우리의 첨단기술은 선진국과는 다르다. 다른 나라에서 수입하는 모든 기술을 우리의 첨단기술이라 할 수 있다. 우리의 모든 발전과 계획의 전제는 '수출'에서 출발해야하며 이것이 국가정책의 기본전제요 출발점이기도 하다. 우리의 과학기술 정책도 이러한 기본 전제와 출발점의 핵심에 서서 그 강력한 추진력의 역할을 해야한다.

새정부의 과학기술자문회의 위원장에 취임한 박익수위원장은 본지와의 인터뷰에서 "과학기술 행정이나 정책을 대통령에게 직인할 수 있는 기회를 얻어 가장 보람을 느끼고 있다"고 말했다. 또 박위원장은 "앞으로 수출증대 및 대량 실업대책을 중심으로 한 과학기술의 역할 극대화를 통한 경제위기 극복에 역점을 두고 자문보고를 하겠다"고 운영방향을 제시했다.

본 논문은 중수로 내의 중수증기 회수 계통을 효율적, 경제적으로 운전하기 위하여 현 계통의 문제점을 분석하고, 이를 해결할 수 있는 제어알고리즘에 대해 연구하였다. 또한 PLC로 시제품을 개발하고 이를 기존 제어시스템과 병행설치하여 운전함으로써, 원자로 건물내의 습분 정도에 따라 변하는 DRYER 베드의 흡착능력에 연계된 운전 및 휴지상태(Idle running)를 없애는 최적 운전 방안을 도출하였다.

This study is concerned with the survey methods to approach a research into ‘local architecture’ in korea. Local materials for architecture can be classified into local buildings, local documents, local conditions. To perform the survey research into local architecture effectively, it demands a reasonable survey methods depending on the characteristics of materials for architecture, and we have to give careful consideration to the survey process, the materials collecting, the materials noting and reporting. The typical survey methods of local are presented in this article.

This paper presents an off-line P.I.D parameter estimation method during normal operation in power plant. The process parameters are estimated using the recursive least square method. The controller parameters are estimated on the basis of desired characteristics of the dynamic model of the closed-loop control.

In this paper, it is described that digital back-up control system is developed and applied to the thermal power boiler control system which consists of many kinds of analog electronic cards. Also, by the installation of this system in ulsan power pllant, it was proven to have excellent capabilities of fault detection and digital back-up control.

There are lots of disturbance in the super heater temperature control system of power plant boiler as follows. 1.Burner light off. 2.Excess Air. 3.Burner tilt. 4.G.R fan flow. Temperature control system of super heater in the power plant has delay time about 5 min. So it is difficult to control the super heater temperature in the power plant. This paper show us the application of domestic development DCS to control the super heater temperature in seoul #5 thermal power plant unit.
