The goal of this study is to investigate and analyse the status quo of the HANGEUL publications, and management of the HANGEUL information resources in Kazakhstan and Uzebekistan of the Central Asia. Documents analysis, and direct observation and interviews were used as research methods. This paper consists of as follows setting up a goal of construction, defining and developing the HANGEUL information resources produced and collected by the Korean in Kazakhstan and Uzebekistan, and analysing information resources management, and a conclusion and suggestion.

현재 전 세계 각국은 지식 경쟁력 확보에 혈안이 되어 있으며, 우리나라는 풍부한 인터넷 인프라를 구비하여 지식 강국으로 발돋움하기 위한 충분한 토대를 마련하고 있다. 특히, 인력은 인터넷 시대의 핵심적 지식 자원으로서, 전문가 두뇌 연계 망(네트워크)의 구축과 운영을 통해 해당 분야 전문가간 협력 및 교류가 진행되면, 지식 정보의 동시 생성, 공유, 활용 체제의 확립이 가능하다 전문가 커뮤니티의 구성원은 정보의 공유와 확산에 자발적으로 기여하는 지식의 선 순환 구조를 이루게 될 것이다. 본 논문에서는 국내외 과학기술 전문가로 구성된 한민족과학기술자 네트워크(KOSEN, www.kosen21.org)를 사례로 전문가 네트워크의 역할과 특징을 살펴보고, 지식 기반 사회에서 전문가 네트워크의 발전 방향을 제안하고자 한다. KOSEN은 지식의 생성, 공유, 활용 등의 지식관리 프로세스를 지원하는 과학기술 전문가 커뮤니티이다. 향후 인적 자원 및 정보 자원의 적절한 연계를 통해 지식의 활용 측면을 더욱 확대하여 본격적인 지식 정보 활용의 장으로 거듭나야 한다. 컨텐트 가치증대를 통한 전문가 참여 확대, 전문가들간 상호 연계의 확대를 통한 소 공동체 형성, 전문가들간 상호 학습, 정보 거래 메커니즘 구축 등의 다양한 방안을 통해 보완될 것으로 기대한다.

This study is an attempt to identify factors affecting korean immigrants concentration in small business enterprises in the middleman minority sector including the priphery and core sectors, with the private wage and self-employed worker examined in each sector, employing the 5 percent public use sample from the 1980 United States census. One out of five koreans aged 25∼64 years is engaged in self-employed small businesses, while the majority of koreans (4 out of 5) are in the private wage sector. In contrast to expectations, English language difficulties and inferior education are not the prime factors affecting self-employment small businesses. The korean self-employed small business owners both in the periphery sector and in the core sector showed the 'middle' strata of their position in the social structure in terms of their industry, occupation, earnings, etc.

1930년대는 우리민족의 암흑기였다. 일본제국주의가 대륙침공의 발판을 이 땅에 굳히기 시작하면서 우리의 인적 물적자원을 마음대로 수탈해 가던 이 어렵고 우울한 시절에 범민족적인 과학의 대중화운동이 요원의 불길처럼 자주적으로 번져나갔다는 사실은 과학사의 테두리를 넘어서 우리의 민족사에도 길이 남을 사건이라고 아니할 수 없다. 불행히도 이 운동은 일제의 탄압으로 수삼년의 짧은 수명으로 그쳐버렸으나. 근 반세기가 지난 오늘날 ,앞서간 분들의 발자취를 더듬어 보는 것도 전혀 뜻 없는 일은 아닐 것이다. 과학의 달을 맞아 40여년전 「과학데이」 행사를 포함한 당시의 과학대중화 운동의 일면을 고찰해 본다.

The prime objective of this study is to analyze tourist's behaviors and satisfaction of the Gwangneung area and get a reading on the tourist's socio-economic traits and the propensity of activities. In addition, it highlights surveys of the tourist's consciousness of cultural, ecological and environmental tourism resources available in the Gwangneung area and the possibility for sustainable development and ways to make the most of these resources. This study found that even though Gwangneung is mostly a place for one day family outings. the tourist's demand for actually unreachable ecological resources is high while existing cultural tourism resources have less than the expected drawing power. It was also found that tourists recognize the need for preservation of the tourism resources of Gwangneung and its potential for further sustainable development. In particular, most tourists to Gwangneung are relatively satisfied with the status of preservation of its cultural and ecological resources and environment On the other hand, accessibility, tourism facilities, and management are estimated at less than desired. Gwangneung would benefit by making efforts for the positive use of its tourism resources and improvement of convenience facilities, management and operation.

China's the resource diplomacy towards Africa as successful results that are difficult to find precedents even within the world's diplomatic community. These results was after having its first diplomatic contact with Africa, during the Bandung Conference of 1955, China supported the armed independence movement of each colony in Africa. These several material and immaterial ad and sacrifice continued for over half a century and they could be see as the products of the Cold War that was created. The importance of the argument, how did and international relation that began as an idea extend into the spheres of politics and economics, has resurfaced. With this objective, the purpose of this research is to understand the initial stages of Chinese versus African policies that started with the first official contact between China and Africa, centered on the 1995 Bandung Conference and the 1957 Afro-Asian People's Solidarity and Study the development of the ensuing relationship.

백두대간은 백두산에서 시작된 큰 산줄기로 금강산, 설악산, 덕유산 등을 거쳐 지리산까지 이어지는 우리나라 중심 산줄기이다. 백두대간은 우리 민족 고유의 사회 문화적 가치는 물론 자연 생태적 측면에서 매우 중요한 지역이다. 백두산에서 지리산까지 약 1,400km, 남한 지역은 약 700km가 남북으로 길게 연결되어 우리나라 주요 산들을 연결하는 한반도 중심축을 형성하고 있다. 백두대간은 생물다양성의 보고이자 주요강의 발원지로 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 이러한 주요 지역에 위치함 국립백두대간수목원은 수목원 정원의 조성 및 진흥에 관한 법률에 근거하여 기후대 및 식생권역별 국가수목원의 확충 계획에 따라 온대 북부 권역에 조성되었다. 백두대간 산림생물 다양성 유지와 산림생물자원의 보전 및 활용을 위한 다양한 연구를 수행하고 있다. 국립백두대간수목원의 시드볼트는 생물다양성 보존과 산림생물유전자원의 지속가능한 활용을 위하여 종자보존 협력 네트워크를 구축 하고 있다. 또한 아시아를 포함한 전세계 야생 종자를 수집하기 위한 기후대 생태권역별 종합계획 수립과 표준화 모델 개발을 통해 체계적인 협력체를 구축 중이다. 종자의 안정적인 장기 보존을 위한 형태학적, 분자생물학적 연구를 통해 종자의 저장특성 연구 및 수명연구를 통해 예측 모델을 연구하며 이를 기반으로 생태계 복원을 위한 종자 활용 연구를 수행하고 있다. 국립백두대간수목원은 백두대간 생물종의 조사, 생태계 보전 복원연구를 위한 현지 조사, 서식지외 보전 기관 역할, 유용자원 발굴 및 연구 등 백두대간 생물다양성 보전을 위한 다양한 역할을 하고 있다.

It can be said that Italian designs are unrestrained, aesthetic and art for arts sake, and they come to stylize their character based on geographical features, racial traits and culture. The Italian architects work for the reconstruction of their devastated country and spare no pains to produce competitive goods on international markets since the second wend war. In spite of a inherent scarcity of resources, Italian furniture is the product of mixture of aesthetic material and new material with creative gifts. A lot of companies succeed in finding and training capable designers and devote themselves to modem furniture industry. As a result, Italy becomes one of the worlds most eminent furniture industrial countries now. And the fame is owed to Italy's national awareness of the importance of the matter and endeavor without sparing systematic support. This research is to find out which factors have an influence on the progress of furniture design in Italy and to analyze how these factors build up formative arts combining with historical background in Italy. Moreover, this research suggests how to make contributions to the cause of furniture design growth when considering our geographical features, racial characteristics, culture and industrial circumstances, by analyzing the process of development and strategy in Italian design industry.

지식 기반 사회에서 경쟁 우위의 원천은 우수 인재 확보를 통한 이익의 극대화임을 감안할 때, 전문가를 적극적으로 개발하고 관리하는 것이 최우선 전략이다. 한민족과학기술자네트워크(KOSEN,www.kosen21.org))는 과학기술 전문인력 자원을 활용하여 다양한 분야의 지식정보 서비스를 제공함으로써 국내 유일의 과학기술인들의 전문정보창구로서의 역할을 담당하고 있다. 장단기적 지식정보 수요에 대응하기 위해 내외부 인력을 적극적으로 발굴하고 있으며, 적절한 평가 기준을 마련하여 성과에 대한 객관적인 평가 결과를 바탕으로, 전문가의 지속적인 참여를 유도하기 위한 다양한 보상 프로그램을 운영중이다.

우리는 헐벗은 나라에서 절대부족한 수입으로 먹고 배우며 살고 있다. 천연자원은 없고 기간산업은 발전되어 있지 않을 뿐더러 인구는 많아서 우리의 힘만으로는 좀처럼 잘사기 힘든 것이 오늘날 우리가 보고 듣고 있는 한국이다. 국가와 민족의 삶이 그럴진대 학문의 전당인들 평안할 리 없고 하물며 학문중의 한 분과인 수의학이 그 교육이나 실무면에서 만족스럽다고 할 정도로 이끌어져 나간다고는 기대하기 어려운 것이다. 그러나 교육은 인간이 영위하는 삶의 가치와 이들이 소유하는 학문의 발전을 기약해주는 커다란 지표요 나아가서는 남만치 잘 살수 있게 하는 하나의 국민에의 투자인 것이다. 이 사실들은 수의학에도 통용되어서 수의학을 보잘것 없다고 그릇 알고 있는 사람들에게는 수의학이 지니는 본연의 의의에 관한 $\ulcorner$오리엔테이션$\lrcorner$이 필요한 것이고 이 학문을 배우려는 수의학도에게는 그들이 지녀야 할 목적의식을 불어 넣어 주어야 할 것이다. 이러한 의미에서 여기에 수의교육에 따르는 몇 몇 문제를 들어 비교 분석하고 제언하려고 한다.
