급격한 도시화로 인하여 도시기반시설의 필요성에 의해 도시계획시설들이 많이 결정되었다. 헌법재판소는 도시계획시설의 지정으로 인한, 토지소유자의 토지 사적 이용권의 배제에 대해 헌법 불합치 판정을 내렸고, 2000년 1월 28일 도시계획법의 개정이 이루어짐으로써, 기존의 미집행 시설로 인한 사유권의 침해는 시급하게 해결되어야 할 과제로 발전하게 되었다. 이에 따라 장기미집행 도시계획시설에 대한 전면적인 재검토 및 재정비 계획을 수립하게 되었다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 GIS 분석기법을 이용하여 미집행 도시계획시설의 데이터베이스를 구축하였으며, 향후 LMIS의 지리정보 전산화일과, UPIS의 도시계획시설 데이터, 조서 자료 및 고시자료 등을 이용하여 미집행 도시계획시설 관리를 위한 기본 DB를 구축하고자 한다.

The family Ciidae is presented for the first time from Korea. Two unrecorded species, Octotemnus laminifrons (Motschulsky) and Octotemnus japonicus Miyatake are reported. Morphological photographs of adults, description, illustrations of diagnostic characteristics, and host fungi are provided.

Three species: Anorthoa angustipennis (Matsumura), Harutaeographa stenoptera (Staudinger), and Cerastis pallescens (Butler), are recorded for the first time from China, and Nikara castanea (Moore) is newly added to the fauna of Northeast China. The image of adult, genitalic characteristics, and the distributions are given as necessary.

우육으로부터 제조된 수리미유사물의 낮은 pH는 가열된 수리미유사물의 젤 강도를 강하고 단단하게 하는 것과 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 계육과 돈육은 근섬유가 더 굵고 직경이 큰 것으로 나타났고, 가열된 수리미유사물내 무정형 단백질의 부분적인 입자가 더 크게 형성하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 가열된 수리미유사물의 젤 형성력과 조직감은 근원섬유단백질내 마이오신의 비율에 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 마이오신의 비율은 우육으로부터 제조된 수리미유사물에서 가장 낮게 나타났고, 그 결과 수리미의 단단한 조직감과 젤 내 작은 덩어리가 많은 것으로 나타났다.

수자원분야에서 강우-유출의 해석은 수자원 이용의 측면에서 가장 중요한 문제 중 하나이다. 특히 기존에 수위 측정 자료가 존재하는 지역에 대한 유출의 분석은 측정 자료를 통한 정밀한 강우-유출의 분석이 가능하나 유량 기록이 전혀 없는 산악지역이나 미개발지역의 f하천에서 댐이나 제방과 같은 수공구조물의 설계 및 수자원 개발을 위해선 강우-유출 관계에 의한 유출량 산정은 상당히 복잡한 과정일 것이다. 미계측 유역에 유출모형을 적용하기 위해서는 모형변수의 초기치 설정과 과거 유출자료를 통하여 최적화한 매개변수를 결정해야 하기 때문에 미계측 유역에 유출모형을 적용하기란 그리 쉽지 많은 않은 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구 에서는 월 유출량 산정을 위한 모형 중 기존의 Xu가 제안한 WASMOD의 매개변수를 관측된 유출량과의 검정에 의해 산정하는 것이 아니라 유출에 영향을 주는 인자 중 유역의 지형학적 인자인 토지이용과의 상관관계를 분석하여 미계측 유역의 적용을 위한 방법을 모색하였다.

지난 10년간의 재해발새 현황을 분석해 보면 규모별로는 300인 미만 중·소규모 사업장에서 전체 재해자의 약 85%가 발생하였으며 특히 전체재해의 약 60% 정도가 50인미만의 소규모 사업장에서 발생하였다. 최근 국내의 가장 큰 경제위기 상황인 IMF 경제위기 이후 안전보건관리 기반이 취약해진 상황에서 최근의 경기회복으로 산업 가동률과 실질 근로 시간이 증가함으로써 산업재해 발생위험이 높아지고 있어 향후 1∼2년 간은 재해가 증가할 가능성이 크다. 그리고 현재 근로자 5인 이상 사업장에 대해서만 산업재해보상보헙법이 의무가입으로 되어있으나, 2000년 7월부터 5인 미만의 영세사업장에 대해서도 산재보험이 확대적용 됨으로써 산업안전보건 행정대상이 지금보다 사업장수는 10배, 근로자수는 50%이상 확대될 전망이다. 산재보험서비스가 5인 미만 사업장까지 확대되고 산업구조의 변화로 중·소규모 사업장 수가 증가될 것으로 전망되나, 중·소규모 사업장은 안전보건관리 능력이 부족해 재해자가 계속 증가하는 추세를 보이고 있으므로 산업재해 감소추세의 유지라는 전략목표의 달성 여부는 중소규모 사업장에 대한 안전보건관리에 달려 있다고 할 수 있다.

A historical review of Trichoptera systematics in Korea and diagnoses for 10 newly recorded species of Limnephiloidea are provided: two species, Gumaga orientalis (Martynov) and Ganonema extensum Martynov, are newly recorded from the Korean peninsula, seven species, Goera interrogationis Botosaneanu, G. parvula Martynov, Apatania sinensis Martynov, Ecclisomyia kamtshatica (Martynov), Hydatophylax magnus (Martynov), Goerodes albardanus (Ulmer), and Dinarthrum coreanum (Kumanski and Weaver), and newly recorded from South Korea, and the adult stage of Neophylax ussuriensis (Martynov) is newly recorded from South Korea.

U.S. Navy had constructed 27 aegis cruisers from USS Ticonderoga(CG-47) and has been constructing aegis destroyers from USS Arleigh Burke(DDG-51). The aegis warships are the core anti-air forces of U.S. navy since 1983, the year of first aegis cruiser launching. U.S. Navy has been modernizing aegis warships to cope with advanced air threats. In this paper, it is reported that current status and analyzed report of U.S. Navy's aegis warships and aegis modernization plan.

The aim of this study is to investigate the present use condition of 145 public open spaces which have not been executed in the Busan Metropolitan City Area. The unexcused public open spaces are analyzed by the zoning, size, shape type and the development planning. First, in terms of the distribution rate by zoning, it is found that the majority of unexecuted public open spaces are located in residential area, especially in the third general residential area. Second, the most shape types are linear forms and the next are indeterminate form and fixed types. Lastly, just a few of the unexecuted public open spaces have the development plan and those are mostly to create a small park or rest area.
