Effect of Packaging Materials on the Postharvest Quality of Fresh Wild Garlic Leaves during Room Temperature Storage (포장재 종류가 산마늘 상온저장 중 품질에 미치는 영향)

  • 2018년 5월 전라북도 남원군에서 재배하여 수확 후 $0^{\circ}C$ 저장고에서 예냉을 마친 산마늘을 사용하였으며 외 포장 상자는 골판지로 구성된 통기공이 없는 골판지상자 1kg용을 사용하였다. 골판지상자와 함께 내부 포장으로 사용하기 위한 내포장 필름은 $20{\mu}m$ 두께의 HDPE으로 된 필름 봉지, 흡습종이는 파라핀왁스 코팅 종이($32{\times}35cm$, 태영산업)를 이용하여 조합 처리하고 국내에서 개발한 기능성 필름2종으로 포장처리는 총 4가지로 (1) PE(관행) (2) PE+흡습지 (3) 기능성필름1($30{\times}58cm$, 기능성물질 1%+40,000OTR, 제조사: 신영산업사) (4) 기능성필름2($30{\times}58cm$, Key fresh, 제조사: 씨앤케이프로팩(주)) 각 처리당 1kg 씩의 산마늘 잎을 포장하였다. 실험은 포장 처리 후 상온상태로 전북 완주군 실험실까지 수송하였으며 실험실 도착 후 상온 실험실에 두고 2일과 6일 후 중량감소율, 색도, 엽록소, 손실률 및 종합선도 등 품질특성 변화를 조사하였고 각 포장방법별 온도와 상대습도 변화를 보기 위하여 산마늘 잎이 포장된 상자 내부 중앙 부분에 디지털온습도기록계(SP-2000-20R)를 고정한 후 측정하였다. 대조구로 사용한 PE필름 단용으로 포장한 산마늘 잎은 상온저장 6일 경과 후 중량 소율이 1.7%, PE필름+신선지 처리는 1.0%, 기능성필름1과 기능성필름2는 거의 중량감소가 없어 1% 미만의 변화를 보였다. 산마늘 잎의 SPAD 값에 의한 엽록소 수치와 색도를 측정한 명도($L^*$)와 Hue angle 값의 변화는 기능성필름1과 기능성필름2가 유사하게 높게 유지되었고 반면에 PE필름은 저장 2일 후 부터 값이 감소하기 시작하여 6일 후 크게 감소하였다. 저장 6일 후 기능성필름1과 기능성필름2가 외관품위에서 높은 평가를 받아 상품성을 유지하고 있었으나 PE필름 처리와 PE필름+흡습지 처리는 상품성을 상실한 상태였다. 이러한 경향은 건전율에 있어서도 유사하였으며 기능성필름1(다공성 나노 물질이 혼입되어 있으며 산소투과율을 $40,000cc/m2{\cdot}day{\cdot}atm$으로 조성한 필름)이 상온저장 6일 후 상품성을 유지하는 건전율이 83%로 가장 높았다.

  • Bitcoin is a blockchain technology-based digital currency that has been recognized as a representative cryptocurrency and a financial investment asset. Due to its highly volatile nature, Bitcoin has gained a lot of attention from investors and the public. Based on this popularity, numerous studies have been conducted on price and trend prediction using machine learning and deep learning. This study employed LSTM (Long Short Term Memory) and CNN (Convolutional Neural Networks), which have shown potential for predictive performance in the finance domain, to enhance the classification accuracy in Bitcoin price trend prediction. XAI(eXplainable Artificial Intelligence) techniques were applied to the predictive model to enhance its explainability and interpretability by providing a comprehensive explanation of the model. In the empirical experiment, CNN was applied to technical indicators and Google trend data to build a Bitcoin price trend prediction model, and the CNN model using both technical indicators and Google trend data clearly outperformed the other models using neural networks, SVM, and LSTM. Then SHAP(Shapley Additive exPlanations) was applied to the predictive model to obtain explanations about the output values. Important prediction drivers in input variables were extracted through global interpretation, and the interpretation of the predictive model's decision process for each instance was suggested through local interpretation. The results show that our proposed research framework demonstrates both improved classification accuracy and explainability by using CNN, Google trend data, and SHAP.

  • E-commerce is gradually upgrading from traditional text and image formats to short video and livestreaming formats. Livestreaming e-commerce enriches the content and forms of information dissemination and product display, enhances the consumer's shopping experience, and gradually becomes the mainstream new consumer scene. However, there are many negative phenomena in the development of livestreaming e-commerce, such as false propaganda, counterfeit goods, and various negative events, which seriously affect the level of consumer trust in livestreaming e-commerce. Trust is the core competitive factor of livestreaming e-commerce. Based on previous research on trust theory and combined with the characteristic elements of "people, goods, and scenes" of livestreaming e-commerce, this article constructs a trust model for livestreaming e-commerce, proposes hypotheses, and proves through empirical research that factors such as store characteristics, livestream host characteristics, brand image, product information, platform reputation, livestreaming situation, and trust tendency have a significant positive impact on consumer trust. Based on the research conclusions, this article provides insights and management suggestions, such as emphasizing the construction of store characteristic indicators, creating desirable livestream host characteristics, focusing on product brand building and selection, maintaining the display of product information, selecting suitable livestreaming platforms, and creating rich content for livestreaming situations.

A Study on Korea Country Image and Cosmetics Brand Image in Vietnam Market by the Korean Wave (한류가 베트남 시장에서 한국 이미지와 화장품 브랜드 이미지에 관한 연구)

  • This study investigated how Korean image and cosmetics products image effect by the Korean Wave(Hanllyu) on the Vietnam Customer focus on the cosmetics. Especially, Korean Wave of this study consisted in the movie/drama, K-pop and Korean stars. Korean image and cosmetics brand image was effected by factors related to the Korean Wave which had been deducted, based on preceeding research. A study was conduct in Vietnam where the spread of the Korean Wave content customer bases has been over along time. A total of 295 samples were used for th final analysis. Data analysis consisted of descriptive statistics, Cronbach's alpha, a confirmatory factor analysis, and multi-regression. It is also found that Korean image and cosmetics brand image has affect by Korean Wave. and Cosmetics purchasing intention has affect Korean image and cosmetics brand image.

Setting the Korean Mandarine Quality Standards based on Consumer Preference Survey (감귤의 소비자 선호도 조사를 통한 객관적 품질등급 기준 설정)

  • The purpose of this study is to set the Korean mandarine quality standards based on consumer preference survey. Until now the Korean mandarine's quality standards has been based on the fruit size. The Korean mandarine's quality in agricultural cooperative, citrus agricultural cooperative federation, and some agricultural corporation has been selected in accordance with its own brand of quality grade using a non-destruction sorting machine. But, setting the Korean mandarine's quality standards has been based on the convenient and routine method rather than the scientific and objective method, consumer's preference. According to the grade contents, the highest grade brand was required more than sugar $12^{\circ}Bx$ and less than acid 1.0% and the following grade brand was required more than sugar $11^{\circ}Bx$ and less than acid 1.0% uniformally. Thus, in this study, based on the consumers' preference of Korean mandarine, 4-level grades of sugar and 4-level grades of acidity were divided into the total 16-level grades. Based on them, 5-level grades were set.

  • Among artworks of Shin Sa-Im-Dang, 'grass and insect painting' was drawn the rustic materials that cannot be seen without a loving attention because they are too small and insignificant creatures. Likewise, 'grass and insect painting' is work that can feel the wonder of life, simplicity, and womanly sensitivity unique. Therefore, beauty of Korea can be found through the works. It needs to develop high value-added culture products with her works which contained this unique beauty of Korea and artistic soul. In this study, I tried to develop the scarf textile designs which had Korean sentiment with the Shin Sa-Im-Dang's 'grass and insect painting' and to make the scarves with the textile designs developed. For the purpose, theoretical examination about her art world and artworks was first performed. And then six scarf textile designs which based on them were developed using adobe illustrator 10.0, computer design program. The textile designs developed were printed on 100% silk satin using textile digital printing system. Six scarves were made with them.

  • In this paper, as the culture industry rises as the new scale of the nation's competivity. it is moving from the national standard to regional standard, and the demands of the regions and People for the culture industry, also known as the entertainment industry, are increasing. Also, the study executed an empirical analysis on region리 approaches and efficiency of the approaches for the development of culture industry in Korea. The followings show the summarized results of the study. The culture is changed by the social and economical conditions, and the culture industry is changed by changes in culture consumers and introduction of cultural policies. Under the social conditions, the rise of mass culture in big cities appear as the influencive factors and the rise of mass culture in small ton also work as the influencive factors but the people of the small towns emphasize the culture lifestyles. The shows that the big cities emphasize the masses but on the other hand, the small towns emphasize the lifestyles. Under the economical conditions, the diversification of culture distributions, culture commercialization, and culture cluster show to be the influencive factors in the big cities. Even in the small towns, the diversification of culture distributions and culture commercialization work as the influencive factors but the culture cluster could not have any influences.

  • 오늘날 화장품 산업은 역동적으로 끊임없이 변화하고 있다. 화장품은 한 사회 구성원들의 다양한 욕구, 가치관 및 생할양식에 영향을 미치며 심지어는 국가의 정치적 기후나 경제적인 상태를 나타내는 지표역할을 담당하기도 한다. 즉, 화장품 과학은 예방의학, 건강과학이라는 차원에서 뿐만 아니라 미적인 차원에서 새로운 상품개발이 진행되어갈 것이다. 지금 우리는 21세기를 향하여 1990년대의 중반기에 들어섰다. 80년대는 물질 문명의 중심으로 생활의 질의 풍요로움을 추구하였으나 90년대는 소비자 우선의 풍요로움을 향수하는 시대가 되었다. 또한 여성이 사회진출, 고령화의 급속한 진전, 고 학력화, 개인의 가치관 존중 및 많은 생활패턴의 변화가 마음의 풍요로움을 구하는 사람들이 늘어나고 물질적 의존도로 부터의 탈피가 크게 강조되고 있다. 이에 마음의 풍요로움을 창조하여 연출하는 화장품산업의 역할이 고기능성에 의한 부가가치를 높이고 마음의 풍요로움을 지원하기 위한 연구개발에 중점을 두고 진행되어 가고 있다. 화장품을 여성들의 치장이라고 하는 주체적 행위에 도움을 주는 하드웨어라고 한다면 소비자의 마음은 소프트웨어로써 소비자 입장에서 만족할 수 있는 전략을 구사하는 아이디어가 있어야 하는데 그에 상응하는 대책으로 스킨케어를 들 수 있다. 스킨케어란 병든 피부를 제외한 여러 가지 유형의 피부를 화장품과 미용기기를 이용하여 그에 맞게 예방관리 하여 건강하고 아름답게 보호 유지하는 전문 분야이다. 즉, 스킨케어는 화장품 이용을 통하여 미래의 소비자들의 다양한 비용 욕구 및 소망에 효과적으로 대응할 수 있는 소프트웨어라고 할 수 있다., 또한 스킨케어는 화장품 뿐만 아니라 신체적 접촉을 통하여 안위를 제공하는 수단으로 단순한 피부손질이라는 문제에 그치지 않고 접촉을 통해 마음과 신체의 균형을 꾀하는 생명현상의 심층과 연관되는 중요한 의미가 있다. 스킨케어는 불어로 Soin Esthetique 라고 하는데 어원을 보면 손질, 처치, 보살핌 그리고 배려를 의미한다. 지금으로부터 200년전 독일의 미학자인 Baumgarten이 미는 인간에게 만족과 쾌감을 주는 대상이며 미는 보는 사람의 마음에 있다라는 감성의 미학에서 Esthetique라는 단어를 처음 사용했다. 다시 말하면 Soim Esthetique는 인간의 마음 만족과 쾌감을 주는 배려 있는 조치로써 여성이 화장을 함으로써 외모의 조화에서 마음과 신체의 균형을 꾀하는 생명현상의 심층과 연관되는 것과 마찬가지로 에스테틱과 화장의 심리는 매우 땔래야 땔 수 없는 불과분의 밀접한 관계라 볼 수 있다.

Face Design of Korean Traditional Fashion Doll (한국 전통 패션인형 얼굴 디자인)

  • This study aims to develop a proper face design for traditional fashion doll so that the Korean traditional doll can achieve its stand in the modern collection with the new face design based on researching documents, analyzing the examples and delivering a customer survey. The majority of dolls in traditional costume has an innocent look with inverted triangle shape face. But the inverted triangle or oval shape as well as the refined look of well balanced facial features are preferred. An oval face, elongated eyes with no double eyelid or inner double eyelid, plump lips and round and high nose are considered beautiful in the traditional figure. Based on this result, a new design is configured with an inverted triangular face with slightly plump cheeks, eyes with reduced eye, pupil and double eyelid, round nose without tuning up and small and full lower lip.

Quality standard of Pleurotus eryngii for production of customized-type and high quality mushroom (소비자 맞춤형 고품질 큰느타리버섯 생산을 위한 품질관리 기준)

  • This study was carried out to provide standardization for mushroom production of high quality at farmhouse. The standardization does much to improve merchantable quality, distribution efficiency and fair dealings by shipping of the standard agricultural products. Therefore, modification of these standards is required to fit farmhouse situations. The standardization for production of Pleurotus eryngii of high quality follows like this. A grades were above 90 g at average weight, more 50 mm at stipe thick, 1.6~1.7 at stipe length/stipe thick rate and 1.1~1.2 at pileus diameter/stipe thick ratio. B grades were more 45 g at average weight, above 40 mm at stipe thick, 1.8~1.9 at stipe length/stipe thick ratio and 1.2~1.4 at pileus diameter/stipe thick ratio.
