The purpose of this study was to research the college students' life styles, housing satisfaction and future-housing environment preferences according to demographic variables. So the eventual purpose is to offer basic data of future-housing development. This study has a subject of 512 college students living in Jeonbuk province. In this statistical analysis, SPSS 11.5 for Windows program. The results of this research were as follows; The college students' life style showed higher in the self-confidence-directed and the home-directed types. And the college students' housing satisfaction showed higher in housing equipments. The life style and housing satisfaction were significant difference according to major, their parents' academic career, fathers' occupation, average incomes, type of house. The college students' future-housing preference showed higher in housing equipments and environment. And the significant difference according to gender, school year, major, mothers' occupation, and type of house in the college students' future-housing environment preference. College students' life style, housing satisfaction, and future-housing environment preference have a significant correlation one another. Housing satisfaction variables had positive correlations with life style and future-housing environment preference. Partially, negative correlation was showed between life style and future-housing environment preference. As a conclusion, college students' life style and housing satisfaction constituted important characteristics which could affect future-housing environment preference directly. These results should be provide fundamental information for the new generation's future-housing development.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the possible usage of underground space as a future housing. This study looked into the ancient underground housing at first and also identified the features of underground housing in the positive and negative aspects. Four types of underground housing; chamber type, atrium type, elevation type, and penetration type; were investigated. The current situation of korean underground housing was also reviewed. And last, some possible implications were discussed. This article could be used as the basis for the development of future underground housing.

최근 설계 및 시공되고 있는 국내 초고층 주거복합건물들의 유형과 구조설계내용들을 재점검하고 더 안전하고 경제적인 초고층 주거복합건물을 설계하기 위한 향후 과제로서 고강도 콘크리트 사용의 범용화와 구조적으로 유리한 기둥 배치계획과 횡력저항 요소로서의 Tubular 구조 및 Flat slab 등가골조 적용 등을 추가로 제시하며 또한 P.O.E의 구조적 측면에서의 도입자 인건비상승 및 후분양제도실시로 인한 공기단축등을 대비하는 철골조 아파트에 대한 지속적 상세연구가 필요하다고 판단된다. 또한 기둥의 부등축소문제, 내구성증대 및 거주성 향상문제 등도 관련 전문가들과 계속적 연구와 혐의가 필요한 것으로 생각된다.

수도 서울의 정중앙 중구. 이곳엔 서울시청을 비롯해 주요 대기업 본사와 유명 호텔, 복합 쇼핑몰 등이 대거 밀집해 있다. 때문에 중구에는 비즈니스의 중심지, 쇼핑의 천국 등의 호칭이 늘 따라붙는다. 하지만 앞으로는 이런 중구에 또 하나의 호칭이 더해질 것으로 보인다. 바로 '주거문화 중심지'가 그것이다. 현재 중구 곳곳에선 뉴타운, 재개발사업 등이 추진 중인 가운데 미래형 주상복합 건물들이 속속 들어서고 있다. 이런 변화의 중심에는 두산중공업이 시공하고 있는 '청계천 두산 위브 더 제니스'가 있다. 이곳은 신당역을 옆에 두고 있는 것은 물론 거대 쇼핑 단지인 동대문도 지척에 두고 있다. 또 일품 산책로인 청계천과도 가깝다. 실로 문화와 환경이 어우러진 일등급 주거지의 탄생이 예고되고 있는 것이다. 그래서일까? 이곳을 시공하고 있는 두산중공업의 자부심은 남다르다. 모든 현장 임직원이 빈틈없는 안전관리로 최고의 작품을 만들겠다는 의지를 불태우고 있는 것이다. '안전'으로 중구의 신 주거명작을 빚고 있는 이곳 현장을 찾아가 봤다.

As increasing the number of the elderly people, various IT-based home systems for the elderly are actively studied. However, while most systems for the elderly focus on systems detecting emergency cases, systems considering energy reduction in the elderly housing are rarely found. In fact, the systems for the elderly housing consumes rather more electric power for their functions. In this paper, a emergency monitoring system including the functions to reduce energy useage is studied and it is implemented. Though the system, we can achieve both of future-oriented functions for the aged and green society, which are emergency monitoring and energy reduction.

The Study aims at carrying out basic research on the future housing culture plan by the aging and low fertility phenomenon which is the most serious problem that Korean society faces today. In the future, the housing culture will be transformed into a 'convergence housing complex's residential culture' that can be coexisted with households with various members, rather than a housing type represented by apartments today, due to the phenomenon of nuclear family and the increase of one resident. In this regard, this study is a basic study on the housing complex culture of Korea. It is not that the hosing complex culture has been imported from the western society today, but the Korean traditional housing complex's culture proposed by Korean first developer Segwon Jeong has already existed in Korea urban and architectural perspective. In the early 20th century, Segwon's improved Hanok planned to complement the disadvantages of the existing hanok and the modernization of hanok such as the standardization of hanok, moreover the most important point is the beginning of the Korean style housing complex by modernization of the inner space of hanok. It is expected that this study for Segwon's housing complex of improved hanok will provide important basic data for the Korean-style convergence residential culture plan needed for our society in the future.

가정학이 학교교육의 체계를 갖추기 시작한 것은 개화사상이 전반적으로 확산된 19세기 말이다. 미국인 선교사에 의하여 시작된 가정과교육은 그 후, 대학이 설립되고, 석.박사 과정이 증설되면서 양적인 증가와 더불어 가정학의 전문성이 강회되었다. 한국의 가정학은 초기부터 여성교육에 주도적 역할을 해왔으며, 실생활에 필요한 지식을 제공하여 생활개선에 계몽적인 활동을 추구해왔다. 현재 한국의 가정학은 초기의 가정과 교육에서 분화하여 아동 및 가족학, 가정관리 및 소비자학, 식품영양학, 의류학, 주거학 그리고 가정교육학 등 6개 하위영역으로 세분화해가고 있다. 따라서 현재의 한국의 가정학은 전문적인 분화와 전체적인 통합간의 균형을 추구하고 있으며, 변화하는 미래 사회에 적합한 전문인을 양성하기 위하여 새로운 교과과정을 준비하고 있고, 가정학의 발전방향을 공동연구하고 있다. 또한 그동안 상대적으로 소극적이었던 대외활동 및 서비스를 활성화하여 함께 발전하는 가정과 사회 건설에 적극 참여하고 있다. 한국에서의 가정학 역사는 60여년에 불과하나, 짧은 역사에도 불구하고 학문적 체계를 갖추고 의미있는 성과를 거두어왔으며, 미래 사회에서는 가정학이 더욱 중요한 역할을 할 것으로 전망된다.

Regardless of the size, the role and meaning of the space required for human daily life are the same. Especially, as the spatial design is small and the size is small, the careful design and problem solving are needed to enable comfortable and convenient life even in a narrow space. The purpose of this study is to design a convergence model that utilizes the advantages of BIM, which can simulate actual design based on a new one-person housing space design plan optimized for one person. This study applied the BIM design technology to one-person housing 2D design, and the suitability examination and the space optimization design of the interior design were carried out. As a result of the study, utility of space improvement, consideration of housing environment, interference check, application of eco-friendly housing system, and MEP design item were derived. Therefore, BIM space design in interior space has been confirmed as a way to overcome limit and inefficiency of 2D design which is applied to actual space by various space design elements. Based on the results of this study, the One-person housing space model, which is applied to the study, is a pure creation designed based on various one-person housing of social and cultural peculiarities derived from previous research. This design example was applied to BIM technology to confirm the detailed and practical design possibility.
