Electronics industry provides more revenue and jobs, and plays an important role in a variety of fields. During recent changes to the industrial strategy by IT convergence technology development and global economic integration, Global Value Chain(GVC) of the ICT industry has been expanded. The global value chain is a structure consisting of the global dimension in all the processes of business activity for value-added production, R&D, manufacturing, sales, A/S etc. The purpose of this study is to analyze the GVC in the electronics industry and GVC promote practice of Samsung Electronics and LG Electronics. GVC of the electronics industry was developed from 1980, and established manufacturing plant in the United States and Canada. GVC has moved to low-cost countries such as China, Taiwan and India to cut costs, In recent years, because of the rising labor and production costs in China, manufacturing plants move to the Vietnam that has relatively cheap production base. To develop consistently, Korean electronics companies should carry out a new strategy such as item and brand marketing to exporting country.

Nowadays, the power quality issue becomes very important in the electric distribution system. Especially, when a distribution transformer is replaced, the customers who are supplied electricity from the transformer feel inconvenience due to electric outage. Therefore, an advanced method for the distribution transformer replacement without outage is strongly required. The conventional method is the primary-secondary high voltage bypass method according to the transformer utilization factor and the field condition. But it is inconvenient and has some problems such as breakdown and security troubles of the workers according to the unauthorized and temporary work. Therefore, the new scheme for the replacement with uninterruptable power supply is demanded. This paper proposes the new replacement method using the phase converter. The proposed method can reduces the process of replacement work and also ensures worker's safety. Therefore, the method is reasonable in comparison with the conventional method. The proposed method is able to contribute the national economy growth and elevate the convenience of national life by uninterruptable power supply.

섬유산업은 원가 경쟁력 향상과 산업 고도화에 필요한 미래형 저에너지 염색가공 핵심 기술을 통한 고부가가치 섬유제품의 창출과 섬유산업의 선진화달성에 꾸준히 노력을 해 왔다. 염색가공업의 에너지 소비는 섬유산업에서 염색가공업이 연료 사용량의 77%, 전기사용량의 54%를 차지하여 섬유산업의 에너지절감을 위해서는 염색가공 공정에서의 에너지 절감이 가장 중요하다. 국내 염색가공 분야의 4백여 업체를 대상으로 실시한 애로 기술에 관한 설문 조사결과에 따르면 염색공업의 에너지 절약형 구조로의 전환을 위해서 가장 시급히 요구되는 우선기술 1순위는 에너지절약형 염색가공 공정기술로 에너지 절감의 필요성을 반영하고 있다. 효소(Enzyme)가 섬유산업에 도입되기 시작한 것은 면섬유의 호발에 아밀라제가 사용되기 시작하면서 부터이며, 최근 유럽선진국들의 강화된 환경규제와 눈부신 바이오테크놀러지(Biotechnology)의 발전에 기인하여 섬유산업에서 관심과 적용이 확대되고 있다. 섬유산업에서 효소적용의 장점은 효소 그 자체가 자연산물이기 때문에 생분해 되고 중성에 가까운 pH에서 반응하므로 처리액이 환경문제를 일으키지 않으며, 기질특이성을 가져 매우 선택적으로 반응하여 부반응으로 인한 섬유의 손상을 최소화 하는 효과를 들 수 있으며, 무엇보다 소량 저온반응으로 인한 에너지절감이 가장 큰 장점이라 할 수 있다. 실제 섬유산업에서는 전분호제를 제거하는 아밀라아제, 데님워싱 및 면섬유의 후가공에 사용하는 셀룰라아제, 표백 후 잔류하는 과산화수소를 제거하는 카탈라제 등을 적용하는 사례가 많아지고 있으며, 이 밖의 다양한 공정에 효소 이용연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 그 동안 섬유 업체에서 직물의 표면 잔털을 제거하여 매끄러운 외관과 선명한 색상을 재현하기위해 후가공으로 셀룰라아제를 이용했던 공정을 개선하여, 효소를 이용한 정련-Bio polishing-염색의 3공정을 1욕처리를 통해 기존 단독으로 진행되어진 기존제품과의 중량, 외관, 색상재현성, 정련성 등을 비교하여 에너지 절약형 공정기술의 효과를 극대화 해보았다.

This study aims to analyze the government accounting system of South Korea on the institutional complex and institutional congruence of new institutional theory and suggests policy reform for the system. I researched the literatures on the national and local accounting system and compiled research materials from the Ministry of Strategy and Finance, the Ministry of Interior and Safety, the Board of Audit and Inspection, and Government Accounting and Finance Statistics Center websites. Analysis showed that the government accounting system consists of various elements in institutional complex and the congruence level of national and local accounting system of South Korea is low in production, disclosure, and application of information. The suggestions of this study include: introducing accounting position recruitment, adopting government audit system, and improving cooperation between national accounting organizations and local accounting organizations for reliable information production; disclosing real time information and revealing information linking national and local accounting for transparent information disclosure; educating information user, providing accurate cost and available financial analysis indicators, introducing chief financial officer, and expanding range of consolidated national financial statements for information application.

As W-CDMA R5(HSDPA) service became recently commercialized in Korea, there is increasing demand for new pricing methodology for the 3G mobile interconnection at the earliest possible time. However, it is hard to find any case of systematic study on it. In this paper, a synthetic investigation into the three aspects of new mobile telecommunication service - technology, market, and regulation - is conducted to verify the validity of new interconnection pricing methodology. As the findings of this research indicate, given the several technological limits of 3G, speed of mobile telecommunication industry evolution, the problem of verifying ex-ante regulations' validity, and the cases of some foreign countries, it is suggested that immediate revision of interconnection policy is not sensible and that the revision is more desirable to be postponed until the maturity of the 3G market or the adoption of All-IP network.

This paper is a matter of remote control apparatus and display remote control system comprising the same. The remote controller is a wireless remote pointing device that is included a function of mouse and a function of remote controller for VOD etc. It is assembled a sending signal part to communicate with display device, a image sensor part to capture a seen of front view and a main body. Also, it includes a control part that analyzes the captured image, calculates a relative moving factor that main body is moved by user, and then controls the mouse cursor on the display device. The remote control apparatus is able to capture a seen of front view, to analyze the captured image, and to move a mouse cursor point on the display device as much as it calculated relative moving factor. Therefor it brings down the cost of production by a product design that is increased user satisfaction. And it, using the patent and the new product design, will make an epoch in development of the remote control system for Ubiquitous broadcasting industry.

In the system integration (SI) industry, improving relationships with outsourcing partners is one of the key challenges faced by SI companies that aim to increase productivity and reduce costs. In the SI industry, over 80% of project development work is performed by these outsourcing partners. Hence, large SI companies focus on fostering high-performing partners through improved cooperation and mutual relations. However, in the SI industry the existing process of managing outsourcing partners is unable to advance to the level of long-term partnerships due to inadequate information sharing and communication in the process of selecting and assessing a potential and existing partner. Based on the theory of partnership, this study identifies the success factors for new strategic partnerships. Further, this study presents a model for assessing partner companies to promote increased productivity and improve the relationship between an SI company and its partner. In addition, this model is used to assess partner relationships for a well-known SI company "A". This study explores the feasibility of a new framework model.

Recently, the Radio Frequency Identification(RFID) system has been growing with many promising features in technology and applications fields. Especially, a lot of efforts for the application of RFID system in the field of logistics management have been conducted. In addition, in logistics section of steel industry a remarkable efficiency can be attained by application of the RFID system. However, in the RFID system applied for the steel industry, lots of problems were found to be solved in recognition of the tags and antennas. This paper presents the feasibility of deploying RFID in the steel industry as a tool for reduction of the production cost. An application of the steel industry to RFID-based tracking management system was proposed. The results of this paper showed that the recognition rate of material input and output was found 100 percent and secured 99 percent of detection rate in the location. In conclusion, the proposed RFID-based tracking management system was approved superior to the existing system in terms of productivity.

1856년 7월7일 영국에서 에드워드 찰스 힐리 와 에드워드 엘리스 알렌(Edward Charles Healey & Edward Ellis Allen)에 의해 골판지가 처음 발명되었고, 15년후인 1871년12월19일에 현재의 골판지상자 형태의 특허가 미국의 알버트. L. 존스(Albert. L.Jones)에게 취득된지 130여년이상이 지난 이 시대에는 실로 다양한 분야에서 골판지를 사용하고 있지만, 주 사용분야는 포장산업의 분야이다. 과거에는 포장의 주목적은 첫째 포장 내용물(상품)의 보호 둘째 상품의 운송과 적재 및 취급의 편리성 셋째 상품 구매동기 유발의 순서이었으나 최근에는 첫째와 둘째의 목적은 필수불가결한 것이고 세번째의 상품 구매동기 유발의 목적에 더 큰 비중이 있는 추세이다. 따라서 포장재의 규격은 생산자의 입장에서는 보다 단순해지고 규격화 되는 것이 생산코스트의 절감과 생산성향상의 지름길이지만(그러나 더욱 복잡해지고 비규격화 되는 것이 제품 부가가치가 더 높을 수도 있기 때문에 여기에는 보다 신중한 판단이 필요하다.) 각종 통신기술, 인터넷과 I.T산업의 발달과 더불어 소비자가 언제라도 상품의 다양한 정보에 쉽게 접할 수있는 이 시대에는 다양한 소비계층의 NEED를 모두 만족시켜 줄려고 하는 상품 개발자의 제품설계 및 개발과 판매전략에 의해 더욱 더 상품은 다양해지고 있다.(필자의 판단으로는 앞으로 보다 더 다양해지고 복잡해지고 있는 추세이다.) 즉 다시말하면 이러한 다양한 형태의 포장재의 변화를 수용하여, 가장 높은 가격경쟁력으로, 적시에 가장빠르게 생산하여 공급할 수있는 능력을 갖춘 포장재 제조업자만이 미래에는 적자생존 할 수있다는 결론이다. 더욱이 우리나라의 현실은 대한민국 골판지 포장산업의 특성상 세계적으로 유래가 없는 적은 판매마진(과도한 출혈경쟁으로 인함)으로 인하여, 생산설비만 계속 증설하여 생산량과 규모에 의한 경제성 만으로 수치채산성을 맞추는 형태로 발전하여 왔기 때문에, 각 골판지 생산공장의 수익성은 악화일로로 치닫고 있는 실정이다. 즉 아주 적은 규모의 공장이나 아니면 많은 자금력을 이용한 대형공장만이 수익성을 유지하고 있는 것처럼 보인다.(지금과 같이 시장의 성장이 없는 골판지시징에서 시장의 총규모는 정해진 상태이고, 여기에서 서로 나눠 가지는 형태이므로, 최악의 경우는 어느 한쪽만이 살아 남는 제로섬 게임이 될 수 있으므로, 실제로는 가장 적정한 규모의 공장이 가장수익성이 높다.) 여기에서 필자는 이러한 위기에 처해 있는 우리나라 골판지산업의 생산공장에서 생산성을 저하시켜 제조원가를 높이는 요인들을 살펴보고, 이 요인들 중에서 주된 요인중의 하나인 소로트오다가 더욱 더 많아지고 있는 현실과 다가오는 미래의 상황에 대비해 골판지 공장의 완전자동화(Ubiquitous in Corrugating Factory)에 대비한 가장 효율적인 소로트생산 운영방법에 대해서 집중적으로 이야기 해보고자 한다.

The automobile industry has been rapidly developing and the manufacturers in Korea as well as auto makers in other advanced countries are putting every ounce of their energies in securing their competitive edges in technology and in marketing. To that purpose, each company focuses on (i) reducing costs and (ii) improving productivity. We believe that the improved productivity can be capitalized by a set of various factors including improved organization-internal environment and employees' job satisfaction. The present research aims to identify how the internal elements contribute and lead to improved productivity. The present paper is a report of an empirical survey performed to 161 employees working in small and medium-sized firms in the automobile industry. After testing reliability and validity of the collected data, we have performed structural equation analysis using Amos of SPSS and tested a set of research hypotheses and models. The reported results will clarify the factors that influence productivity and job satisfaction and also shed light on the directions for strategic polices to keep up with the ever changing climate of the industry.
