Cultural policy, a part of ideological policy has affected remarkable changes in movie and animation. Korean animation was called cartoon movie and popular only among children, but works dealing with anti-communism ideology have been introduced in Korea since before/after 1970s. Animation focusing on ideology is not unique in Korea, but division of two Koreas after Korean War made great influence on social, cultural and educational aspects of the nation. Moreover, modification in movie-related laws and regulations made in 1960s - 1970s affected movie and animation significantly and is a means of strengthening anti-communism. In particular, Director Cheong-gi Kim's released in 1978 is meaningful in that it is the first long piece of animation movie. In this study, I clarify anticommunistic ideology reflected on the anticommunistic animations and the imageable expression of ideology reflected on . Most of all, I emphasize on clarifying how the cultural policies and social & cultural background influence on the advent of anticommunistic animation in 1960${\sim}$1970. Also, to communicate anticommunistic ideology reflected on produced under the social & cultural background, I clarify the expressive characteristic which the image of animation has.

장비나 부품이 비행 또는 수송 등 실제상황에서 겪게되는 진동환경에 얼마만큼 견디는지 여부를 확인하고, 예상되는 동적 하중에 의한 성능저하나 오 동작이 일어나지 알는지 확인하기 위해 환경진동시험(environmental vibration test)이 수행된다. 이러한 환경진동시험의 경우에는 대형(대용량)의 진동시험기(shaker 또는 exciter)가 이용되며 진동시험기로부터 에너지를 시험물에 기계적으로 전달시켜줄 수 있는 진동 시험치구(이하, "치구(fixture)")가 필요하게 된다. 따라서 치구의 설계문제가 대두되며, 환경진동시험의 성공여부를 좌우하는데 대단히 중요한 역할을 하게 된다. 치구의 설계시 가장 중요한 점은 시험규격에 정해진 기준스펙트럼(specified reference spectrum)이 치구 위에 설치될 여러 시험물부착점들에 그대로 전달될 수 있는 강체치구(rigid fixture)를 설계하는 것이 가장 이상적이지만 치구의 공진 및 반공진 특성으로 인해 시험물부착점들 마다 스펙트럼이 달라지게 된다. 따라서 시험물은 과대시험(overtest) 또는/그리고 과소시험(undertest)를 겪게된다.최근의 진동시험제어 기법으로서는 다채널시스템을 이용한 여러 시험부착점들에서의 진동레벨의 평균을 제어하는 평균제어기법(average control technique)이 이용되므로서 시험주파수 범위에서 공진진동수(resonance frequency)들은 기준스펙트럼과 동일하게 제어가 가능하나 반공진 진동수(antiresonance frequency)들에서는 반공진 진동수들이 갖는 물리적 특성으로 인해 기준스펙트럼과 동일하게 제어가 이루어지지 않으므로시험규격에 정해진 정확한 진동시험이 수행되지 못하게된다.본 연구에서는 치구의 설계단계에서 치구 위의 여러 시험물 부착점들- 평균제어점(average control points)- 에서의 반공진 진동수들을 고려하여 그 감도를 게산하고, 치구의 구조변경을 수행하여 시험물 부착점들에서의 반공진 진동수를 일치시키므로서 종래의 진동시험제어시 나타나는 반공진진동수에서의 문제점을 제거할 수 있고, 그 결과 시험물 부착점들에서의 스펙트럼이 시험규격에 정해진 스펙트럼대로 진동시험이 수행될 수 있게 하는데 있다.

The method of antiresonance frequency analysis of multi-input system is proposed. The structural dynamic modification using antiresonance frequency analysis is also applied to reduce the undertest at specimen attachment points on the fixture in environmental vibration test, which is resulted from the inconsistency of antiresonance frequencies. Several computer simulations show that the proposed method can remove the undertest problem which is not removed in conventional vibration test control. And the effectiveness of the method is verified with the impact hammer excitation of aluminium fixture model.

The commercial value of the Korean animation was developed by the government's policies of revitalizing reform and national harmony from 1960 to the middle of 1980. Especially, the character of the anti communistic animation was organized by the structure of confrontation between South (good) and North (evil). The confrontation was viewed by communism and liberal democracy by red and white (or blue) and a pig or a boy. Such ideology and the policy of Korean culture gave some impact on its culture, for example, movie and animation. The animation became the tool of educating the idea of anti-communism and the policy of Korean culture by firming the policy of anti communism. But that animation of anti communism must not be blamed because it is a general animation of Korea which describes the reality. We have to take a hard view of the time and reconsider it by the new point of view.

The aim of this investigation was to determine the historical relationship between anti-communism in the United States and military dictatorship in Paraguay. Relations between the two countries have been of great importance since the U.S attempt to obtain hemispheric solidarity in World War II, the Cold War in Latin America, and the balance of power in the La Plata region. The Archives of Terror are official documents of police repression between Alfredo Stroessner's dictatorship and the U.S. U.S provided support and aid to Paraguay dictator. Alfredo Stroessner spanned more than half a century. The course of Paraguay-U.S. relation during his regime is illustrative of the flow of real politics in both nations. Not only did Washington had definite diplomatic goals, so did $Asunci{\acute{o}}n$. The relative disparity in power and wealth between the two nations did not necessarily hinder Paraguay's pursuit of international advantage in its relations with the United States.

본 연구는 선우휘의 <불꽃>을 중심으로 그의 작가의식을 연구한 것이다. 논의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 선우휘의 소설에는 현실도피와 역사의식의 부재가 있다. 둘째, 그는 반공주의에 깊게 영향을 받았다. 셋째, 역사적 각성이 제거된 행동만을 보여준다. 넷째, 냉전 이데올로기에 따른 국가주의에 순응한다. 이런 점에서 그는 반공 이데올로그로 볼 수 있다.

This paper presents the influence of backlash can be greatly increased on the frequency response characteristic which is presented as the angular velocity of a motor to the motor input voltage, if the motor input voltage is adequately reduced. And, this paper verifies theoretically, analytically and experimentally the availability on the method of detecting the change of backlash magnitude by investigating on the change of the anti-resonance and resonance frequencies in the frequency response characteristic due to the change of backlash magnitude. The amount of change of anti-resonance frequency is more useful that of resonance frequency when detecting the change of backlash magnitude, because the change of anti-resonance frequency can be measured more stable. This paper also shows the sharp change of resonance frequency can be investigated when the motor input voltage is enough reduced. The work will be useful for the further research on the backlash estimation method of a servo system with a gear reducer.

양성자 기반 공학 기술 개발 사업단은 20MeV 양성자 가속기를 운전 중이며, 진공, 빔 계측, 전원 등의 장치에 대한 제어 시스템을 개발 운영 중이다. 대형 입자 가속기를 위한 제어 시스템의 전체 네트워크는 사용자 인터페이스와 제어계가 단일 네트워크를 공유하고 있으며 EPICS(Experimental Physics and Industrial Control System) CA(Channel Access)통신을 이용하여 데이터를 상호 교환한다. 그러나 단일 네트워크를 사용함으로서 관리자만이 제어해야 할 데이터는 많은 클라이언트에게 노출되는 문제점이 있다. 그러므로 클라이언트의 접근을 제어하여 제어계로부터 전달되는 신호들의 안정성과 보안성을 유지할 수 있는 방법이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 제어시스템에 보안성과 안정성을 유지하기 위하여 클라이언트를 Control Network, 제어계를 Machine Network로 분산시키고 통신 중계기 역할을 하는 CA Gateway를 적용하여 클라이언트에게 접근 권한을 주는 기법을 제시하고 구현 및 그 결과를 보고한다.

Parametric study on the lever type dynamic anti-resonance vibration isolator (DAVI) is executed to introduce the system in the path of vibration transmission for the vibratory response attenuation. The effects of inertia and location of the lever on the system performances are investigated using FEA. The effects of other parameters such as ratio of lever lengths, ratio of masses and the location of pivot are studied with analytical approach. According to the results, all the parameters except lever location affect the system response in their own ways. Consequently, the optimal lever type DAVI for translational or rotational system can be efficiently designed by selecting system parameters using the procedure introduced in this study.
