The purpose of this study was to analyze the core policies of local government directors by performing centrality analysis on their core policies using network text analysis method. From the research results, it was verified to some extent that major policies of local government directors were changing during the path to arrive at 5th civil election. However, according to policy type by Peterson (development policy, allocation policy and redistribution policy) it was found that they still focused on development policies. However, it is encouraging that the government directors elected in the 5th election started to pay attention to 'Culture' which is one of allocation policies.

이번 열린충남 여름호는 '민선 6기 충남도와 15개 시 군을 이끌어갈 단체장과의 인터뷰'를 특집으로 다뤘다. 포부와 공약, 그리고 미래 버전을 내다볼 수 있는 소중한 기회라고 생각하며, 부족할 수도 있지만 함께 정보를 공유하고 더 나은 정책을 고민해보는 장이 되길 바란다. 본 특집 원고들은 충남도와 해당 시 군에서 직접 작성한 내용을 거의 그대로 실었으며, 최대한 형평성을 유지하기 위해 일부 도지사 질문을 제외한 시 군은 모두 동일한 질문으로 구성되었음을 알린다.

본 연구에서는 대전광역시의회를 중심으로 제5기 지방의정을 평가하고 문제점을 규명하여 발전방안을 모색하고자 한다. 대전광역시의회 의원들에 의정활동에 대한 객관적 평가 자료로는 주민대표기능(득표율), 의결기능(회기운영, 안건처리), 입법기능(조례안제정, 개정 및 폐지), 견제 감시기능(행정감사, 시정질의, 예산결산안), 기타의정기능(연수, 연찬, 건의 결의문, 주민참여)등의 내용을 수집하여 분석하였다.

민선5기 경기도정은 경기북부 개발로 초점이 모아지고 있으며 그 중심에는 경기도 제2청이 자리 잡고 있다. 도민의 편의를 위한 '365일 24시간 도민안방' 운영을 비롯해 주한미군 반환공여구역 개발, 우수대학유치, 산업단지 조성, SOC 확충 등의 정책을 통해 경기도가 통일시대 한반도 중심이며 미래 통일한국을 이끌어 갈 주체로서의 중요 축으로 발전할 계획을 실천해 나가고 있는 경기도 2청사를 한국건설안전기술협회 한경보 회장이 방문해 방기성 행정2부지사로부터 경기 북부 발전 전략 등에 대한 대담을 나누었다.

고온, 고압하에서 효율적으로 분진을 제거하는 고온 여과재는 IGCC의 Hot Gas Cleaning, 화학공정 등에 유용하게 사용될 수 있으며 전세계적으로 pilot 또는 semicommercial scale로 연구개발 중에 있다. 본 논문에서는 디스크형(50 $\times$10t) 섬유형 여과재를 제조하여 $600^{\circ}C$에서 제철, 유리, 제지 및 석탄화력발전소 배출분진을 이용한 성능시험을 수행하였다. 개발된 여과재의 저항계수는 1010―5$\times$1011의 범위에 존재하였고 총집진효율은 99.7%이상의 높은 효율은 나타내었다. 또한 분진의 표면여과 속도는 10cm/sec로 기존여과 집진기의 5배이상으로 유지하였고 탈진강도 2기압, 탈진시간 0.1초에서 효율적인 집진 및 탈진이 되었다.

Its a tendency to strengthen related international was as the importance on marine oil pollution recently becomes the issue. According to the regulation of IMO, oil discharge from ships is allowed under 15PPM only and oil filtering equipment is essential. Oily water separator of laminated plate type which is one of gravity type separator can be use as assistant equipment for the oil filtering system to meet the present IMO standard, because it fits well to process large amount of rich oil with high specific gravity. The purpose of this paper is to investigate an efficiency of oil/water separation with the characteristics of laminated plate arrangement. The analyse of oil contents for oil-water mixture were carried out in order to find an efficiency of oil/water separation and an experimental study was simultaneously carried out to investigate internal flow characteristics of separator by visualization method and PIV(Particle Image Velocimetry) measurement at three spaces of plates for 5, 10 and 15 mm with variation of inlet flow rates of $0.25m^3$/h and $0.5m^3$/h. The experimental results showed that the space of the plates acts a significant role in the separating process.

In this study, The Chemical Mass Balance (CMB) model was used to identify pollutant sources and their contributions to $PM_{2.5}$. The contribution rankings by emission source in A city were ash dust (30.1%) > biomass burning (21.9%) > secondary pollutants (21.1%) > mobile source (19.3%) > area sources (7.6%), and The emission sources increased from the contribution of the CMB model and the Clean Air Policy Support System (CAPSS) emissions were biomass burning and secondary pollutants, and The emission sources reduced were mobile source, ash dust, and area sources.
