기업도산예측(企業倒産豫測)에 관(關)한 실증적(實證的) 연구(硏究)

  • 우리 나라 경제는 1993년 이후로 호황을 유지하다가 1996년 말부터는 경제불황이 닥쳐, 현재는 구제금융이라는 최악의 경제혼란기에 처해 있다. 하루에도 기업의 도산은 부지기수로 발생되고 있으며, 도산으로 인하여 국민들은 직장을 싫고 물가인상 등으로 가계마저 흔들리고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 이유로 본 연구에서는 재무비율에 의한 기업도산예측모델을 설정하려고 한다. 연구의 자료는 1996년 3월 은행연합회에서 개발한 '기업신용평가표'에 나타난 재무비율을 이용하였다. 연구의 결과를 보면 '기업신용평가표'의 변수는 기존연구에 비교하여 보면 도산예측력이 낮은 편인데, 그 이유는 기존연구는 대부분 통계적으로 검증된 5-6개의 변수를 대상으로 도산예측력을 나타내고 있는데 반하여, 본 연구에서는 기업신용평가표에서 선정된 모든 변수를 대상으로 분석했기 때문이다. 그러나 대체적으로 분석하여 볼 때 기업신용평가표의 재무비율 선정은 양호한 편으로 생각된다. 그러나 본 연구의 주목적은 신용평점에 의한 도산예측력분석이므로 본 연구의 선정모형에서 나타난 자기자본비율, 현금흐름/총부채(고정장기적합율), 매출액경상이익율, 총자본순이익율, 영업자산회전율 등은 기업신용평가내지 도산예측분석에 유용한 것으로 나타났다.

  • 본 논문은 이미지가 갖는 R, G, B 비율의 분산을 이용하여, 공간 영역에서 정보를 은닉하는 알고리즘을 제시한다. 웹 상에서 Jpeg, bmp, gif 등의 포멧을 갖는 이미지를 raw 파일로 변환한 후, R,G,B 비율을 구한다. 그 중 사람의 눈에 가장 둔감한 B 비율 분산을 조작하여 정보를 은닉하는데 이용한다. 또한 오류율을 낮추기 위하여 (15,7)BCH Code 를 사용한다. 제안된 알고리즘이 JPEG(Joint Photographic coding Experts Group) compression, scale(이미지의 크기 변화), Mediancut 과 같은 이미지 변화에 강한 특성과 정보은닉 후에도 화질열화가 발생하지 않는 특성을 실험을 통해 보인다.

  • A technique of the heat rate allocation was devised to monitor the performance of Combined Cycle Power Plant. This calculates the expected heat rate of current conditions and compares it with actual values. Loss allocation in heat rate is reconciled by calculating the magnitude of the deficiency contributed by major components, such as the gas turbine, heat recovery steam generator (HRSG), steam turbine and condenser. Expected power output is determined by a detailed model and correction curves of the plant.

  • Research on autonomous vehicles is being actively conducted. As autonomous vehicles emerge, there will be a transitional period in which traditional and autonomous vehicles coexist, potentially leading to a higher accident rate. Currently, when a traffic accident occurs, the fault ratio is determined according to the criteria set by the General Insurance Association of Korea. However, the time required to investigate the type of accident is substantial. Additionally, there is an increasing trend in fault ratio disputes, with requests for reconsideration even after the fault ratio has been determined. To reduce these temporal and material costs, we propose a deep learning model that automatically determines fault ratios. In this study, we aimed to determine fault ratios based on accident video through a image classification model based on ResNet-18 and video action recognition using TSN. If this model commercialized, could significantly reduce the time required to measure fault ratios. Moreover, it provides an objective metric for fault ratios that can be offered to the parties involved, potentially alleviating fault ratio disputes.

Formulating the Local Displacement and Local Moments of a Plate Stiffened with Open Ribs According to the Loading Sizes (재하 크기에 따른 개단면 리브 보강판의 국부 처짐과 국부 모멘트의 정형화)

  • In this study, stiffened plates with open ribs are analyzed to estimate and formulate the local displacement and local moments according to square loading sizes. For the local behaviors of plates stiffened with rectangular and reverse T ribs, the ratio functions according to the dimensions of stiffened plates are obtained at each square loading size. Analytical results show that values of the basic stiffened plates are different but the ratio functions of each square loading size are similar and the difference of the ratio functions between rectangular ribs and reverse T ribs are small, so the ratio functions can be unified by integrating the loading sizes regardless of the rib type. The application of the unioned ratio functions to L type ribs and rectangular loading shows good accuracies. Therefore, the local behaviors of plates stiffened with open ribs can easily be obtained by using the unioned ratio functions proposed in this study.

The Effects of COVID-19 on the Self-Harm in Children and Adolescents Observed in a University Hospital (대학병원에서 관찰한 코로나19가 소아청소년 자해에 미치는 영향)

  • Objectives : The aim of the present study is to investigate the impact of COVID-19 on the incidence and severity of childhood and adolescent self-harm. Methods : Medical records were retrospectively reviewed for patients under the age of 18 who visited the emergency room of Konyang University Hospital to compare the rate of self-harm attempts and the demographic, clinical, and self-harm-related of self-harm attempters aspects before and after the COVID-19 outbreak. Results : During 11 months after the COVID-19 outbreak, the proportion of the number of children and adolescents patients with self-harm and their episodes increased significantly compared to that during 11 months before the COVID-19 outbreak (𝛘2=14.397, p<0.001; 𝛘2=24.156, p<0.001). Between about the year before and after the outbreak of COVID-19, there was a significant difference in the prior self-harm history and psychiatric history among children and adolescents who visited the emergency room and the ratio of hospitalization to other departments than department of psychiatry (p<0.05; p<0.05; p<0.05). Conclusions : In the COVID-19 situation, the proportion of children and adolescents who visited the emergency room due to self-harm and admission to other departments are increasing. And it has been shown that the incidence of self-harm has significantly increased in children and adolescents with a history of prior self-harm and psychiatric past history. These findings underscore the need for the psychiatric evaluation and intervention of self-harm related high-risk groups among children and adolescents in pandemic situations.

  • This study was conducted to analysis citizen's attitude and style to the foodwaste from loth Sept. to 30th Sept. in 1996. The research was used questionare method and the analysis was used prequency analysis and cross table method by SPSS (scientific statistics). they answered that the most serious environment problem was waste problem and the best way to settle waste problem was to reduce waste production itself. And they answered that to settle environment problems, it was most important for us to change our life style. But It was not agreed between consciousness and action(execution). Because most of the food-related waste was among household waste, it's settlement was the most importment thing than any other. Nevertheless the seperation of waste was essential to effective incineration, the seperation process was not actually conducted and only a few housewife knew the difference of incinerable and non-incinerable waste. The recycling for the disused dry-cells and garbage is not completly. But we think that if the effective government's recycling counterplan for wastes, foodwaste or wasted dry cell, etc., is estabilished, rates of seperation and collection was increasing. Much usuage of onetime vinyl bag for shopping was become the one of the main cause in increasing the package waste, and so it was needed to use the longlife shopping basket.

전기화재 원인과 대책

  • 내무부 통계에 의하면 83년도 전국 화재발생 건수는 7,725건이며 이중 전기로 인한 화재는 전체의 28.3%인 2,186건으로 화재발생 원인 중 가장 많은 비율을 차지하고 있다. 그 요인은 전기소비량의 증가에도 있겠지만 전기시설의 노후화와 전기설비 기계기구의 유지관리 부실 및 부주의에 많은 원인이 있다고 본다. 따라서 전기사고가 화재의 원인이 될 수 있는 사항을 중심으로 전기원리와 사고대책을 언급함으로써 전기화재에 대한 이해의 도모와 아울러 전기화재 예방에 보탬이 되고자 하였다.

  • 선형파 이론 자체로서는 쇄파대내에서의 파고를 직접 계산할 수 없으므로 쇄파가 발생하기 전까지만 계산할 수 있다. 그리고 쇄파대내에서의 파고는 수심에 대하여 일정한 비율로 감소시켜 해석해 왔다. 그러나 쇄파가 발생한 후의 파고는 선형적으로 감소하지 않고 해저경사에 따라서 그 감소경향이 다르게 나타남을 여러문헌에서 알 수 있다.(중략)
