This paper proposes length rate measurement for relative efficiency that is a core of data envelopment analysis(DEA). It has been said that the linear programming(LP) is a unique method to get the relative efficiency. This method has drawback that applies fractional LP focusing on each DMU in turn. This paper draws bi-dimensional input-output relational graph and distinguishes between efficient and inefficient DMU. The relative efficiency of inefficient DUM is solve using length rate measurement. As a result of various experimental data, the LP shows mistake of application, but this method gets the correct relative efficiency at all times. Also, this method only gets the relative efficiency for only inefficient DMUs without efficient DUMs that already achieved 100% efficiency. This method solves the relative efficiency of inefficient DUM draws the line to efficient frontier and decides the reference set easily.

'42nd Broadway' is one of the most authentic, genuine and renowned musical pieces among the numerous musicals. By approaching every element in the Backstage from the perspective of an actor who is apart of the show, not a professional photographer, rather than an the usual objects on the Front Stage which is imprinted in the minds of the ordinary people through the media or the numerous flyers sent from the theaters, intented to describe the life as it is in the Back Stage by examining various elements such as the sets or make-up rooms, rather than the momentary, technically staged imageries. In the industrial aspect as well, the implication of this documentary would be that a more realistic set of photography was provided instead of the existing ones that usually focused on the'staged,' or 'guarded' images of the musical as shown in the promotional materials or the Front Stage still cuts.

This paper casts an application of an extended fuzzy integral on the selective extraction of color clusters characterized by a particular color hue from color document images. Despite of the negative role of fuzzy integral, the presented approach attains the detection of the seals through the neighborhood information via the center of area method. The conventional fuzzy integral evaluates the negative aspects of the importance about the items by min operator, which result in the discontinuous parts of seals. In an attempt to cope with the drawback our approach considers the integral aspects via the center of area method, which results in the robustness of the images. Finally, the framework is successfully tested on a data set formed by documents from a real application for the detection.

In these days, XML is a de facto standard language for representing and exchanging data. In order to define the conceptual model of the XML, we need to define the representation rules expressed in the diagram and propose the transformation algorithm that converts the diagram into a logical model of XML. This paper proposes a transformation methodology for generating a logical model from the conceptual model of the XML. We use CMXML as a conceptual model and generate XML schema definition as a logical model. For this, we define transformation rules and data structures for XML schema, and propose a transformation algorithm.

본 연구의 목적은 2002년 한 일 월드컵에서 우승을 차지한 브라질의 7경기를 대상으로 축구 경기를 분석하는 것이다. 본 연구에 사용된 경기 분석용 비디오테이프는 FIFA에서 인정한 공식 중계방송사인 한국방송공사(KBS)의 중계 자료를 사용하였다. 본 연구의 통계 처리는 SPSS프로그램을 이용하여 상관관계분석(Pearson Correlation)을 실시하였다. 본 연구를 통한 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 브라질 팀은 득점할 수 있는 비율이 높은 수비에서 최종공격수로 바로 연결되는 역습에 의한 공격(20.0%), 미더필드를 통한 빠른 공격(20.0%), 세트 플레이에 의한 공격(15.5%), 공격지역에서 볼을 뺏은 후 공격(18.5%)으로 다양한 공격 전술을 구사하여 상대 팀보다 많은 득점기회를 얻었다. 둘째, 브라질 팀은 골키퍼를 제외한 전 선수의 볼 소유 횟수가 비슷하게 나타나서, 전 선수가 고르게 활약했다. 경기의 질을 나타내는 지수인 인덱스에서는 수비수 중에는 중앙 수비수가 3.3, 미드필더 중에는 왼쪽 중앙 미드필더가 5.0, 공격수 중에는 중앙 공격수가 1.4로 포지션별로 제일 높게 나타나서 경기에서 중요한 역할을 수행하였다. 셋째, 브라질 팀은 세트플레이 성공률과 공격지역에서의 볼 점유율의 증가를 통하여 골당공격성공률을 높인 것으로 나타났다.

This study addresses two aspects related to knowledge management systems. First, it introduces knowledge management systems for broadcasting stations to develop a specific model. Second it introduces the team-based approach as a methodology for designing and developing knowledge management systems. Beginning with a discussion on the concept of knowledge management, this paper examines the characteristics, current situations and evolved paradigms of broadcasting stations. In addition 6 web sites of broadcasting stations are analyzed. The team-based approach is also presented in some detail on how it can be applied to other organizations. Results of this study show a knowledge management system with five subsystems for broadcasting stations.

Hana TV, representative TV portal, has the similar function of internet portal media. This study will focus on the practical use of Hana TV which is increasing rapidly its subscribers. Monthly connecting rate by subscriber, frequency of program request will be analysed. For this research, the data, documents of Hana TV and its home page were taken. According to the analyse, the subscribers of Hana TV prefer to watch free TV's programs and hope to watch more free TV's library.

This paper establised GPS network consist of 75km average baseline lengths over Jeollanamdo and Jeollabukdo nine point station and fixed Gwangju point station. We quantitavely analyzed how much precision of the baseline determination is improved for GPS survey when using the precise eqhemeris instead of tile broadcast ephemeris of GPS satellites. The observed data for each baseline were processed two times with the same conditions alternately changing the broadcast and the precise ephemeris. The standard deviations from the repeated measurments for each baseline ara compared between the results of using the broadcast ephemeris and the precise ephemeris. As the results, the precision, stability and reliability of the baseline determination using the precise ephemeris is better than those of using the broadcast ephemeris for all baselines.
