현재, LTE 망 구축 및 서비스제공이 이루어 지고 있는 이동통신 시장은 전송속도의 향상 및 데이터서비스 제공을 위한 방향으로 끊임없이 진화해 왔다. 이를 위해 새로운 이동통신 규격을 적용한 가입자 단말기 및 이동통신 시스템이 개발.제공 되어져 왔으며, 이는 필연적으로 무선망 및 무선망 구성요소들에 대한 동작 및 성능검증을 위한 계측장비의 보급을 요구해 왔다. 본고에서는 이와 같은 추세에 따른 계측장비의 진화 방향을 고찰해 보고, 소수의 국외공급사 위주로 독과점체제를 형성하고 있는 계측장비 시장에서 상대적으로 경쟁열위에 있는 국산계측장비의 경쟁력을 확보하기 위해 진행되고 있는 연구개발 활동현황을 고찰하고자 한다.

'저가의 고속 무선데이터 서비스'를 지향하는 이동통신 기술진화의 경제성, 최근 모바일 데이터 트래픽의 급증에 따른 3세대 이동통신 망으로의 대응 한계 등에 따라 국내외에서 LTE 및 4세대 이동통신으로 진화가 본격화되고 있다. 차세대 이동통신 망으로의 조기 진화 시 발생하는 참여주체간 효용의 trade-off 문제, 이동통신 사업자의 망 진화 요인분석 등의 차세대 이동통신 망으로의 진화과정에서 발생하는 주요 이슈를 검토하고, 4세대 이동통신용 주파수 조기 확보, 차세대 망 투자에 대한 정책적 인센티브 제공 등 국내 차세대 이동통신 망 투자를 촉진할 수 있는 정책방향을 제시한다.

본고에서는 스마트 TV에 따른 웹 환경 도입 및 진화 방향에 대해 알아보고자 한다. 이를 위해 스마트 TV에서의 웹 환경 도입이 콘텐츠 및 서비스 마켓 그리고 사용자에게 미칠 영향들을 우선적으로 살펴본다. 그리고 현재 W3C를 중심으로 진행중인 관련 웹 기술들의 표준 이슈들을 살펴보고, 향후 스마트 TV 주요 서비스들을 바탕으로 진화 방안을 알아보겠다.

본 논문에서 우리는 최적화 문제를 효율적으로 해결하기 위한 새로운 유전 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 새로운 유전 알고리즘의 가장 큰 특징은 서로 다른 목적을 가진 2개의 집단을 가지고 진화를 수행한다는 점이다. 하나의 집단은 일반적인 유전 알고리즘의 그것과 비슷하지만, 좋은 영역의 탐색에 집중하는 경향을 보이며 다른 하나의 집단은 이러한 좋은 영역에의 집중 시 나타날 수 있는 조기 수렴 문제를 보완하기 위해 탐색을 다각화 하는 방향으로 진화한다. 몇 가지 최적화 문제에 대한 실험 결과 이러한 특성이 다른 2개 집단에 의한 진화 방법이 문제 해결에 도움이 됨을 확인할 수 있었다.

In this paper, I propose the evolutional schemes of digital mobile communication systems based on 3GPP standards. This paper focalizes on the 'evolution' of monster animation and . Actually, Many characters' 'Evolution' is a very powerful convention of Japanese genre animation. Lots of young people feel a huge pleasure about character's evolution. It is a fantastic spectacle to boys and girls. The first characteristic point of characters' evolution is growing-up body to an adult. For example, magical girls genre shows a woman's sexy body. This scene gives a sexual fantasy to young girl spectators, a voyeuristic visual pleasure to young boy spectators. The second point is that a transforming-body gains some super power or magical power. The third point is that a great many characters is in one text. In , characters' numbers go on increasing through 6 ways-hybrid type, mutant-reiteration type, metamorphosis type, simple-grownup type, narrative type, multiple evolution type. The evolution of has to pay attention to only one transforming way. Most Digimon characters are becoming to a human-weapons cyborg. In my opinion, this is very dangerous phenomenon with a political ideology.

In this study, the modified genetic algorithm, D-GA, is proposed. D-GA is a hybrid genetic algorithm combined a simple genetic algorithm and the local search algorithm using direction vectors. Also, two types of direction vectors, learning direction vector and random direction vector, are defined without the sensitivity analysis. The accuracy of D-GA is compared with that of simple genetic algorithm. It is demonstrated that the proposed approach can be an effective optimization technique through a minimum weight structural optimization of ten bar truss.

This study proposes the evolution model of emerging media platform including smart media (M-IPTV, Smart TV) and IPTV, through a spiral evolution model based on the theory of the exploration & the exploitation. Authors suppose that the IP media evolved from IPTV technology, evolution of which has come through the development model of serial circular process. For explanation of this evolution, we propose the research model integrating the spiral model and the exploration & exploitation theory. Researchers define the smart media as the evolved media from IPTV, through this proposed model. We expect this model to be the theoretical base of media regulation and setting direction of future media service. Thus, this research are summed up as follows. To begin with, we classify the evolutionary stage of IPTV from the view points of service feature, regulation frame and technological characters. Secondly, we organize and confirm the research model of IPTV evolution through case analysis of the 3 cycles of each evolutionary stage. As a result, discussion of this study helps understanding mobile IP media and smart media as a post IPTV and leads the solution of various regulation issues and the development of the innovative media service and content. In addition, it can guide the government for the evolutionary direction to promote the media and the content industry.
