This study aimed to foster the learning abilities of mathematics, that is, along with the formation of a sure mathematical concept, extending the powers of doing mathematics, and bringing the creativities for 3rd grade elementary school children. In order to achieve these objects, we have executed mathematical classes for two consecutive hours of 16 times using the teaching model of [Learning contents in textbook]$\rightarrow$[The first problem Posing]$\rightarrow$[Problem solving to childrens' posing some problems]$\rightarrow$[Advanced problem posing] to 3rd grade school children during the first semester of 2009. In this paper, we analyzed problems that are made by children focusing on the four fundamental rules +, -, ${\times}$, $\div$ of arithmetic, with the view points of problem's completion, fluencies, flexibilities, buildings of concept, originalities and using materials. As a result of the comparative analysis of the first problems and advanced problems made by the children, the first problems were revealed to be rather better in of problem's completion and fluencies. And the flexibilities were improved in the division and multiplication classes carried on. Setting up the experimental and comparative class, we compared to the scholastic achievement of two classes for the beginning and end in the first semester. In the result, the former was improved in the scholastic achievement more than the latter.

'최선을 다하는 삶이 아름답다.' 결과도 중요하지만, 충실하게 엮어 가는 과정을 더욱 소중하게 생각하는 유종근 전라북도지사의 생활신조다. 경제학자이자 경제 행정가로서 국제적으로 이름을 날리던 유지사가 정치에 입문한 것은 군부독재에 맞서는 과정에서 자연스럽게 현실정책의 문제, 그리고 정치적인 문제까지 관심을 갖게되면서이다. 그래서 유지사는 도민과 함께 해 온 지난 5년여 동안, 도민의 소득 수준을 전국 상위권으로 향상시키고, 전라북도를 문화ㆍ환경ㆍ복지ㆍ관광 등 모든 분야에서 삶의 질이 앞서가는 퓽요로운 지역, 세계에서 가장 살기 좋은 지역으로 만들기위해 아름다운 최선을 다해 왔다. 도민과 하나된 힘으로 '새천년 새전북인' 운동을 내실있게 추진해 가겠다는 유지사의 확신과 자신감에 찬 모습에서 발전된 전북의 모습이 느껴져 왔다.

산업계에서 용접의 역할은 근년에 와서 그 중요성이 날로 더해 가고 있다. 산업계의 발전과 동승 해서 용접이 차지하는 비중이 확대되고 여러 분야에서 금속을 결합하는 수단으로 응용되고 있는 것은 이미 알고 있는 것으로 매일매일 용접기술은 개발이 되여 현재 사용되고 있는 용접법만 하 더라도 30여종이나 된다고 하며 금속합금은 이 용접법에 의해서 만족하게 처리되고 있다고 보겠 다. 여기서 생각해 보고 싶은 것은 어떤 금속합금을 용접하여 접합할 때 여러가지 용접법중에서 어떤 방법을 어떻게 채용된 용접법의 장단점을 충분히 고려한 후에 용접작업에 들어가지 않으면 안된다. 그런데 비교적 역사가 짧은 원자력공업은 재료를 접합하는데 여러가지로 어려운 문제점 을 제공하고 있는데 이것은 비단원자력공업 뿐만이 아니고 사람들이 금속을 처음으로 만들기 시 작했을 때부터라고 생각이 든다. 이 산업의 발전은 용접기술자가 여러가지로 복잡한 문제를 어떻 게 빨리 안전하게 해결할 수 있느냐에 달려 있다고 본다. 그러므로 용접기술자는 신기한 특성을 가지고 있는 금속의 접합기술을 개발하지 않으면 안되겠지만 원자력공업에서 적용되는 아주 높은 온도에서도, 높은 압력에서도 견딜 수가 있고 중성자 충격에도 손상을 받지 않는 성질이 요구된 다. 또 실험장치등도 운전중에는 방사성이 강하기 때문에 용접의 완전성이 절실히 요구된다.

반도체 분야에서의 급속한 발전과 함께 소자의 신뢰성을 저하시키는 새로운 요인들이 나타나고 있는데, 그 중 하나가 정전기 문제이다. 소자의 고집적화와 고성능화를 추구하려는 노력이 소자의 크기를 극단적으로 소형화시켰으며, 그러한 소자의 불량임계치(failure threshold)가 일상에서 쉽게 접할 수 있는 정도의 정전기 세기보다 낮아서 소자는 항상 불량을 일으킬 수 있는 환경에 노출되어 있다고 볼 수 있다. 그러므로 반도체 부품을 정전기로부터 보호하기 위한 수단이 필요불가결하게 되었다. 기술선진국에서는 이미 '70년대 말부터 이에 대한 연구가 본격적으로 진행되어 왔고, 실제로 부품 설계시에 보호회로를 삽입하거나 ESD 내성이 강한 부품을 만들기 위한 layout을 특별히 고려하는 등 ESD immunity 개선에 힘써 왔으며, 그 결과 경쟁력 향상의 효과를 거두고 있다. 본 고에서는, 신뢰성 향상 측면에서 정전기 문제 해결을 위한 방법 중에서 ESD내성 평가방법에 관한 내용으로 기본적인 이론과 시험방법론에 대하여 기술하고자 한다.

As we enter the 21st century. Korean libraries have embarked on a journey of change. The reason that libraries in Korea have sought to achieve dynamic changes is that various citizens' organizations have analyzed the issue from their point of view deduced the problem. conveyed this to the general public and thus revitalized the structure of mutual understanding in reaching a solution. The two most notable civilian organizations active in the Korean library area are 'the National Union for Revival of School Libraries' and 'the Citizen Action for Reading Culture'. This study examined the history and activities of these organizations and investigated how they worked with the central and local governments for improving school and public libraries and for promoting reading.

This paper pays attention to the fact that not only Gangnam but also cities outside Seoul that attempt to follow the Gangnam model are deeply involved in Korean developmental urbanism. It examines discursive materials such as newspaper articles, newspaper advertisements and online debates as significant sources of information showing how certain districts are materially and discursively constructed by diverse actors in the national capital and in other cities. The result of in-depth interviews lasting up to two hours reveals local residents' imagined geographies. The article emphasizes that the so-called "Gangnam problem" should be understood as existing beyond the physical, symbolic and administrative boundaries of Gangnam, in cities that follow the Gangnam model. This study helps to provide an epistemological foundation for more equitable, sustainable and de-developmental urbanism.

It is necessary to accumulate the studies on the practical learning and teaching for the Mathematical talent education in elementary school. In this study, I set the 4th grade children mathematically gifted in elementary school to pose the various number calculating formulars, 4 4 4 4 = 0, 1, 2,$\cdots$10, by using to +, -, ${\times}$, $\div$, ( ). And I analysed their products. In 2007, I gave the same task to 5th graders and got a significant result. To expand the target of my study, I used the same investigating method for children of different graders. As a result, I conclude that math brains in 4th grade also can create various many number calculating formulas. I find that children pose to various many calaulating formulars becoming 0, 1, 8, 4 in order whereas they pose to a little calaulating formulars becoming 10, 6, 5, 9 orderly. Most errors are due to the order of calculation or confusion about parenthesis. This study contributes to test methods and text development for math brains in elementary school.

최근 네트워크 서비스 및 분산 컴퓨팅 환경의 급격한 발전과 더불어 인터넷 기반 지리정보 시스템과 이 기종 시스템간에 상호 운용성을 지원하는 분산 지리정보시스템의 기술이 혁신적으로 발전하게 되었다. 현재 이러한 상호 운용성과 더불어 기 구축된 시스템의 재 사용성을 극대화하기 위하여 개방형 컴포넌트 소프트웨어 기술이 발표[1]되었으며, 최근 발표되는 지리정보시스템들도 이러한 개방화와 컴포넌트화 기술을 채택하여 개발되고 있다. 이러한 개방형 컴포넌트 소프트웨어 기술은 컴퓨터 소프트웨어 산업 전반에 커다란 파급 효과를 끼치고 있다. 지리정보시스템 분야에서는 OpenGIS Consortium(OGC)을 주축으로 하여 개방형 컴포넌트 지리정보시스템을 위한 표준 구현 사양을 발표하고 있으며, 이러한 표준 사양을 수용한 제품들이 개발되고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 분산 환경에서 다양한 관계형 데이터베이스시스템을 이용하여 OGC가 제시한 OLE/COM 기반의 데이터 제공자 컴포넌트의 설계 및 구현에 중점을 두고 있다. 본 시스템의 데이터 제공자 컴포넌트는 순수한 관계형 데이터베이스시스템 기반 위에서 구성되므로, 우선 OGC에서 요구하는 GIS 관련 핵심 기능들을 제공하기 위해서 우선 관계형 데이터베이스와 ODBC를 이용하여 공간엔진을 구성하고 있다. 본 공간 엔진은 OGC 사양을 충족하기 위해서 이용되는 최소한의 기능-공간데이터 관리 기능, 공간 연산 처리, 공간 색인 기능 그리고 클라이언트와 통신하기 위한 기능-들을 포함하고 있다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 이러한 공간 엔진의 기반 위에서 OGC OLE DB 제공자 컴포넌트의 설계 및 구현 방법에 대해서 자세히 살펴보고 실제 SQL Server 7.0 환경에서 구축된 공간 엔진 및 OLE DB 제공자 컴포넌트의 구현 예에 대하여 살펴볼 것이다. 혈액내방사선 조사량이 안전용량 범위(200rad)에 속하며 48시간 후 체내잔류량은 서양인과 큰 차이가 없었다.비출현의 소견을 보이는 악성종양 환자의 골 신티그람 53개중 44개 (83.0%)에서 척추 및 늑골에 미만성, 또는 다발성 침습이 관찰되었다. 또 골전이 부위를 두개골, 척추, 견대부, 늑골, 골반, 사지의 근위부 장골의 6개 부위로 나누어 분석할 경우 49개(92.5%)에서 3부위 이상에 전이가 발견되었고, 35개(66.0%)에서 4부위 이상에 전이가 발견되었으며, 5부위 이상, 6개 부위에 모두 전이가 발견된 것은 각각 20개 (37 7%), 11개(20.8%)이었다. 이상의 성적으로 보아 악성종양 환자의 골 신피그라피에서 신장 영상의 비출현은 종양의 광범위한 골전이를 간접적으로 시사하는 소견으로 생각된다. 여러 악성종양중 전립선암에서 신장 영상 비출현의 빈도가 가장 높았으며, 특히 위암에서 골전이 및 신장 영상 비출현의 빈도가 높음은 주목할 만한 것이라 하겠다.출한 결과 인,규소 증가와 자가영양성 미소플랑크톤(ANP)증가에 미치는 요인이 해안과 외해에서 동일하게 가장 큰 설명력을 보였다. As e-commerce developing rapidly, it is becoming a research focus about how to find customer's behavior patterns and realize commerce intelligence by use of Web mining technology. One of the most successful and widely used technologies for building personalization and goods recommendation system is collaborating filtering. However, collaborative filtering have serious data sparsity problem. Traditional association rule does not consider user's interests or preferences to provide a user with specific personalized service.In this paper, we propose an goods recommendation system, which is integrated an collaborative filtering algorithm with item-to-item corelation and an improved Apriori algorithm.
