In order to develop the high refractory composite materials consisting of mullite and carborundum, Hadong kaolin and coal coke were selected as the starting materials. Silicone carbide crystals formed during the high-temperature reaction between kaolin and coke were detected by X-ray diffraction method and identified by electron diffraction. The temperature at which the amorphous silicone carbide begins to crystallize could be assumed to be about 155$0^{\circ}C$, which is the lower temperature claimed by others.

Laser means "Light amplification by stimulated emission of radiation". Laser have unique characteristics according to wavelength. Wavelenth of Waterlase is 2780nm and it can be absorbed to water and hydroxyapatite. When laser is applied to some material, its temperature goes up due to laser's energy. But in dental treatment high temperature is not good for teeth. High temperature can make dental pulp and bone necrosis. Waterlase can be absorbed to water droplet, so when it burst, it can cut soft and hard tissue without raising temperature. so it is so proper to dental treatment.

본 논문에서는 UHD 기반의 비디오 콘텐츠를 사용하여 실시간으로 헬스케어 라이딩 정보를 파악할 수 있도록 스마트TV용 Application과 모바일 Application에 대한 실감형 시스템을 설계 구현하여 UHD 기반 콘텐츠를 통해 실시간으로 헬스케어 라이딩 서비스 시스템을 제안한다.

In this paper, we analyze the performance of transmitter and receiver of W-CDMA system using the channel coding and space time code in downlink over ITU-R realistic channel model. We can improve the reliability of communications and increase the data rate by channel coding, and we can get a diversity gain by using the space time code over fading channels. We also apply the RAKE receiver to improve tile performance in multi-Path fading channel environment.

컴퓨터의 출현이후 실생활에 관하여 많은 부분이 변화되어왔고 편리해졌다. 또한 최근 들어 정보기술의 급격한 변화에 따라 정보기술의 이용기술도 다변화되고 응용분야도 다양화되고 있다. 그리고, 정보와 지식사회를 맞이하여 웹에 지식을 어떻게 표현하느냐가 중요하다. 이러한 지식의 표현을 위한 웹 어플리케이션 개발부분은 요즘 주목받고 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 우선 웹 기반 기술인 Client/Server 아키텍처부터 웹 기반 아키텍처까지의 발전을 소개하였으며, 현재 웹 기반 응용분야에(웹 컴포넌트, 웹 코스웨어, 모바일, 홈 오토메이션)에 대하여 서술하였으며, 마지막으로 웹 서버의 기술 및 웹 어플리케이션의 발전에 대하여 논하였다.

우편 물류 환경에 RFID 기술을 도입하는 경우 가장 먼저 기대할 수 있는 효과는 비용절감이다. 두번째는 우편 물류 처리시간의 단축과 이로 인한 우편물 처리 용량의 증대효과이다. 본 고에서는 우편 물류 환경에서 RFID 기술 도입 시 그 시행 착오를 줄이고 보다 효율적인 RFID 기술 도입을 위해 현재의 RFID 기술 수준을 파악하고, 국내외RFID 기술 도입 사례를 제시한다. 이를 위해 현재의 RFID 기술에 대한 국제 표준화 상황과 RFID 기술 상용 제품의 가격과 성능 수준 그리고 RFID 기술 도입 사례 등을 기술한다.
