장의 현장실태조사를 통한 문제점을 파악하여 시공이나 유지 관리에 있어서의 착안점을 제공하고자 한다.
