이 논문은 전력계통의 자동주파수 최적제어를 위한 관측자시스템을 최적설계하는 체계적 방법을 연구한 결과를 기술한 것이다. 이 논문의 특징은 저차 루엔버그관측자시스템의 추정오차에 관한 새로운 평가척도를 정의한 후 이를 방복 알고리듬에 의하여 최소함으로써 측정불가능한 시스템 상태와 교란을 가능한 한 정확히 추정할 수 있는 즉 최적관측자를 구성하는 있으며, 특히 이 논문에서는 필자가 이미 발표한 최적 주파수제어방책과 지수교란모형을 그대로 도입하여 상기 목적을 실현할 수 있었다. 이 논문에서 제시한 방법을 검증하기위하여 다지역계통의 가장 간단한 형태라할 수 있는 2개지역이 연계된 자동주파수제어시스템을 대상으로 디지탈 시뮬레이션 한 결과, 이 방법의 장점과 실용성이 입증되었다.

본 논문에서는 신뢰도가 높은 시뮬레이션 최종결과를 얻기 위한 2가지 중요 요건인 (1) 독립적이고 균일하게 분포된(independent and uniformly distributed) 난수를 발생시키는 적절한 난수 발생기(pseudo-random number generator)의 사용과 (2) 적절한 시뮬레이션 데이터의 분석 기법에 대해서 고려하였다. 통신 네트워크 분야의 저명한 논문지들에 발표된 논문들을 조사하였다. 조사한 결과에 의하면 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션 기법이 아주 일반적인 연구 기법으로 사용되어지고 있었으나, 시뮬레이션이 통계적 실험임을 고려하지 않은 결과물도 아주 많았다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 시뮬레이션 결과의 신뢰도를 높이기 위한 지침을 언급하였다.

This study assesses research patterns and trends of library and information science(LIS) in Korea by applying bibliometric analysis. For the study, 2,400 peer-reviewed publications from 2001 to 2010(including conference proceedings) published by 159 LIS professors in Korea were analyzed by year, author, affiliation and journal. The study findings showed an increasing trend in collaboration(52.75% of total publications with single authors and 47.25% with multiple authors) among LIS professors in Korea, robust publication patterns of Korean LIS faculty(average 1.51 publications per year), and an increasing number in foreign publications(170 publications). The study results also suggested an internationalization of LIS in Korea. Specifically, the study found a higher rate of Korean LIS faculty with foreign degrees than in previous years as well as a higher publication rate of professors with international degrees. The analysis of publication patterns conducted by the study, which is a first step in our aim to establish a multi-faceted approach for assessing the impact of scholarly work, will be followed up with analysis of references and citations to evaluate the quality of publications.

In this paper, the current research for the biomechanics of artificial knee joints including experiments and stress analysis is surveyed and Introduced. The knee joint is the most large and the motion is very complicated, so the design of artificial joint is difficult and most research Is being done abroad. Up to date, most products are foreign products and Imported here and the gap between here and advanced countries of the technical and capability for the design and manufacturing is too deep to follow. So, the contents of papers in this area including the most excellent results are introduced. And the preliminary research on the contact stress analysis of the joints is present.

Even though much investment to prevent or mitigate damage from information security breaches have been considered, researches on economically rational information security decision-making such as investment, management, etc. are not introduced in Korea. This study analyzes research themes and methodologies of articles presented at the Workshop on the Economics of Information Security (WEIS) for 2002 - 2014. Results of the study can suggest future research topics for researchers, and help make rational information security decision-making for practitioners.

This paper analyzes instantaneous power compensation theory through comparing p-q theory and cross-vector theory which were proposed by Akagi and Nabae respectively in three-phase four-wire systems. The two compensation theories are identical when there is no zero-sequence voltage component in three-phase three-wire systems, However, when the zero-sequence voltage and/or current components exist in three-phase four-wire systems, the two compensation theories we different in definition on instantaneous real power and instantaneous imaginary power. Based on the analysis, this paper presents instantaneous power compensation method that can eliminate neutral current completely without using energy storage element when the zero-sequence current and voltage components exist in three-phase four-wire systems.

In 1988, Buchmann et al. proposed a public key cryptosystem making use of ideals of the maximal orders in quadra tic fields which may pave the way for a public key cryptosystem using imaginary quadratic non-invertible ideals as generators. Next year, H$\ddot{u}$hnlein, Tagaki et al. published the cryptosystem with trapdoor and conductor prime p over non-maximal orders. On the other hand Kim and Moon proposed a public key cryptosystrem and a key distribution cry ptotsystem over class semigroup in 2003. We, in this paper, introduce and analyze the cryptotsystems mentioned above.

Fuzzy logic is introduced by Zadeh in 1965. It has been continuously developed by many mathematicians and knowledge engineers all over the world. A lot of papers concerning with the history of mathematics and the mathematical education related with fuzzy logic, but there is no paper concerning with Zadeh. In this article, we investigate his life and papers about fuzzy logic. We also compare two-valued logic, three-valued logic, fuzzy logic, intuisionistic logic and intuitionistic fuzzy sets. Finally we discuss about the expression of intuitionistic fuzzy sets.

학술대회에 발표된 논문은 이동형 저장장치 혹은 학회 홈페이지를 통해 배포된다. 이용자가 저자의 설명 없이 배포된 논문만으로는 내용을 이해하는 데에 한계가 있다. 이러한 한계를 해결하고 더 나아가 언제 어디서든 설명을 들을 수 있는 환경을 제공하기 위해 웹 기반으로 MPEG-DASH 기반의 학술대회 중계용 가상 포스터세션 서비스를 제안한다. 제안하는 서비스는 포스터 발표자의 영상을 가상공간에 배치하고 이를 MPEG-DASH 기반으로 전송한다. 가상공간은 구글의 WebVR API을 응용해 구현하여 별도의 프로그램 설치 없이 웹 기반으로 이용할 수 있으며 MPEG-DASH 기반의 전송을 통해 효율적인 대역폭 활용이 가능하다. 본 서비스를 통해 논문의 내용을 효과적으로 전달할 수 있을 것이며 새로운 학술대회의 패러다임 제시가 가능할 것으로 예상한다.
