Position Control of Electro Hydraulic Actuator (EHA) using an Iterative Learning Control (반복 학습제어를 이용한 전기유압액추에이터의 위치제어)

  • This paper presents the development of a compact position generator to be used for industrial purposes based on a pump controlled Electro-Hydraulic Actuator (EHA), which is closed-loop controlled by an embedded based Iterative PID controller. The controller is designed by combining the PID controller and the iterative learning scheme to perform tracking control for periodically desired references. Control algorithm is implemented on an embedded computer (AD 7011-EVA) which makes the implementation and application in industrial environments easier.

Analysis on Types of Errors in Learning about Control Structures of Programming using Flowchart (순서도를 활용한 프로그래밍 제어 구조 학습에 나타난 오류 유형 분석)

  • Designing algorithms is a very important learning process in computational thinking education because it requires learner's logical and procedural thinking. But the case studies that have topics of algorithms learning and students' types of errors in learning algorithms are not enough. So the purpose of this study is to analyze students' errors that discovered in the process of learning three control structures of programming using flowchart and provide types of errors in designing algorithms. Results about tests of three types of control structures in university student's algorithms learning class showed different cases of types of errors; types of sequential control error are not presented in the class, types of conditional control error are presented in the case of setting the conditions of nested conditional control, and types of iterative control are showed in the many cases of iterative conditions, statements of single and nested iterative control structure. The results of study will be a good case study about teaching designing algorithms of computational thinking education in elementary, secondary school and university.

Commercial frequency AC discharge magnetic stimulation operating characteristics (상용교류방전 자기자극장치의 동작특성)

  • We propose pulsed magnetic stimulation below 30W by the AC(60Hz) switching control of leakage transformer primary which has some advantage of cost and size compared to a typical pulsed power supply. Pulse repetition rate is adjusted from 5Hz to 60Hz to control magnetic stimulation output. In this magnetic stimulation, a low voltage open loop control for high voltage discharge circuit is employed to avoid the HV sampling or switching and high voltage leakage transformer is used to convert rectified low voltage pulse to high voltage one. A ZCS(Zero Cross Switch)circuit and a DSP & FPGA are used to control gate signal of SCR precisely. The pulse repetition rate is limited by 60Hz due to the frequency of AC line and a high leakage inductance. The maximum magnetic stimulation output was obtained about 33W at pulse repetition rate of 60Hz, total 40, 80, 120, $160^{\circ}$, SCR gate trigger angle $90^{\circ}$ and total output.

  • We propose a modified version of 'a Lazy Version of Eppstein's k shortest paths Algorithm(LVEA)' which can find the k shortest paths in total time O(m+ n log n+ K log K) in the worst-case. The algorithm we propose, since the Link repeated paths are all eliminated when enumerating k shortest paths, is No link repeated paths algorithm that is suitable in a transportation network.

  • In this paper we present an associative menory network(AMN) controller for learning of robot trajectories. We use AMN controller in order to improve the performance of conventional learning control, e.g. RCL, which had studied by Sadegh et al. Computer simulations show the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed AMN controller.

  • It is presented to extended to an interaction matrix formulation to the problem of system and disturbance identification for a plant that is corrupted by both process and output disturbances. With only an assumed upper bound on the order of the system and an assumed upper bound on the number of disturbance frequencies, it is shown that both the disturbance-free model and disturbance effect can be recovered exactly from disturbance-corrupted input-output data without direct measurement of the periodic disturbances. The rich information returned by the identification can be used by an iterative learning or repetitive control system to eliminate unwanted periodic disturbances. Those can be helped to apply to the multiple dynamic systems for precision quality assurance.

  • 원전 증기발생기의 수위제어기를 퍼지제어기로 구성하는 경우 증기발생기의 단독운전이 아닌 전체발전소의 가동중에 소속함수 조정이 이루어져야 하는 제약환경을 고려할 때 많은 반복실행횟수를 필요로 하는 임의적인 시행착오방법이나 일반화되어 있지 않은 복잡한 방법보다는 보다 간단명료하고 예측가능한 조정경로를 통해 소속함수를 조정할 필요가 있다. 여기에서는 그 방안으로서 프로세스 제어응답의 최대초과량 상승시간의 합으로 평가함수를 도입하고 descent method를 이용하여 제어응답의 결과로 얻는 평가함수의 최소점을 따라 소속함수를 조정해가는 방법을 제시하였다.

  • 일반적으로 기계장치나 구조물 등은 여러 가지형태의 반복하중을 받게 되며, 이러한 하중의 크기가 항복강도 이하에 있어서도 반복 피로 현상에 의해서 파괴되는 경우가 있다. 유압 피로시험기는 기계장치나 구조물의 재료나 부품에 대한 피로시험을 통하여 피로강도나 신뢰성 등을 시험하기 위한 장비이고, 본 논문에서는 유압 피로 시험기를 제어하고 데이터를 취득할 수 있는 제어시스템의 개발에 대해 서술하였다.
