Aesthetics melodic thought research Jongmyojeryeak (종묘제례악 사상과 선율의 미의식 연구)

  • This study finds aesthetic elements and examines their aesthetic sense focusing on the melody of the piri in the completed Jongmyojeryeak with various ideational backgrounds from the views different from the aesthetic sense of Jongmyojeryeak that has been conducted so far. Jongmyojeryeak is to hold a memorial service at the place where the godship of the line of kings and queens in Joseon is set. It is the crystal of Confucian memorial ritual and representative cultural heritage of ancestral ritual culture and is designated as No 1 of national chief, intangible cultural heritage in 1964. Also, on May 18th, 2001, it was registered first in Korea as 'Masterpieces of the Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity' designated by UNESCO and was recognized of its superiority. It is not only a representative cultural heritage of ancestral ritual culture having fate with Joseon Dynasty for a long period but also has been recognized as the essence of our music compiling the holistic beauty of artistic forms according to music, songs, and dance created by our ancestors. Also, it has as its background the traditional thoughts including the Confucian thought as well as Yeak thought, Yin-Yang School, Samjae thought (三才思想), and Palgoe thought (八卦思想). This Jongmyojeryeak internalizes landscape beauty, Yojang beauty, natural beauty, magnificent beauty, and harmonious beauty. Landscape beauty can be found in Huimun and Jeonpyehuimun. Yojang beauty is the figure that is only shown in Jeongdaeup. Natural beauty is the skilled performance technique shown in the melody of variations and is connected to natural creation. It is well shown in Huimun and Jeonpyehuimun. Magnificent beauty is well shown in the melody of Botaepyeong movement. And harmonious beauty is the harmonization of dischord in Jongmyojeryeak and is well shown in Jeongdaeup's Somu distinctively showing its aesthetic sense from the view of natural, harmonious beauty in its music.

  • Conwentzia is a newly recorded genus in Korea, based on C. pineticola. A brief description, photos of adult and male genitalia, and 16S rRNA and COI sequences of the species are provided.

  • 본고는 미 일 원자력 협력의 구체적 사례 연구를 통해 일본이 미국으로부터 원자력의 신뢰성, 투명성 확보를 위해 어떠한 노력을 해왔는가를 살펴봄으로서, 한 미 원자력 협력에의 반면교사를 도출하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 특히 핵무기 비보유국으로서는 유일하게 대규모 상업적 재처리시설을 가동 중인 일본이 어떠한 과정과 방법을 통해 로카쇼무라 재처리시설의 가동을 이루어 냈는가를 고찰하였다. 아울러 1990년대 이후 미국의 핵비확산 정책에 어떻게 대응하여 왔으며, 일본의 국제적 원자력 투명성 제고를 위해 어떠한 노력을 하고 있는지를 대미 원자력협력을 통해 살펴본다. 한 미 원자력협정 개정을 준비해야 하는 우리의 입장에서 일본의 경험은 매우 귀중한 연구 자료가 된다. 물론 일본의 원자력이 기반하고 있는 상황과 조건이 우리의 그것과는 상이하다 하더라도, 일본의 대미 원자력 협력의 상세, 일본이 미 일 원자력 협력을 통해 이루어 낸 성과 등은 우리에게 소중한 반면교사가 될 것은 분명하다. 이러한 관점에서 본고는 일본의 경험이 우리에게 주는 시사점을 결론적으로 도출하고 있다.

The first record of Thyrocarpus glochidiatus (Boraginaceae) in Korea (한반도 미기록속 식물: 대청지치(지치과))

  • We report for the first time a taxon of the genus Thyrocarpus (Boraginaceae) from Daecheongdo, Ongin-gun, Incheon-si in Korea. This taxon appears to be Thyrocarpus glochidiatus Maxim., previously known from China. The new Korean name, 'Dae-Cheong-Ji-Chi', was given considering the name of discovered location. A description, an illustration and a photograph were given.

위성자료를 이용한 미계측 유역의 장기유출모의 평가 -임진강 유역을 중심으로

  • 미계측 유역에서의 수문 예측은 유역의 다차원 시공간에서 일어나고 있는 수문학적 기능에 대한 깊은 이해와 성찰을 요구한다. 유역면적의 2/3가 미계측 지역인 임진강 유역은 북한지역과 중첩하고 있어 관측자료가 불충분 하고 소량의 관측자료가 존재하더라도 기후변화로 인해 환경이 변화하기 때문에 미계측 지역 연구에 적당하다. 이에 따라 수문학적 반응을 예측할 수 있도록 비접촉 비파괴적인 도구를 이용하여 수집된 자료를 통해 미계측 유역에 대한 정확한 신뢰성 구축을 마련할 필요가 있다고 판단된다. 신뢰성 구축을 위한 방법으로는 현장답사 및 항공사진에 비하여 넓은 지역을 한번에 관측할 수 있는 Landsat TM 영상을 이용하여 북한의 지형과 토지피복특성 등을 구축하고, 준분포형 모형인 SLURP를 이용하여 소유역으로 구분 된 ASA의 하도 추적을 통해 전체유역의 출구지점 유출량을 산정하였다. 또한 예측 불확실성을 감소시키기 위해 wamis에서 제공하는 GIS Data와 위성영상의 Data를 비교하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 미계측 지역의 불확실성을 최소화 시킬 수 있는 비교 분석이 가능하였다.

Characteristics of colored rice bread using the extruded HeugJinJu rice (팽화흑진주미를 이용한 흑미빵의 품질특성)

  • The characteristics of colored rice bread using the extruded HeugJinJu rice were studied to establish the optimum formula for the formation of colored rice bread, giving good loaf volume and sensory quality. The expansion ratio and bulk density were decreased, the break strength was increased as the moisture content was increased at extrusion. The gelatinization of extruded HeugJinJu rice was appropriate at 20% of moisture content. The volume of colored rice bread was decreased as the quantity of adding extruded HeugJinJu rice was increased. The weight and hardness of colored rice bread were not significantly different among the groups. The result of measurement of color difference, L value (lightness) was decreased, a value (redness) was increased and b value (yellowness) was decreased as the quantity of adding extruded HeugJinJu rice was increased. As the results of sensory evaluation, color, taste, texture and overall acceptance of colored rice bread were higher than the control group. The best quality giving color, taste, texture, total preference were observed when the extruded HeugJinJu rice was added at l0%.

  • In the knowledge-based economy, firms are increasingly exploiting their intellectual properties, especially patents. However, firms usually fail to commercialize all of their patents and some of them are not used even for strategic purposes. Therefore managing sleeping patents constitutes one important aspect of firms' overall patent strategies. This paper considers market uncertainty, technology uncertainty and strategic uncertainty as the reasons for sleeping patents. We analyze how firms' patent-related activities can reduce sleeping patent ratios. The firms' activities examined in here are patent audit, preliminary evaluation, prior art and cooperation. Noticing the prevalence of sleeping patents, this paper contributes by providing insights into how firm's activities affect the sleeping patent ratios. Insights for practitioners and policy makers have been provided from the empirical results.

  • Diets of the rock trout, Agrammus agrammus, in the shore area of Tongbaeksom, Pusan over the period of July 1981 to June 1982 were studied. Specimens were sampled by angling. Stomach analysis showed that the rock trout fed mainly on epibenthic food in the littoral zone along the coast of Tongbaeksom. The food organisms of the enviornment were studied by means of underwater sampling around the angling area for this study. Although the food items of the fish changed slightly with season and age-group, main food items were Amphipoda (Gammaridae, Caprellidae) and Isopoda (Sphaeromidae, Idotheidae). This suggests that the diets of A. agrammus mainly comprised epibenthic food. Food diversity increased with age. The fish almost consummed on smaller food in size, but had selective predation according to food size, i. e. on larger food as age increases. These data provide additional support for the importance of the detritus-benthos-consummer type food chain.

  • Many contests by micro mouse was celebrated of which maze search algorithms performance are compared. That is used in various forms based on left(right) weight method, euclidean algorithm method, hill climbing method. However we feel uncomfortable to test algorithms performance through direct development of programs or hardwares as no software platform to test in maze search algorithms. In this research we develop of a platform for maze search algorithms that is easily to produce various forms of maze that are hard to be realized by hardware, to apply algorithms, and evaluate the seek time, operation count, steps and performance. The platform is consist of main layer, interface layer, user layer which has merit to apply and replace easily algorithms. We verified that the maze search algorithm can be applied even in the development and experiment of algorithm by evaluating and analyzing its performance through the experiment of platform.
