Since the late 1990s, public nursing hospitals have been established, and as of 2018, 79 hospitals account for 5.1% of all nursing hospitals. In this regard, the Dementia Management Act was revised in 2018 to provide a legal basis for the operation evaluation of public nursing hospitals, and this evaluation will begin in 2020. As part of the study to conduct the operation evaluation of public nursing hospitals to be implemented from 2020, the research established a function to foster public nursing hospitals as specialized institutions for dementia patients and competent institutions for treating rehabilitation patients during the period of recovery, and developed an evaluation system to evaluate their behavior as medical services, public nature and public institutions.

In recent years, various virtual reality games are becoming commercialized. A variety of large 3D online games popular with users has begun to transform into VR games. < the Elder Scrolls V: skyrim VR > as a derivative of large-scale 3D online games < the Elder Scrolls V: skyrim special edition >, Since its launch on the steam game platform in April 2018, because of its original UI design, maximizes the user's immersive experience and firmly maintains the leading position of VR games. Although the visual similarities between < the Elder Scrolls V: Skylim VR > and < the Elder Scrolls V: Skylim Special Edition > are high, but the visual elements in the UI are quite different. This paper studies characters, scenes, operating interfaces, colors and fonts five visual UI elements that enhance the immersion in game. It provided a unique interface design reference to immersive experience of new VR games in the future.

Many researches have been done on portfolio optimization since Markowitz (1952) published a diversified investment model. Markowitz's mean-variance portfolio optimization problem is established under the assumption that the distribution of returns follows a normal distribution. However, in real life, the distribution of returns does not follow a normal distribution, and variance is not a robust statistic as it is heavily influenced by outliers. To overcome these potential issues, mean-shortfall portfolio model was proposed that utilized downside risk, shortfall, as a risk index. In this paper, we propose a perturbation method that uses the shortfall as a risk index of the portfolio. The proposed portfolio utilizes an adaptive Lasso to obtain a sparse and stable asset selection because it can reduce management and transaction costs. The proposed optimization is easily applicable as it can be computed using an efficient linear programming. In our real data analysis, we show the validity of the proposed perturbation method.

In many metropolitan cities around the world, ground and underground transportation networks are saturated due to urbanization. In addition, regulations on carbon emissions to prevent global warming are becoming stricter, and eVTOL, which will be operating in complex cities, is gaining popularity as the next generation of eco-friendly transportation. In this study, the hover lift efficiency and disc loading of eVTOLs for each type were calculated by classifying eVTOLs into following types: multicopter, lift+cruise, and vectored thrust. In addition, using the aerodynamic analysis programs OpenVSP, Fluent and Javaprop, the specific battery energy required for the smooth operation of eVTOL, which will be realized in the near future, was calculated and analyzed base on reports published by Uber and airworthiness authorities of each country.

The purpose of this study is to see if cultural contents that are characterized by experience goods have different types of One Source Multi Use (OSMU) phenomena. This study classified original works into web-novels and webtoons, and studied how OSMU evolution paths can be different between the two types of originals. In addition, this study compared Korean and Chinese examples. Using eight original works created between 1999 and 2012, which were later used for OSMU, this study investigated how web-novels and webtoons took different OSMU evolution paths in Korea and China. As a result, this study found that web-novels are more actively used in different formats than webtoons, probably because web-novels can more easily stimulate people's imaginations. In addition, Korea was found to use story-centered OSMU before character-centered OSMU, whereas China showed both types of OSMU simultaneously.

The purpose of this study performed to analyze the prior studies done in relation to performance to identify significant results with the concept of sexual knowledge, sexual attitude, and sexual behavior of university students. This study analyzed on a prior paper that studied gender and sexual knowledge, sexual attitude, and sexual behavior as the main topics. Year of presentation, type of research, characteristics, sexual knowledge, sexual attitude, and sex behavior measurement variables and effects were analyzed. Collected data were analyzed using SPSS/ Ver. 26.0 statistical program. Result of this study, variables with significant relationships related to the sex of university students were sexual knowledge, sexual attitude, sexual behavior, date, and sexual experience. Results of this study could be used as basic data for the developing education and programs related to the performance of university students.

Building information modeling (BIM) is a smart construction technique that is recognized as essential for current construction facility projects. The Public Procurement Service (a construction project-ordering agency) announced a plan to introduce BIM and has required changing the operation of projects by using BIM design information. LCC analysis is essential for items, quantity, and cost information of the construction, and it is expected that efficient work will be achieved by using BIM design information. In this study, a BIM-LCC analysis system was established for selecting optimal design alternatives by actively using open KBIMS libraries. The BIM-LCC analysis system consists of a single alternative and an optimal alternative LCC analysis, but it has a limitation in that only the architecture and machine libraries have been applied. However, by applying BIM, practical use and work efficiency can be expected. In order to use the method as an LCC analysis support tool with BIM design information in the future, it will be necessary to collect user opinions and improve the UI.

Like most developed countries, South Korea is experiencing a severe lack of seafarers. Because young people's demands for a high quality of life has led them to seek shore-based careers. The wage difference between seafaring and shore-based careers has been decreasing gradually, however South Korea's unique Boarding Service Reserve System Policy has helped recruit and retain young sailors and, since 2017, the government has focused on creating new jobs and stabilizing the status of irregular workers in both private and public sectors. It specifically established the Economic, Social & Labor Council to carefully analyze seafarers' employment stability, which previously had been overlooked in the country. This research used the Binary Logit Model (BLM) to analyze the determinants of seafarers' employment stability in both permanent and non-permanent positions. We found that seafarers' employment stability correlated highly with their education level. This means that seafarers who graduated from the above mentioned two maritime universities would have more job stablity than those who graduated from maritime high schools or general universities. Other independent variables, such as the shipping company, vessel, hip management companies, work assignment, rank, and license had no significant impact on employment stability.

This study is a systematic review study to confirm the characteristics, effects, and application strategies of domestic and foreign virtual reality programs provided by dementia education. This study is based on the literature published up to July 2020, CINAHL, Cochrane, EMBASE, and Pubmed electronic databases were used overseas, and RISS, KISS, and DBpia were searched in Korea. Based on the selection criteria and exclusion criteria, the final six papers were used for analysis. As a result of the analysis, the subjects of the selected literature were two informal caregivers (33.3%), one general (16.7%), and three students (50.0%) including nursing students and medical and pharmacy students. The virtual reality program was effective in a total of five areas(empathy ability, dementia attitude including knowledge and comfort of dementia, trust in own abilities, dyadic relationship scale), of which 75% of the studies measured empathy ability had significant effects. The results of this study confirm that virtual reality technology can be used for human-centered nursing based on empathy.

Various research are being published in the areas of humanities, history, aviation/ports, and regional development, centering on the Incheon area which has issues such as large-scale ports and airports, archipelago, and urban regeneration. This study explored the scope of the subject and the distribution of researchers using a informetric analysis focusing on the studies of Incheon. Specifically, this study extracted authors from about 500 Incheon-related research papers listed in the Korean journal's citation index and analyzed the co-author relationship network to understand the cooperative behavior between authors' institutions. In addition, by extracting keywords from the articles and performing a weighted network (PFNET) analysis on the relationship between keywords, the intellectual structure was analyzed. As a result, it was found that Inha University and Incheon National University showed a high TBC, and Incheon Development Institute showed the high NNC. Meanwhile, the intellectual structure of Incheon-related research was found to be composed of 11 thematic clusters, and the social issues of Incheon, ports, and aviation were analyzed as representative clusters.
