A study on the selection of priority management watershed for the restoration of water cycle (물순환 회복을 위한 우선관리유역 선정 방안에 대한 연구)

  • The paradigm of water cycle management in the watershed is changing due to the increase in abnormal climate phenomena caused by climate change and the increase in impervious area due to urbanization. Research is continuously underway based on Low Impact Development technology that can suppress water cycle distortion. In this study, factors that can reflect water cycle distortion were selected before applying LID, and the PSR index for each 148 watershed was calculated for the the Nakdonggang River basin. As of 1975, the PSR index is calculated by calculating the pressure index P, which represents the rate of change in impervious surface area to 2019, the phenomenon index S, which represents the rate of change in water cycle for each subwatershed, and the Low Impact Development area countermeasure index R. The lower PSR index value, the higher the priority management watershed, and the water cycle recovery priority management watershed was calculated in the order of 1, 2, 87, 90, 91, and 147. It is expected that the efficient application of low-impact development factors in accordance with the order of priority management of water cycle by subwatershed in the large area will contribute to the recovery of water cycle distortion.

태양계의 물: 기원과 진화

  • 지구는 현재 태양계에서 액체 상태의 물이 표면에 존재하는 유일한 천체이다. 하지만, 고체 또는 기체 상태의 물은 태양계의 다른 행성이나, 위성, 소행성, 혜성 등에도 풍부하게 존재하고 있다. 풍부한 액체 상태의 물은 지구 표면에서 일어나고 있는 기후의 변화, 해류의 이동, 퇴적 및 침식 작용, 화산활동과 같은 여러 지구과학적 현상에 밀접하게 관여하고 있을 뿐 아니라 생명의 탄생과 진화에도 매우 중요한 역할을 하였다. 현재 지구 표면에 액체 상태의 물이 존재할 수 있는 이유는 태양으로부터의 거리, 지구의 조성 및 크기 등과 관련된 지구 표면의 물리-화학적 조건이 액체 상태의 물이 존재할 수 있는 조건과 일치하고 있기 때문이다. 이와는 달리 지구보다 태양에 더 가깝게 위치하고 있고, 두터운 이산화탄소 대기를 갖고 있어 표면의 온도가 매우 높은 금성의 경우 H2O는 기체 상태로 존재하며, 지구보다 더 멀리 떨어져 있고 희박한 대기를 갖고 있는 화성의 경우에는 현재 H2O가 고체 즉 얼음의 형태로 존재한다. 태양계를 탄생시킨 태양계 성운에서는 압력이 너무 낮아 액체 상태의 물이 존재할 수 없으며, 고온에서는 기체 상태로 매우 낮은 저온에서는 얼음의 형태, 또는 함수 광물 내에 포함되어 존재할 수 있다. 지구와 같은 규모의 행성은 비교적 중력이 작아 태양계 성운의 기체를 거의 끌어들이지 못했다. 따라서 현재 지구에 존재하는 물은 대부분은 고체 상태로 지구에 집적되었을 것이다. 하지만 지구가 탄생한 위치에서 초기 태양계의 온도는 얼음이 형성되기에는 너무 높았기 때문에 좀 더 먼 곳에서(현재의 목성 위치보다 바깥쪽)에서 생성된 얼음 즉, 혜성이 태양계 안쪽으로 들어와 지구에 물을 공급했거나 함수광물을 포함하고 있는 소행성(예를 들어 CI chondrites와 같은 조성의)이 물을 가져왔을 것으로 생각되고 있다.서의 활성화는 어미 변환과 관련된 영역이라기보다는 산출시 관련되는 articulation, motor coordinate관련 영역으로 추정되고, 측두엽의 활성화는 형태소, 의미 관련 지식의 data base로 추정된다. 또한 우반구 전두엽 부분에서 관찰된 활성화는 억제관련 영역으로 짐작된다.러한 동물실험이 그 기초를 제공해 줄 수 있을 것이다. 또한 행동성향 및 기억의 종류에 따른 약물효과의 차이는 기억과 관련된 질병인 알츠하이머 환자에 있어 개개인에게 맞는 적절한 특징적인 치료약물이 존재할 것이라는 가능성을 제공해줄 뿐만 아니라 학습과 기억력 증진 효과를 기대해 볼 수 있을 것이라고 생각된다. 및 지역산업발전의 기획${\sim}$조정기구로서, 선진국의 지역발전기구(Regional Development Agency : RDA)인 지역전략산업기획단이 2002년도부터 산업자원부와 9개 시도에 의해 설립되어 지역네트워크의 활성화와 클러스터의 형성 촉진을 하게 되었고 2004년도에는 13개시도로 확대${\sim}$운영되고 있고, 지역특화사업(H/W)과 지역산업기술개발과제(S/W)와 함께 패케지 형태로 지원되며, 주요역할은 크게 지역산업의 정책기획 분야와 평가관리, 지역혁신역량 조사 및 DB구축 등으로 구분된다. 그중에서도 권역별, 지역별, 지역산업진흥사업 육성과 중장기 산업발전계획을 수립하기 위하여 지역혁신역량을 바탕으로 한 지역 Technology Road Map(TRM)작성사업은 전국공통의 1단계 사업으로 실시 ?榮쨉?, 2005년 3월 기준으로 9개 지역(강원, 대전, 충남, 충북, 경북, 울산, 전남, 전북, 제주) 26개 산업분야를 대상으로 23개가 완료된 상황이다. 이를 근거로 한 지역정책과 R&D 과제 및 필요 인프라의 도출이 체계적으로 구축되어 지역산업 발전을 위한

Stability evaluation of existing subway structure by adjacent excavation in urban tunnelling (도심지 터널 근접시공에 의한 기존 지하철 구조물 안정성 평가)

  • As the construction of trans infrastructure using the underground tunnel have been rapidly increased, various nearby excavation of existed underground facility including subway structure has been occurred in urban tunnelling. The concern and worry relating to the safety and stability of the existed facility by nearby excavation is becoming the key issues in urban tunnelling. In this study, it was conducted for existed the subway station structure at Seoul subway line which was closely located in the new Dongbuk urban metro railway to determine the behavior characteristics of station structure according to adjacent tunnel construction. Also, it was reviewed the evaluation of the safety zone and excavation method for subway structure. And after a review of damage evaluation, track irregularities and structural calculation by using a numerical analysis, stability of the subway structure according to nearby tunnel excavation was evaluated to be secured. This study is expected to be applied as useful reference in advance if you need to review the effects of existed structure according to nearby construction in complex urban tunnelling.

A Basic Study for Accumulating Scheduling Knowledge-Base (공정관리 지식기반 구축을 위한 기초적 연구)

  • Generally the level of accumulating scheduling knowledge-base in Korean construction companies is in the scheduling knowledge-base infrastructure construction phase and Even in top 10 construction companies, the level is in early scheduling knowledge activity phase. The principle causes of this situation are unawareness of importance to scheduling knowledge and absence of procedure related to scheduling knowledge-base. This research analyzes the problems to accumulate scheduling knowledge-base in Korean construction companies and proposes a procedure model to accumulate scheduling knowledge-base property, which adds items of scheduling knowledge-base infrastructure and scheduling knowledge activity to the existing scheduling procedures of Korean construction companies. Using procedure model for accumulating scheduling knowledge-base, Korean construction companies can develop a new scheduling procedure and accumulate scheduling knowledge accordingly. If scheduling knowledge were accumulated property according to the procedure, a framework for knowledge management system could be provided.

  • To deal with the increasing volume of the vessel's cargo in the container flow and the enlargement trend of the vessels, Pusan port is making efforts from various perspectives such as the creation of global infrastructure and the promotion and development of new wharves. If Pusan port can provide and prepare the eligible infrastructures for future berthing of larger vessels. It will be able to operate with vessels larger than 20,000TEU, and it will also be able to grow into one of the main port of the Mega max era.. However, when large vessels dock, many berths, equipment, working time and labors are required. As a result, the problem of delaying time of other consecutive vessels will inevitably arise. In response to this, we analyze the impact and effect of the birthing of a large vessel on other congestion vessels at a container terminal.

Experimental Study on the Effectiveness of Recurved Seawalls in Reducing Wave Overtopping Rate (반파형 안벽구조물의 월파 저감효과에 대한 실험적 연구)

  • As commercial and residential areas are actively developed around the coastal area with excellent scenery, installing coastal structures such as seawalls and breakwaters is continuously increasing to secure safe coastal regions. Additionally, the increase in the intensity of natural disasters due to climate change may cause higher incident waves than in the past, which may further aggravate the damage caused by wave overtopping. In this study, compared to the existing vertical seawall, we investigated the effect of wave overtopping reduction of a recurved seawall, which actively reflects the incoming waves, through the hydraulic model test. As a result of the hydraulic model experiment, it was confirmed that there was an effect of up to 92.4% of wave overtopping reduction in average compared to the vertical seawall and structures covered with armor blocks.

Development of a New Munk-type Breaker Height Formula Using Machine Learning (머신러닝을 이용한 새로운 Munk-type 쇄파파고 예측식의 제안)

  • Breaking wave is one of the important design factors in the design of coastal and port structures as they are directly related to various physical phenomena occurring on the coast, such as onshore currents, sediment transport, shock wave pressure, and energy dissipation. Due to the inherent complexity of the breaking wave, many empirical formulas have been proposed to predict breaker indices such as wave breaking height and breaking depth using hydraulic models. However, the existing empirical equations for breaker indices mainly were proposed via statistical analysis of experimental data under the assumption of a specific equation. In this study, a new Munk-type empirical equation was proposed to predict the height of breaking waves based on a representative linear supervised machine learning technique with high predictive performance in various research fields related to regression or classification challenges. Although the newly proposed breaker height formula was a simple polynomial equation, its predictive performance was comparable to that of the currently available empirical formula.

  • The rock anchorage of a suspension bridge is an outstanding anchorage type from environmental and economical perspective, although it should be applied when the bearing foundation is fresh enough to resist large cable loads. In practice, geotechnical engineers have encountered difficulties in designing the anchorage structure due to the fact that the physical behaviors of rocks against cable loads have not yet been fully proved and its design method was not established yet. In this study, model tests and numerical studies were performed to evaluate the behavior of the rock anchorage system planned under hard rock layers in domestic islands, and results suggest that the shape of asymmetric rock wedges can resist the tension loads with self weight and shear resistance. Additionally, real scale trial tests were carried out to verify the accuracy of an inclined drilling penetrating hard rock layers to install tendon to the bearing plate.

  • 하천수 사용량 자료는 하천법에 따라 사용자가 월단위로 사용량(농업용수 8,000m3/s 이상)을 한강홍수통제소 하천수사용관리시스템에 직접 입력 또는 우편이나 공문 등으로 전달되어 입력되고 있다. 하지만 현재와 같이 월단위로 수집되는 자료로는 하천수 사용량 통계자료 분석이나 효율적인 물관리를 위한 하천 유량 관리에는 활용에 한계가 있어 정확한 하천수 사용량 관리가 어렵다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 현장에서 계측되어 표준화된 자료로 전송되는 자료를 현재 한강홍수통제소에서 운영중인 첨단 계측장비를 이용해 하천 유량 자료를 실시간으로 수집 및 관리하고 있는 IRDiMS(Integrated Real-time Discharge Measurement System)를 활용하여 하천수사용관리시스템에 하천수 사용량 자료를 실시간으로 입력하도록 개선방안을 제시하고자 하였다. IRDiMS는 계측장비를 통해 하천 유량 자료를 수집하여 품질관리를 거쳐 하천의 유량자료를 관리하고 있어 실시간 하천수 사용량 자료는 IRDiMS 의 처리체계를 동일하게 활용할 수 있다. 또한 IRDiMS에서 처리된 자료는 물리적·소프트웨어 측면에서 한강홍수통제소 내부DB와 같은 공간에 위치하여 자료를 하천수사용관리시스템 외에도 국가수문DB 및 타시스템에 연계하는데 유리하다. 실시간 기반의 하천수 사용량 자료는 현장에서 실시간으로 계측되어 산정된 하천수 사용량 자료를 일정한 형식에 따라 10분 주기로 IRDiMS의 수신서버로 전송하고 수집된 자료를 처리서버에서 품질관리를 거친 후 자동유량DB에 저장된다. 저장된 자료는 정해진 규칙에 따라 국가수문DB로 자동 연계하고, 실시간으로 외부망에 있는 연계서버를 통해 하천수사용관리시스템DB에 자료를 저장하도록 하천수 사용량 수집에 대한 방안을 마련하였다.

Analysis and Evaluation of the Effect of Blast-induced Vibration Adjacent to Industrial Facilities (산업시설 근접발파 시 발파진동 영향 분석 및 평가)

  • Power plant is a kind of basic industrial facility and might cause fatal industrial and human damage. In this study, the characteristics and effect of blast-induced vibration for tunnelling which underpass ○○ power plant in operation were evaluated. Previous blasting cases adjacent to industrial facilities were intensively reviewed, then allowable vibration criteria were suggested. 3 dimensional dynamic numerical analysis based on finite element method was performed to investigate particle velocity and resonance was examined by calculating the predominant frequencies. As a result, particle velocity at pump foundation which is nearest to the source was approached to the allowable criteria, therefore, the modified blasting pattern was newly suggested and confirmed the attenuation effect based on the test blasting. Consequently, appropriated decision-support procedure was established in case of adjacent blasting to industrial facilities.
