소프트웨어 개발 환경의 급격한 변화와 지속적인 요구사항 변경으로 인해 발생하는 전통적 개발 방법론의 문제점을 해결하기 위한 애자일 개발방법론은 관심의 대상이 되었다. 비교적 짧은 주기를 가지고 요구사항 분석, 설계, 코딩, 테스트 과정을 끊임없이 반복하며 점차 소프트웨어의 규모를 늘려가는 애자일 개발방법은 오픈소스 소프트웨어의 개발방식(OSSDP)과 매우 유사하다고 볼 수 있다. 지금까지 애자일 방법론은 Scrum, XP, Lean, Crystal 방식 등 여러 가지 방법으로 시도 및 제안되고 있으며, 점차 다양한 프로젝트에서도 성공적으로 수행할 수 있도록 개선되고 있다. 이러한 애자일 개발방식의 특징을 OSSDP에 적용함으로써 더 많은 오픈소스 프로젝트가 성공할 수 있도록 하는 프로세스를 연구하는 것은 의미가 있다. 애자일 성명서에서 추구하는 4가지 가치인 소통, 단순성, 피드백, 용기를 반영한 관행(practice)을 OSSDP에 채택하여 추가할 경우, 사용자 만족도를 높이고 결과적으로 오픈소스 프로젝트 성숙도를 높이는데 기여할 것으로 기대한다.

This study suggests the output of the fingerprint doorlock design development through the structured methodology of concept selection in the process of design development, after characterizing the doorlock product itself. All of the early phases of product development are very important on eventual product success. Concept selection is the process of evaluating concepts with respect to customer needs and other criteria, comparing the relative strength and weaknesses of the concepts, and selecting one or more concepts for further investigation or development. To obtain the ideal concept o( new product, this work used a two-stage concept selection methodology which consist of concept screening and concept scoring. As a result, this study represents the fixed design rendering for mass production.

The purpose of this study is to verify the effects of R&D process maturity on product development performance and to verify whether R&D project performance mediating effect. The questionnaire was collected and analyzed to 131 persons related to the R&D work in 55 companies and public institutions performing R&D work. The results of this study are as follows, the effect of R&D process maturity on product development performance and mediating effect of R&D project performance were analyzed by simple and multiple regression analysis. Regression analysis was analyzed by SPSS statistical program. The higher the maturity level of the R&D process, the higher the product development performance and the R&D project performance, and the R&D project performance is partially mediated. It is concluded that it is important to establish and operate a systematic R&D process and to develop a project management methodology suitable for the characteristics of a company in order to improve product development performance. It is expected that if this study are utilized as practical R&D management methodology in corporate management, it will contribute to improvement of company product performance.

In the case of the domestic medical industry, work is conducting according to the convenience of the developer without guiding principles regarding tailoring and a number of processes and products that should not have been omitted considering the characteristics of corresponding sites were discovered. As a result of this omission, it was found that the delivery period was not met and problems arose for an extensive period of time after the activation of the system. The lack of critical processes and products had a negative impact on the productivity and quality of the software. This paper defines the processes that need to be followed as a basis and the products that need to be prepared during the development of a medical information system. Also, additional processes and products are presented depending upon the condition of the project. Especially, the step-by-step assessment processes and products to manage the assessment results were seriously dealt with in this study to strengthen the compliance of processes and the product quality.

The dynamics of business cycles has been changed by the macroscopic economic forces because of the introduction of new technical know-how each year. These the dynamics of business has a significant influence on the investment of enterprise in the information communication field. Today, the most important goal of the IT investment is simply not to lower the production cost any more, but to improve the usefulness for the customers and partners in order to obtain the optimized mass products. Therefore, the enterprises have been concentrating their all abilities on the automation, integration, and optimization of business process using BPM. In addition, they are concentrating their efforts on the business expansion by approaching the technical aspect using RFID application system. However, in order to accomplish a successful enterprise ability, the technical view, business process view, and organization view must be considered together. We suggested the method considering organization view, via the technical element, i.e., RFID system for approaching the business process. Furthermore, we tried the optimization of assignment using Context Analysis methodology and proposed the method to reduce the element with respect to the time, human, and expense by applying the Case Study method that minimizes the iteration times through the transmitted processing procedure and type. The proposed method gave us the expectation that it will bring out the innovative improvement with respect to the time, expense, quality, and customer's satisfaction in the process from the analysis of business process to the analysis and design of system.

Consideration of uncertainty has been considered to be an important factor in technology planning due to the fast changes of technologies and customer needs. Therefore, how to consider uncertainty has been a promising issue in developing and utilizing the technology roadmap, a prominent tool for the technology planning. However, previous studies regarding technology roadmaps are based on practical case studies for specific certain industries, which are of course useful but sometimes lack systematic frameworks and methodologies. In response, this study suggests a framework to identify possible scenario elements, analyze the impact of each scenario element and reflect the results to the technology roadmapping process. For this purpose, this study suggests a QFD-based framework that evaluates the relationship between scenario elements and the planning elements, and proposes a basic structure of scenario-based technology roadmaps to reflect the evaluation results to the technology roadmapping process.

This study explores the effects of standardized management processes such as COBIT and ITIL on the success of IT outsourcing by utilizing an exploratory case study. The exploratory model includes the maturity of ITIL and COBIT process and success of IT outsourcing. For each construct of the model, several measures are developed from preceding researches and confirmed in the context of the cases utilized for this study. It is found that the maturity of the processes supported by ITIL and COBIT is critical for the success of IT outsourcing in this study. This results confirm the current popularity of the standardized process adopted in practice and also require further research endeavors in this control or management process in the future. It should include any other processes and related activities to the control process in the relationship of IT outsourcing.

From a general perspective of design history, the design methodology movement is interpreted in relations to the rationalistic and universal characteristics of modernism. This essay explores a historical context of the movement, focusing on its discursive and practical relations to cyborg sciences that has been shaped by the research and development of military technology in Cold War America. The formation of such relations could be largely devided into two processes: One is the process in which methods and techniques of system science that included operation research, system analysis, and system engineering, were appropriated by the first generation methodologists who had tried to establish "the science of design", and the other is the one in which Herbert Simon's studies on problem solving and artificial intelligence became profoundly embedded in theoretical frameworks of design methodology after the first generation. Examining such processes critically, this essay argues that a design process became finally redefined by the third generation methodology, as a 'feedback loop' of circulation of production and consumption, that is, an apparatus of information-processing which gives a concrete form to the "invisible hand" of markets.

The purpose of this paper is to propose a method for business process system (BPS) based on the Internet of Things (IoT). As the results of this research the IoT architecture and the business process design are derived. The main findings include the proposed IoT-enabled BPS method, illustrated by the description of the application and its assessment. In addition, the key business processes namely; remote machine monitoring; maintenance of machine; material procurement; product pricing; and information reporting system, are affected by IoT technology. The proposed method of this research could be the reference for the companies which want to have better management performance based on IoT technologies.

새로운 기술 활용에 직접적인 영향을 받는 사람들은 기존 사고와 행동을 변화해야 할 필요성을 인식하지만 대개의 경우 현재 상황에 집착하게 된다. 따라서 조직원에게 변화의 방향을 제시하고 이것이 필수적인 것이며 동시에 성취 할 수 있다는 확신을 주어 그들의 사고를 다시 재구성 할 수 있도록 한다면 조직내의 성공적인 변화 관리를 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 조직 변화 관리를 성공적으로 실행하기 위하여 변화의 본질을 이해하고, 변화를 방해하는 위험 요소를 최소화 하는 방법론, 구체적인 변화 관리 실행계획 수립 절차, 각 단계별 생성되는 산출물, 진단도구(Tool)를 제시하며, 특히 평가단계에서는 변화의 초기 목표와의 차이 분석을 통하여 조직 전체에 효과를 확장할 수 있도록 필요한 기술, 지식, 태도 등을 추출하여, 변화가 ongoing 프로세스이며 지속적인 개선 활동과 연계되어야 한다는 점에 대해 논한다.
