  • Environmental pollution caused by fossil fuel use and energy sources, the big concern is the rise of the current situation, one of the ways to overcome the interest in renewable energy is Gozo. Located on the west coast, especially the Saemangeum area and the northwest wind, the big advantage of the vast area that's got quite a number of wind turbines is expected.   • An objective of companies' existence is to make profits and grow steadily. Judging what is reasonable or excessive profit for an industry or a company by a profit figure is practically impossible because it is a matter of value judgement not just fact judgement. But recently construction companies' profit level is under severe argument. The objective of this study is to investigate the level of construction companies' profit level and compare it with other industries in order to identify facts and characteristics in relation to construction companies's profit level.

  • To manage a construction project efficiently, it is essential to ensure the practical usage in construction management. The purpose of this study is to develop a practical model, which will increase the efficiency of management. The followings are the method of this study: (1) Establishing a breakdown structure based on integration of CBS and WBS which is well acquainted (2) Developing and systemizing managerial standards and processes on such activities as calculating and marking progress rates & schedule, summarizing cost by activities level, making out project analysis reports. This study shall contribute to raising the efficiency in construction management after being verified in a pilot project and being developed into construction management system.

  • 화석연료 사용으로 발생한 환경 문제와 에너지원 고갈로 생성된 새로운 청정에너지에 대한 중요성은 시간이 지나면서 더욱더 증가해 가고 있다. 청정에너지로 알려져 있는 많은 에너지원 중에 태양의 빛에너지를 전기적 에너지로 변환하여 활용하기 위한 연구는 상당히 많이 이루어지고 있다. 태양전지는 공해가 적고, 자원이 무한적이며 반영구적인 수명을 가지고 있어 일부 에너지 문제에 도움을 줄 수 있는 에너지원으로 평가받고 있다. 태양전지 기술 개발 방향은 전지의 변환효율을 높이는 방향과 공정 개발 원가를 줄이는방향의 연구들로 진행되어 오고 있다. 태양전지의 변환 효율은 새로운 물질의 개발과 공정 개발을 통하여 연구가 진행되고 있으며, 발전해온 많은 반도체 기술을 통하여 많은 부분 향상되어 오고 있다. 하지만, 반도체 기술 중에 도핑 기술은 많은 부분을 연구되어 왔지만, 아직도 쉽지만은 않은 기술이다. 이러한 기술이 안정화되지 않고서는 높은 효율의 태양전지의 개발은 어려운 일이다. 본 연구에서는 태양전지 제작하는 공정을 단순화 하고 그 공정 중에 어려운 공정으로 알려진 도핑공정에 대한 연구를 진행하였다. 대양한 공정 조건으로 연구가 이루어 졌으며, 그 변화에 따른 온도변화와 소스의 농도 변화에 따른 면저항 값을 분석하였다.

  • 모바일 단말 기반 동영상 서비스 기술에 관한 연구는 현재 활발히 수행되고 있으며, 유선 인터넷 기반에서 상용화가 가능한 기술 분야까지도 모바일 단말의 성능과 무선 네트워크 플랫폼의 빠른 발전에 힘입어 모바일에 응용하고자하는 시도 또한 계속되고 있다. 현재 모바일 단말 기반 영상서비스와 관련된 기술은 하드웨어적으로 구현하여 운영되고 있다. 그러나 하드웨어 기반으로 구현되어 서비스되고 있는 현재의 서비스 형태는 새로운 동영상 코덱 알고리즘과 동영상 데이터 통신에 대한 여러 제어 구조 변화에 대하여 탄력적으로 대응할 수 없다는 단점을 지니고 있다. 따라서 하드웨어적으로 구현된 영상서비스 기술을 소프트웨어적으로 처리하기 위한 디코더 개발은 필수적이라고 볼 수 있다. 이러한 소프트웨어 디코더의 개발을 통하여 새로운 동영상 미디어 플레이어 개발과 동영상 데이터 전송 방법 및 트래픽 제어 등과 같은 부가적인 기술의 변화에 즉각적 대응이 가능하다. 또한 추가적인 하드웨어 칩의 내장에 따른 모바일 단말기의 제조 원가절감과 모바일 단말기 재사용을 통한 자원 절감에 많은 기여가 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 WIPI 플랫폼을 기반으로 컴포넌트 기반 설계를 이용한 H.264 동영상 소프트웨어 디코더를 설계한다.

  • 전통적으로 초고압 지중케이블 접속함으로 현장에서 절연을 형성하여 전기적 성능을 유지하는 TMJ(Tape Molded Joint), TJ(Taped Joint), EMJ(Extruded Molding Joint) 및 공장에서 절연물을 가공하여 현장에서 조립만으로 설치를 완료하게 되는 PJ(Prefabricated Joint), PMJ(Pre-Molded Joint) 등이 사용되어 왔다. 최근에 PMJ에 사용되는 재료의 발전과 PMJ의 조립시간 단축, 원가 절감 및 공장 출하시 검사에 의한 신뢰성 향상으로 지중케이블 접속함 시장에서 PMJ의 비중이 점차 확대 되어가고 있다. 이에 당사는 이미 230kV급 PMJ의 개발을 완료하였으며, 이러한 기술적 배경을 바탕으로 현재 PMJ로서는 세계에서 최고 전압급에 속하는 400kV급 PMJ의 개발을 완료하게되었다.

  • Although poultry industry in Japan has been much developed in recent years, it still needs to be developed , compared with developed countries. Since the poultry market in Korea is expected to be opened in the near future it is necessary to maximize the Productivity to reduce the production costs and to develop the scientific, technologies and management organization systems for the improvement of the quality in poultry production. Followings ale the summary of poultry industry in Japan. 1. Poultry industry in Japan is almost specized and commercialized and its management system is : integrated, cooperative and developed to industrialized intensive style. Therefore, they have competitive power in the international poultry markets. 2. Average egg weight is 48-50g per day (Max. 54g) and feed requirement is 2. 1-2. 3. 3. The management organization system is specialized and farmers in small scale form complex and farmers in large scale are integrated.

  • This study is to suggest strategies for the aquaculture of marine fishes in Korea through the analysis of current domestic states and case studies of the advanced countries to enhance the competitiveness of the industry. To reveal the current state, a questionnaire study to the producers was carried out, and cases in Norway, China, Japan, USA were analysed in terms of national development strategies. From those analyses, 3 strategies for the improvement of the competitive edge in the industry were induced as followings. First, it is necessary to implement restructuring such as upsizing through consolidation of small units, networking, etc. Second, it is required to introduce the state-of-the-art technology with the newly-designed equipments to save energy and cost in the operation. Third, it is also required to implement programs to select the national strategic species and concentrate R&D resources on the selected ones.

  • The national capacity of electricity of Korea was 81,737 MW and the peak demand was renewed by the record of 71,230 MW in 2012 which has been increasing since the first lighting ceremony had taken place in the Royal Palace(Kyung-Bok Goong) in 1887. Aa the counteract on the rapid increasing of the demand, Korean government is constructing and operating the high capacity nuclear and thermal power plants, however, the operating reserve on weekdays is small while those of weekends are more than 40% of capacity, so they are providing the pumped-storage power plants with the surplus electricity during weekends and operating the power plants which cost higher production price and located in the capital area with WSS (Weekly Start and Stop) mode including the Seoul Thermal Power Plant. Since the Seoul Thermal Power Plant is spending huge amount of expenses for more than 30 times of the WSS annually due to the high production cost even though it is in Seoul, the core of the demand, I chose the power plant unit #5 which was on the grid in 1969 for the case to confirm reducing 23% of the warm start-up time by applying the "Start-up time management program", and that reducing 35% of the water temperature increasing time by accelerate the increasing rate of the inlet temperature of the water circulating pump.

  • To respond effectively to climate change following the launch of the new climate system, the government is seeking to expand the use of distributed power resources. Among them, the district heating system centered on Combined Heat and Power (CHP) is accepted as the most realistic alternative. On the other hand, the government recently announced the change of energy paradigm focusing on eco-friendly power generation from the base power generation through $8^{th}$ Basic Plan for Long-term Electricity Supply and Demand(BPE). In this study, we analyzed the quantitative effects of profit and loss on the CHP operating business by changing patterns of the heat production, caused by the change of energy paradigm. To do this, the power market long-term simulation was carried out according to the $7^{th}$ and $8^{th}$ BPE respectively, using the commercialized power market integrated analysis program. In addition, the CHP operating model is organized to calculate the power and heat production level for each CHP operation mode by utilizing the operating performance of 830MW class CHP in Seoul metropolitan area. Based on this, the operation optimization is performed for realizing the maximum operating profit and loss during the life-cycle of CHP through the commercialized integrated energy optimization program. As a result, it can be seen that the change of the energy paradigm of the government increased the level of the ordered power supply by Korean Power Exchange(KPX), decreased the cost of the heat production, and increased the operating contribution margin by 90.9 billion won for the 30 years.
