This study examined whether any differences can be found in desirable character traits and creative personality characteristics depending on the appearance management behaviors of male and female adolescents in Gwangju, South Korea. It was conducted by administering a self-report survey to 544 male and female middle school students. The collected survey data were analyzed by Means, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, Factor analysis, One-way ANOVA, and Duncan-test using the SPSS/PC WIN 19.0 statistical program. The results were as follows: According to the results of the survey, total coordination seeking in appearance management behavior is very important to teens and is deeply related to desirable character traits and creative personality characteristics. Desirable character traits show positive results for basic living habits, filial piety, respect and affection. Creative personality characteristics show positive results for curiosity, open thinking, risk taking, assignment completion and esthetic appreciation. Considering these findings, there is a need for supplementary content on total coordination seeking behavior in home economics courses. Positive effects in terms of desirable character traits and creative personality characteristics can be expected through after class activities involving clothing habits or searching for a path in life and given the depth of education related to total coordination through a free semester system.

2015 개정 교육과정은 바른 인성을 갖춘 창의융합형 인재를 양성하는 데에 교육과정 구성의 중심을 두고, 교육과정 구성에 다양한 학생 참여형 수업을 활성화하여 자기주도적 학습능력을 기르고 학습의 즐거움을 경험하도록 하고 있다. 소프트웨어 교육을 통해 이를 실현할 수 있는 방법은 재미있고 흥미를 끄는 학습내용의 구성과 학습 방법이라 본다. 이에 학습자들의 흥미를 끄는 앱을 제작함에 유대인의 교육방식인 하브루타를 적용하여, 학습자 참여 중심의 자기주도 학습을 설계하고 이를 통해 컴퓨팅 사고력을 신장시키고 바른 인성을 갖춘 창의 융합형 인재를 양성할 수 있는 하나의 방법을 제안하고자 한다.

인성 교육은 창의성 교육과 더불어 교육 개혁 과제의 핵심이자 새 학교 문화 창조의 밑바탕으로 일선 교육 현장에서 최우선으로 해결해야 할 당면 과제이다. 교육의 궁극적인 목적이 '인간에 의한, 인간을 위한, 인간의 교육' 임을 알고 있으면서도 다양한 체험 활동을 통한 인성 교육을 등한시하고 지식을 중시하는 지식 편중의 교육 활동을 전개하는 실정이다. 오늘날 교육은 웹의 풍부한 자원의 활용으로 새로운 교육형태, 학습모형 등이 점차 확산되어 가고 있는 추세이다. 그러나 학생들에게 풍부한 학습환경 제공과 비례하여 극단적인 이기풍조는 여전히 우리의 삶을 위협하고 교육을 저해하는 요인이 되고 있다. 이러한 교육적 현실로 전통적인 학습방법에서 탈피하여 사이버 공간의 학급홈페이지를 이용한 인성교육의 프로그램을 개발하여 좀더 능동적이고 시간과 장소에 제약을 받지 않는 자유로운 마음열기 대화활동을 통해서 아동들의 적성과 능력을 극대화하고 자아실현의 기쁨을 느끼게 하는 올바른 심성의 장 학급홈페이지 설계 및 구현을 통해 온라인 상에서 이루어지는 학생과 학생, 학생과 교사 등 상호작용의 장으로서 그 역할을 담당하고 쉽고 친숙한 학급홈페이지의 활용면에서 있어서도 성과가 있을 것이다.

38년간을 교육계에 몸 담아온 표동종 경상남도 교육감은 '교육의 본질을 추구하는 교육의 현장'이 이루어져야 한다는 소신으로 경남의 교육을 주도해 왔다. 그의 일상은 바른 교육을 통해 인성과 창의력을 갖추고 새천년을 주도할 인재를 길러내는 방안을 고심하고 추진하는 일로 시작되고 끝난다. 경남 교육이 맑아졌다는 소리를 듣기까지의 표 교육감이 추진해 온 교육 정책을 들어본다.

올해로 개교 90주년을 맞은 수도전기공업고등학교는 우리나라 전력산업을 전방에서 이끄는 전문 전력인을 양성해 배출하고 있는 최고의 사학 명문고이다. 특히 2008년 마이스터고로 지정되며 미래 에너지산업을 선도하는 최강의 기술 인재들을 양성해 내고 있다. 마이스터 1기 졸업 학생들의 취업률이 100%를 기록했고, 3기인 현 3학년 재생학생들도 8월 기준으로 이미 65%가 취업한 결과만 보더라도 마이스터고의 설립 취지가 최적화 되어 수행되고 있음을 알 수 있다. 학생들을 전문기술과 바른 인성을 갖춘 최고의 명장으로 육성하는데 여념이 없는 수도전기공업고등학교 이형철 교장을 만나봤다.

In this study, I examine what is called character. It is to establish what constitutes a relationship between life, culture, and education. In addition, I try to explore the possibility of anthropology of education as an academic basis for character education by using the way of '문 질빈빈(文質彬彬)'. As a result of the study, 'character' in terms of '문(culturality)' aspect implies the qualities, the nature, the disposition, and the meaning of virtue. A 'character education' can be seen in school education as a moral consideration, considering the social context, such as the ability to live harmoniously. In terms of '질(naturality)', I will look at both the innate aspect of the character and the acquired aspect through the 'character' which is the essence of character. Character is the concept of both parties, and if it is influenced by an external environment, one can seek better ways to improve the chances of improvement through education. Furthermore, the role of education is inevitably required in order to achieve the goal of 'lesser human being' to 'better human being'. Home and school education can have a positive impact on the character. An honest mind about humanity among family members is the right character. The importance of humanity is considered as a value to be recognized and protected in our society because the logic that it protects the family by character and helps to maintain the social order influences to the legal culture tradition of the modern. Therefore, the academic approach through anthropology of education has sufficient value of trial study for exploring the relationship between character, education, and culture for teachers and learners, and is appropriate for providing an academic foundation.

The purpose of this study was to find out difference by early childhood teachers' personality and individual factor. Also we wanted to find out the status, need and awareness of character education for early childhood education. Our targets are 194 early childhood teachers who are working in D city in Chungcheongnam-do. We analyzed out data with by SPSS 21.0 program. The results show that First, there was significantly difference in teachers' personality by career and age. Second, while early childhood teachers sympathize importance and need of personality education, absence of methods for practice is obstacle. Third, A high level personality group notices that respect for early children' life, humanity and virtue of relationship is importance virtue. Fourth, Therefore they consider respecting people as aim of personality education and recognize that they need to teach right values through whole area as education contents. Fifth, A low level personality group notices that performance of their duty and manners of early children is needed virtue. They consider manners education as aim and content of personality education also recognize guiding with connecting home teaching is desirable. So, teachers need, above all, chance for reflective thinking by themselves for early childhood character Education.

The purpose of this study was to find the contribution of Dado education to personality development among female high school students in Korea. The personality development was measured with the change in emotional stability. consideration. politeness. and temperance before and after a series of Dado education program to 16 female high school students for ten times (20 hours). A significant improvement in the students personality was found. Students perceived their positive internal and external changes through this program and their mothers were favorable to the personality development of their children after the Dado education. This study implies that Dado education can be a valuable means for personality development in youth. A suggestion was made for teachers and curriculum developers to apply Dado education into school curriculum and extracurricular activities.

The purpose of this study is to have college students who took 'University Character Education Using YouTube Videos', which was opened as a liberal arts course in college, directly produce UCC assignments with the theme of personality. Despite the recent paradigm shift in learner-centered education, teacher-centered education still hinders learners' motivation to participate in classes. To solve this problem, a learner-led UCC production process is necessary for the practice of effective learner-centered education. For this purpose, a phenomenological research method was applied. The research participants were 10 students, in-depth interview was used for data collection, and Colaizzi's research method was selected for data analysis. As a result of the analysis, 9 themes, 4 theme clusters, and 2 categories were derived. The results are as follows. First, they recognized that the UCC assignments were a field of maturity, such as practicing the right thoughts and actions, and re-establishing the concept of character. Second, they said that the UCC production process was an opportunity to increase their self-esteem. Third, they showed a more mature personality by recognizing that the UCC assignments became a chance to pay attention to others beyond themselves. Fourth, they had the greatest difficulty in selecting a topic while carrying out the UCC project, and they were experiencing the limitations of high-quality projects due to the technical immaturity of UCC production. Finally, this study was concluded by discussing the educational implications based on the results. These results provide a suggestion that more effective character education can be expected when tasks led by learners will be developed and an interactive arena where students can be shared are provided.

최근 과학기술의 발달에 따른 컴퓨터 산업의 대중화로 각 가정마다 컴퓨터 1대씩은 필수로 보유하고 있다. 이러한 추세에 따라 초등학교 교육과정에도 재량활동으로 ICT 교육을 체계 있게 실시할 수 있도록 하고 있다. 하지만 컴퓨터를 가지고 정보를 활용하는 순기능을 잃어버리고 역기능이 학습지도와 생활지도의 문제로 등장했으며 컴퓨터 게임으로 인해 수많은 부정적인 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 전국 여러 곳에서 초등학교의 고학년 학생들의 자료를 수집한 다음 이것을 특별시 광역시지역, 중 소도시지역, 읍 면지역으로 구분한 후 학생들의 컴퓨터 게임 사용 실태를 알아보고, 컴퓨터 게임 중독 측정도구를 사용하여 컴퓨터 게임 중독의 유무를 파악하며, 컴퓨터 게임 중독에 영향을 미치는 여러 요인들을 찾아보았다. 중독이 되는 요인으로는 남학생일수록, 학교 성적이 낮을수록, 게임 사용 경력이 오랠수록, 게임 사용 빈도가 높을수록, 게임 사용 시간이 많을수록, 공격성과 충동성이 높을수록, 자기통제가 안 될수록, 부모로부터 존중을 받지 못할수록, 공부스트레스가 많을수록, 대인불안이 높을수록, 친구 따라서 게임할수록 중독이 잘되는 것으로 나타났다. 소속감과 재미와 성취감이 관련이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 중독의 실태 및 요인을 알아 본 바에 따르면, 컴퓨터 중독을 비방하는 가장 큰 방법은 가정에서 부모가 자녀를 존중해주고, 바른 인성을 길러 공격성과 충동성이 높지 않고, 게임을 많이 좋아하지 않는 친구를 사귀는 것이 중요하다고 하겠다. 그리하여 가정과 학교와 사회가 올바로 역할을 수행한다면 정보화의 역기능인 컴퓨터 중독을 예방하고 정보 활용의 본래의 기능을 되살릴 수 있으리라 본다.
