한국산 거머리 각배obdeffo linea약의 상피조직을 배부상피(dorsal epithelium), 복부 상피(ventral epithelium) 측부상피(lateral epithelium) 별로 3부위를 광학현미경과 전자현미경으로 관찰한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 전자현미경 관찰에서 거머리 상피조직은 3부위 모두 불규칙한 세포로 구성되었으며, 그들은 전자밀도가 높은세포와 중등도인세포 그리고 투명한세포 등 3종류로 구분되었다. 거머리의 불규칙한 상피조직 사이에서 두 종류의 분비성 과립인 a 및 b형과립과 색소성 과립인 D형과립이 관찰되었다 배부상피조직에서 관찰된 a형과립(66$\times$83 Um)은 복부와 측부에서 관찰된 과립(33H66 Um) 보다 형태가 훨씬 크고 그 수 도 두배정도 많이 관찰된 반면, b형과립은 모든 상피조직에서 동일한 크기와 형태를 보였지만 그 수는 배부와 복부에 비해 측부상피조직에서 두배정도 많이 관찰되었다 이상 분비성 과립들은 PAS-alcian blue(pH 2.5) 반응에서 모두 PAS에 강한 양성반응을 나타내어 중성점액다당류로 확인되었다. 거머리 몸마디를 이루는 체절은 배부와 복부에서 그 주름의 깊이와 넓이가 각각 다르게 나타나서(배부, 40 Um와 330 urn, 복부 100 urn와 150 urn), 복부의 깊은 체절이 발(foot)의 역활을 수행 하였다.

Objective : The purpose of this study was to identify the effect and difference of abdominal muscle strengthening exercise, back muscle stretching and multi-training on the lumbar flexibility of 20s adults. Method : The abdominal muscle strengthening exercise, back muscle stretching and multi-training were conducted 9 times targeting 21 subjects who attended K University from 2013 May 29 to June 14. Sit and Reach Tests were conducted 2 times(before and after exercise program) for flexibility test and measured data were processed with SPSS program WIN 12.0K. By the Wilcoxon signed rank test, the effectiveness of exercises are verified. By the Kruskal-Wallis test and Mann-Whitney test, the difference of effectiveness among the exercise groups are verified. Result : The results of this study were summerized below 1. Before and after exercise, in abdominal muscle strengthening exercise group, back muscle stretching group and multi-training group are showed statistically significant differences(p<.05), 2. There were statistically significant difference in the improvement of the flexibility between each group(p>.05). Conclusion : These data suggests that all of the 3 exercise programs are brought positive influences on the improvement of flexibility, and abdominal muscle strengthening exercises and flexibility multi-training are effective on the flexibility more than, back muscle stretching in 20s adults.

We report a case of an 86-year-old man diagnosed with bilateral elastofibroma dorsi who was managed conservatively after a two year follow-up. An elastofibroma dorsi is a benign, slow-growing tumor that is most often located in the inferior periscapular area in elderly patients. It should be considered to differentiate them from other soft tissue tumors located at the inferior periscapular region. Increased awareness of these characteristics will decrease the incidence of a misdiagnosis of elastofibroma dorsi as a malignancy and avoid unnecessary surgery.

The matter of the calculation of the mutual access fee has become one of the hottest issues among service providers and attracted concerns from concerned regulatory authorities. It is essential to conclude a rational and systematic procedure for interconnection costs and charge between fixed and mobile networks. In this paper, I proposed the conversion factor scheme between circuit switched voice and packet switched data service in the domestic CDMA mobile system based on analysis of the rational GSM allocation method of common cost.

This study proposes a system to control the bulging phenomenon occurring in the reinforced earth retaining wall and to evaluate the reliability of the system by field experiment. In this study, drainage facilities were not installed in order to induce reinforcement earth retaining wall bulging, and the bulging was induced by rainfall. The induced bulging displacement exceeded the horizontal displacement criterion during the construction of FHWA. The retaining wall block was drilled and grouting was performed by inserting the nail into the drilling hole. The wire mesh is installed on the reinforcing surface and the head of the nail is connected horizontally so that the blocks of the reinforcing earth retaining wall can be supported with each other. In order to protect the reinforcements, the reinforcement surface was closed with shotcrete and a measuring device was installed to detect the progress of the displacement. After the reinforcement, the bulging were not found to progress any more, confirming the reliability of the system.

본 연구는 교실배식 및 식당배식의 배식형태에 따른 중학교 급식에 대한 학생들의 만족도를 조사하여 각 배식형태에 따른 문제점을 파악하고 이에 대한 개선점을 제시하고자 시도하였다. 조사대상은 직영으로 급식소를 운영하고 있는 중학교 중에서 교실배실 및 식당배식을 하는 학교를 각각 4곳 선정하여 각 학교에서 100명씩 선정하였다. 설문지 배부는 각 학급이 담임선생님을 통하여 학생들에게 설문지를 배부하였으며 부실 기재된 것을 제외한 총 788부(회수율 : 98.5%)를 통계처리 하였다.(중략)
