최근 수년간 에너지 섭취와 소비의 균형을 유지하는 것과 깨지는 것에 대한 생리적 기전에 대하여 많은 것이 알려졌다. 비만 만연의 사회적 문제점, 치료해야할 필요성, 음식섭취와 에너지 항상성의 조절 기전, 이와 관련된 물질과 수용체의 기능과 가치, 잠재력 있는 조절인자의 대상에 대하여 기술하였다. 비만은 여러 생리과정의 총화이므로 신체의 즉각적, 장기적 에너지 수요를 원활하게 조절하는 다양한 분자신호전달체계에 각각 작용하는 물질을 찾아 함께 사용하도록 하는 것이 새로운 비만치료제를 개발하는 전략이다.

효율적인 대기질 개선정책을 위해서는 비용-편익이 반드시 필요하다. 대기질과 관련된 편익은 건강영향을 비롯하여 시정장애, 심미적 가치, 물질피해 등 많은 영향이 존재하는데 그 중 건강영향이 대부분을 차지하는 것으로 보고되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 대기오염과 관련된 건강영향 중에서 눈이 따가운 증상, 가슴이 답답한 증상, 그리고 천식증상에 관하여 서울시민들이 부여하는 경제적 가치를 조건부 가치측정법을 이용하여 측정하였다. 그 결과 눈이 따가운 증상은 2,850원, 가슴이 답답한 증상은 9,000원, 천식은 5만 5,400원으로 측정되었다. 또한, 하나의 설문에서 여러 개의 CV 질문을 수행하는 경우, 일반적으로 추정하는 일변량 모형과 이변량 모형의 추정결과는 다르다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

The multiple functions of mushrooms are production of antibiotics, fodder for animal stock, organic fertilizers, food nutrients, favorite food, physiologically active materials, and decomposing organic matters, and cleaning environmental pollutants. Of these first three functions were evaluated. The value of the muti-functions of mushrooms were estimated to be 112 trillion 922 one hundred million Won, and if non-evaluated ones added the estimation would be doubled. This value is similar to multi-functions value of rice, 100 trillion Won. Especially, the industrial value of antibiotics from B-glucans is estimated to be 112 trillion Won, while animal stock fodder value is 618 one hundred million Won, organic fertilizer 56 one hundred million Won and decomposer of ecology 360 one hundred million Won.

현대인들은 매일 반복되는 일상 속에서 시간의 틀을 벗어나지 못한 채 항상 바쁘고 정신없이 살아간다. 이를 극복 못하는 것은 곧 실직을 의미하며, 그것은 자신의 사회적 존재가치를 상실했다는 의미가 아닐까 생각된다. 현대 물질 문명이라는 현실의 거대한 체제 아래서 물질이 종속적으로 인간을 지배함으로서 생기는 비인간화${\cdot}$익명화${\cdot}$공허감은 누구나 한 번쯤 느끼게 된다. ‘길(Way)' 이라는 것은 인생을 하나의 상징적 의미로 표현한 것이다. 현대인들은 성공이라는 인생을 목표를 향해 뒤돌아 볼 시간도 없이 너무 빠르게 앞으로 나아간다. 인생의 종착점은 누구나 알 수 없다. ’길(Way)' 이라는 작품을 통해 바쁘게 살아가는 현대인들의 삶을 한 번 돌이켜 보고자 한다.

This study attempted to investigate the value consciousness of purchasing behavior and purchasing intentions of personal beauty devices for women undergoing self-behavioral therapy. To this end, a survey was conducted, and a total of 342 copies of data were analyzed. As a result, In terms of the value consciousness, purchase behavior, and repurchase intention of the individual's personal beauty device, the value consciousness was the most materialistic, and the purchase behavior was the most economical. The overall repurchase intention was M=3.73 and SD=0.80. In correlations among value consciousness, purchase behavior and repurchase intention, positive correlations were confirmed (p<0.01). In terms of the influence of value consciousness on purchase behavior (aesthetics, conformity, effectiveness), 'aesthetic-pursuit factor' was the largest. In the effects of value consciousness on the economic aspect of purchase behavior, 'materialistic factor' was the highest. Lastly, in the influence of value consciousness on reliability, 'self-esteem factor' revealed the greatest effect. Furthermore, self-esteem factors had the biggest influence on repurchase intention. The above results confirmed that value consciousness of women in self-beauty care have a positive influence on their purchase behavior and repurchase intention for personal beauty devices. It is anticipated that they would be available as important marketing data in beauty device market.

This paper aims to confirm theoretical similarities and differences by comparing and considering the economic views of Neo-Confucianism and Daesoon Thought. Through this, there can be an examination of what implications traditional thought regarding economic views can have in today's social climate, which considers economic value to be the greatest value. This can also to help establish a desirable economic view of our society. In conclusion, it can be observed that economic issues are viewed in Daesoon Thought similarly to how they were perceived by Zhu Xi. Which is to say that both place greater relative importance on morality than material wealth. These systems of thought appear to place more emphasis on the spiritual world and moral conduct than on the material world and its economy. Therefore, when looking at the interpretation of loyalty and profit, nature and humanity, the heart and humanity, conscience and selfishness, and other such pairings, there is a tendency to focus more on the spiritual world and moral excellence than on the material world and the pursuit of wealth. These systems of thought acknowledge that material needs exist; however, both move to instill values such that human society pursues moral and spiritual ventures over material gain. Therefore, the position arrived upon by both is that people's morality is the highest good, and when people's morality is fully realized, all social problems, including economic problems, will be solved automatically. This is the theoretical structure and ideological characteristics that constitutes the economic viewpoints posited in both Zhu Xi's Neo-Confucianist thought and Daesoon Thought.

현재 우리는 급속한 정보화.세계화 물결의 혼란 속에서 인간이 존엄성과 가치 및 공동체적 삶의 가치를 미처 정리하지 못하고 참다운 삶의 방향 감각을 상실한 채 살아가고 있다. 가치 창조적 삶의 의미를 망각한 우리 사회는 물질만능과 즉흥적이고 쾌락적.감성적인 행동에 의해 지배되고 있으며 이로 인하여 생명의 경시풍조와 인간소외 현상이 만연되어가고 있다. 이러한 가치관의 혼란과 비복지적 현실 가운데 우리는 우리의 삶, 우리의 후손교육, 우리의 가정과 지역사회 이대로 좋은 것인가\ulcorner 라는 자성적 질문과 함께 미래지향적인 삶과 사랑으로 더불어 사는 공동체 사회를 지향하여 온 국민이 더불어 할 일이 또 하나 있음을 깨닫게 된다. 현대인에게 있어서 자원봉사는 선행이 아니라 권리의 행사이다. 왜냐하면 자원봉사를 통하여 어떻게 살아야 할 것인가\ulcorner 라는 근본 물음에 대한 정답을 얻을 수 있기 때문이다. 이러한 시점에서 청소년에 대한 볼런터리즘(voluntarism)교육은 중요한 의미를 갖는다. 본 논문에서는 1995년 5.13교육 개혁으로 의무화된 중.고등학교 학생들의 자원봉사화동을 재 조명하여 보고, 청소년 문제 해결을 위한 자원봉사 활성화 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

삶의 질을 향상시키고자 하는 염원은 끊임없이 삶을 영위해 온 인류가 추구하여 온 보편적인 가치라고 할 수 있다. Inkeles(1993)는 살의 질을 근대화 또는 산업화 맥락에서 연구하였으며 산업화로 인하여 물질적, 물리적 조건 특히 국민총생산량(GNP)과 같은 경제적 조건의 발전이 있었으며 그 결과 국민의 삶의 질이 향상되었다고 결론짓고 있다.(중략)

In the contingent valuation method (CVM) survey, we employed double-bounded discrete choice (DBDC) question to investigate the willingness to pay (WTP). The estimation results for the bivariate logit model show that respondents are willing to pay 329,256 won per year. The model with covariate variables suggests that the covariate effects help describe behavioral or preference tendencies. Double-bounded models increase efficiency over single dichotomous choice models, because the answers yes-no or no-yes yield clear bounds on WTP.

최근 건강에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 천연 기능물질을 이용한 고기능 및 고부가가치 상품개발이 여러 산업분야에서 일반화되는 추세이다. 대표적으로 마이크로캡슐은 원하는 기능을 발휘할 수 있는 기능성 물질을 다양한 방법으로 다양한 제품에 부여함으로써, 기능성 물질을 오랜 기간 동안 외부로 방출하거나 외부의 환경으로부터 보호하는 수단으로 각광받고 있다. 이러한 마이크로캡슐은 의약분야 제초제, 멸충제, 곰팡이 방지제, 살균제로 적용되는 농약분야, 식품 분야, 화장품 분야 등의 전반에 걸쳐 응용 및 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 다양한 나노 합성기술과 유/무기 하이브리드를 이용해 서방화 관련 기술을 개발하여 보습성, 항균, 노화방지, 외부 유해물질로부터의 피부보호 특성을 가진 인체 친화형 복합기능성 섬유 가공조제를 개발하여 다양한 섬유소재에 적용하고자 하며, 궁극적으로 기존 선진국 제품의 기능을 뛰어넘는 원천기술, 즉 새로운 가공제 합성과 응용성, 그 성능평가와 동시에 최적의 처리기술을 개발함으로써 섬유제품의 부가가치를 높이는 계기를 마련하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 나노미터 직경을 갖는 침상형의 주형(hydroxyapatite)을 이용하여 중공 나노구조체를 제조 한 후 이에 천연고분자를 혼합하여 초음파처리 후 유/무기 하이브리드 기술을 이용한 서방성 가공제를 합성하였다. 중공의 나노구조체 확인은 투과전자현미경(TEM)을 이용하였으며, 주형의 나노구조체는 주사전자현미경(FE-SEM)으로 확인하였다. 이상의 결과를 통해 본 연구에서 제안한 방법이 나노구조체의 새로운 합성방법으로써 가능성을 확인할 수 있었다.
