ESCO사업에도 대규모 민간자금이 투입되게 되었다. 하나은행(은행장 김승유)과 에너지관리공단(이사장 김균섭)은 지난 11월 10일 하나은행 본사 7층 대회의실에서 고유가를 대응해 에너지절약 활성화를 위한 ''에너지절약시설 자금지원을 위한 업무협력약정''을 체결했다. 이번 협정으로 우선 공동주택 등의 에너지절약시설투자를 추진하는 모든 ESCO들은 하나은행으로부터 최우대금리를 적용받아 자금을 대출 받을 수 있게 됐다. 하나은행 중소기업지원팀의 김종요 팀장을 만나 구체적인 협약내용과 추후 자금지원범위 등에 대해 들어보았다.

국방부문에서 창출된 기술지식이 민간부문으로 이전되어 경졔적인 효과를 창출하기 위해서는 다음의 조건이 필요합니다. 첫째, 국방 관련 부문에서 창출된 기술지식이 원활이 이전될수 있는 다양한 이전 메커니즘이 구비되어야 합니다. 둘째, 민간부문이 그러한 지식을 탐색, 소화, 흡수 할수 있는 능력을 지니고 있어야 할 뿐만 아니라, 스스로가 그것을 상업화하기 위한 노력과 자원을 투자해야 합니다. 셋째, 민간기업이 국방기술을 상업화하는 것에 대한 인센티브가 제공되어야 합니다

국내 텔레매틱스는 2001년 민간기업이 상용화한 이래 각 기업들이 독자적으로 개발한 서비스를 고객들에게 제공하여 현재에 이르고 있다. 바야흐로 사업자들의 공격적인 마케팅으로 텔레매틱스 시장을 확장해 나아가고 있는 현 시점에서 텔레매틱스 시장은 독자적 기술을 보유한 기업을 중심으로 시장을 분할 점유하고 있어 시장 활성화에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 국내의 텔레매틱스 표준화는 유관 기관에서 다양하게 시도되고 있다. 텔레매틱스산업협회(KOTBA)에서 운영하는 텔레매틱스 표준화포럼이 민간 주도의 표준을 주도하고 있고, 단체표준 기관인 한국정보통신기술협회(TTA) 내의 텔레매틱스 프로젝트그룹(PG310)이 표준화를 추진하고 있다. 특히 민간 사업자들로 구성된 사실표준화 단체인 텔레매틱스 표준화 포럼은 국내 유일의 텔레매틱스 사실 표준화 단체로 국내 표준 활동 뿐 아니라 국제 표준단체들과의 단일 접점을 통한 교류를 통해 보다 효율적으로 국제 표준화 활동이 가능하도록 교두보 역할을 수행하기 위해 2002년 설립되었다.

지식기반사회에서 조직의 경쟁력은 그 조직이 소유한 지식에서 형성되기 때문에 오늘날 지식관리의 중요성이 증대되고 있다. 지식관리에서 중요한 과정 중 하나는 지식공유이다. 조직원 사이에 지식공유가 활성화되면 조직이 당면한 문제를 처리하는 능력이 향상하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 평가, 보상이 지식공유에 미치는 영향을 규명하고, 이를 통해서 조직이 당면한 문제에 대한 해결능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 구체적으로 본 연구는 여러 가지 민간기업의 조직원들을 대상으로 조사를 실시하여 모아진 자료를 공 분산 구조분석으로 해석하여 평가, 보상, 지식공유, 문제해결능력간의 관계를 규명하고자 한다. 이에 대한 규명은 민간기업의 지식관리에 있어 이들 변수에 대한 중요성 및 효과적인 관리를 할 수 있도록 기여하고자 한다.

현재의 CALS는 민간부문(기업, 연구소, 대학 등) 주도로 관련 조직들의 관련 단위들을 정보통신네트웍으로 묶어서 마치 하나의 새로운 기업이 움직이는 것처럼 기업통합(Enterprise Integration)을 하여 가상기업을 구축하는 전략이 그 핵심을 이루고 있다. 그러나 가상기업은 현재 그 형체나 내용 및 그 효과가 검증된 확고한 이론으로 굳혀져 있는 것은 아니고, 지금단계에서는 연구와 실험을 하는 단계이다. 따라서 가상기업은 CALS가 지향하는 최종목표로 이해할 수 있다.

군사용으로 먼저 개발되어 시장을 형성했지만, 드론의 제작이 많아지면서 소비자 시장이 급속도로 확대되고 있다. 최근 중국의 DJI는 기업가치 100억 달러 이상을 넘볼 정도로 급성장 하였고, 드론용 소프트웨어나 플랫폼을 확보한 스타트업 기업들에 대한 투자도 활발하게 진행중이다. 구글이나 페이스북, 아마존 등 자사의 서비스 강화를 위한 목적으로 드론 기술을 적극적으로 활용하고 있으며, 드론의 시장 확대에 따른 드론 시장 생태계도 크게 확장하고 있다. 향후 민간용 드론 시대가 도래 할 것이라고 예상하고 있다. 이에 맞춰, 본 논문에서는 민간용 드론의 국내 외 활용사례 중심으로 살펴보고, 민간용 드론 시대를 대비하여 국내 대응 방안을 제시해보고자 한다.

In recent, the ships of the Republic of Korea have been suffered from acts of piracy at the seas. With the increase of the threats from the acts of piracy and armed robbery against ships, some of the countries have dispatched their navy warships to the international waters and to carry out military operation against the pirates. However, the total eradication of the piracy has not been achieved due to the lack of international cooperation and the limitation of the international maritime convention itself. In addition, the absence of counter-measures to be taken by the ships itself including the employment of the professional maritime security forces should not be overlooked. In this connection, this paper examined the reality of the piracy together with armed robberies at the seas and the problems in the response were also analyzed. Based on the research, it suggested some possible measures with special reference to the private security. The limitation of this paper is that it only focus on the aspect of the private security. In this paper, the cooperation among the countries according to the maritime convention and internationally accepted norms and practices. To achieve the goals of this paper, through the comparative review of the related literatures, the practical measures applicable to the prevention of the piracy were suggested.

Using a sample of publicly-traded Chinese firms, this study examines a relationship between managerial ownership and corporate debt maturity decisions. China has transformed dramatically into a market capitalist economy over the past decades. However, so far, little attention has been paid to the role of professional managers. In this situation, this study explores the effect of stock grants to managers as incentive system by providing evidence that managerial ownership affects corporate debt maturity decisions. The findings are as follows: First, I find that like US firms, managerial ownership is negatively related to the proportion of long-term debt. Second, I divide the entire sample into two subsamples of state-owned and privately owned firms. For the privately owned firms, I find that there is a negative relationship between managerial ownership and the proportion of long-term debt. In contrast, for the state-owned firms, the relationship is positive and insignificant.

The purpose of this study is to research the importance of public-private partnerships in disaster management. This study was evaluated by experts specializing in the improvement of public-private partnerships for disaster management. The following items are needed to encourage corporate social contribution activities in the disaster security industry. The researchers first propose a solution by means of ensuring cooperation between government and business networks. Second, we propose for those entities to discover new means to support private companies' participation in social contribution activities. The researchers' third solution is to be utilized to secure funding for induction and to support public-private partnerships to participate in the social contribution activities of private companies. Our fourth solution is promoting a sustainable plan for raising public awareness of corporate social contribution. Finally, the social contribution of the participating companies enhance brand recognition and as well as incentives. This study may contribute to the current operating system to support relevant policies and measures to encourage the participation of enterprises in the field of disaster security. Future research will be to study (such as through questionnaires) ways to participate in disaster management companies in accordance with environmental changes.
