본고에서는 Q-mark 모델의 R&D(Research & Development) 품질 영향 분석을 기술한다. 이를 위해 Q-mark 모델 특징과 종류 그리고 절차를 간략히 기술하고, R&D 품질에 대한 Q-mark 인증 모델 영향에 대해 연구현장 설문조사 내용을 바탕으로 연구결과 완성도 측면, 대외 신뢰도 개선을 통한 과제 수주 측면, 기술 이전과 사업화 측면, 그리고 과제관리 효율화 측면 등에서 분석하여 제시한다. 또 앞으로 Q-mark 모델이 보다 객관적이고 효과적인 R&D 품질관리를 위한 인증 모델로 개선되고 지속적으로 운영되기 위해 보완되어야 할 사항에 대해 설문조사 결과를 바탕으로 인증 측면, 프로세스 범주 측면, 제공 템플릿 측면, 그리고 품질 지원 서비스 및 전문성 측면에서 기술한다.

본 논문에서는 일반적인 문서를 CCD 카메라로 입력 받은 후, 사용자가 원하는 영역을 손가락으로 선택하면, 손 인식 알고리즘을 적용하여 사용자의 손가락 움직임을 검출하고, 손가락으로 선택되어진 영역을 인식한 후, 선택되어진 영역으로 카메라를 이동시켜 획득된 영상을 문자 인식 가능한 크기로 확대/축소하며, 확대된 영상에 문자인식 알고리즘을 적용하여 문서로 변환하는 시스템을 구현하였다 최종적으로 사용자가 이 시스템의 존재를 인지하지 못할 만큼 자연스럽게 사용할 수 있는 시스템을 구현하고자 하였다.

본 논문은 벅 차동전력조절 회로가 적용 된 다출력 스위치드-커패시터 부스트 컨버터의 소신호 모델 분석에 대한 논문이다. 제안하는 회로는 각 태양광 모듈의 최대전력점을 추정하기 위해서 제어된다. 제안하는 회로는 상태 공간 평균화 기법과 시그널 플로우 그래프를 통해서 해석하였으며 PSIM과 MATLAB을 통해서 증명하였다.

보안이 중요시되는 공간에서 임의의 사람을 추적하고 인식할 수 있는 시스템의 필요성이 점차 중요시되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 wide-area를 감시하기 위해 음원과 Pan-Tilt 카메라를 이용하여 침입자 추적 시스템을 구현하고자 한다. 먼저 음원 추적 센서를 이용하여 음원의 방위를 검출한 후 Pan-Tilt 카메라를 방위 방향으로 이동시키고 이동된 Pan-Tilt 카메라로부터 기준영상을 추출한 후 일정 기준 시간마다 영상을 다시 획득하여 차 영상과 검출결과를 얻어 침입자를 추적하여 감시 시스템을 구현한다. 본 논문에 의해서 구현된 시스템은 홈 네트워크 보안 시스템과 연동을 하여 가정이나 공공시설 보안에 대한 인터페이스 역할을 할 수 있다.

As the utility value of GPS in surveying field is on the increase after the conversion into the world geodetic system, it is attracting the interest of many people involved in the application of GPS. In this study an algorithm was established settling ambiguity through LAMBDA techniques and the baseline processing program was developed for L1/L2 carrier phase using visual c++ 6.0, which is an object-oriented language. And the developed program proved that it maintained a difference of less than 3mm over the short baseline of 1.5m or shorter when compared with other commercialized programs.

The domestic railway has high speed trains as good as those of countries outside Korea, but the schedule speed in the domestic railway, which is calculated by dividing distance to destination by time, is lower than that of overseas trains. The object of this study is the necessity for the improvement of schedule speed in the Kyeongbu High speed railway. This study was conducted with analyzing foreign cases related to the improvement of schedule speed in order to satisfy the increasing traffic demand. The schedule speed against the high speed of railway advanced countries is over 65%, while it is about 50% in the domestic railway. In conclusion, This study confirmed that there are possibilities and plans about the improvement of schedule speed for using TPS analysis in the Kyeongbu High speed railway.

According to the 'Rules on the Safety Standard of Railroad Facilities', the 'Detailed Safety Standards of Railroad Facilities' and 'the Standards for Railroad Design' unified of MLTM(Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs), the risk analysis on the application of fire safety facilities should be quantitatively performed to ensure the safety in tunnels over 1km long. This paper aims at proposal of basic data for the safety facilities' planning with reasonable and appropriate scale through case studies on different model tunnels.

In this paper, we analyze the performance of transmitter and receiver of W-CDMA system using the channel coding and space time code in downlink over ITU-R realistic channel model. We can improve the data rate and the reliability of communications by a channel code, and we can get a diversity gain by using the space time code over fading channels. We also apply the RAKE receiver to improve a performance in multi-path fading channel environment.
