  • The purpose of this study is to construct the logistics infrastructure for the exploitation of Saemangeum New Port that will be constructed in near future. To accomplish the purpose, this paper grasp the change of port logistics circumstances firstly. find out the project of the new port and construct the logistics infrastructure for the new port with the basic facts of the port competitiveness. The construction of the logistics infrastructure for the exploitation of Saemangeum New Port will be conducted as follows ; (1) Construction of logistics environment (2) Planning the port marketing for the extension a logistic market share (3) Construction of logistics chain and IT Network and finally (4) Construction of logistics community.

A Model Using IOT Based Railway Infrastructure Sensor Data for Recognition of Abnormal state (IOT기반 철도인프라 데이터를 활용한 이상상황 인식모델)

  • 인공지능(AI), 사물인터넷(IoT)등의 4차 산업기술은 철도안전의 핵심수단으로 부상하고 있으며 차량, 위험관리, 운행관리, 보안관리 등의 점진적인 적용분야 확장을 통해 철도안전에 대한 신뢰성을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안에 대한 관심이 집중되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 IoT 기반의 다양한 철도인프라 데이터를 활용하여 열차주행상태에 영향을 줄 수 있는 이상상황 인식 모델 및 열차자율주행을 위한 제어기술에 필요한 정보로 인프라 상태를 제공하는 방식을 제안한다. 철도 인프라 상황인지에 필요한 데이터는 레일온도, 선로 지정물, 승객 수, 선로 적설량을 지정하였고, 제안 인식모델의 스게노 퍼지추론 방식을 적용한 후 철도차량 운전관련 취급규정 및 취급세척을 기반으로 퍼지규칙(Fuzzy Rule)을 15개 생성하였다. 인프라데이터셋을 활용하여 제안모델의 인식률 평가에 사용하였으며 인식률 결과는 약 86%의 정확성을 보였다. 퍼지추론 기반 방식의 철도인프라 이상상태 인식모델을 철도분야에 접목시킨다면 기존의 관제기반 방식보다 효율적인 철도인프라 상황인식이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

  • Diverse types of meteorological disasters that are frequently occurring at the present time, such as urban flooding, draught, heat waves, or tropical nights do not only cause casualties and property damages but also make it difficult to preserve the natural environment of the city. That is why Low Impact Development or Green Infrastructure has recently received lots of attention as a means to minimize meteorological disasters, adapt to climate change and to leave a better urban environment for the next generation. As of now, Korea's low impact development and green infrastructure technology are standing at the stage of incubation or demonstration. Both central and provincial governments have accelerated the updating of laws and regulations, which allows us to turn the Gray City with Gray Infrastructure that only uses water into a Green City with Green Infrastructure that manages the water. To spread and distribute such a notion in a systemic way, it requires new technology development tailored to Korea, verification of technology, and maintenance of related technological standards, cooperation with other industries, training & promotion, and the participation of citizens.

Evaluating Chloride Absorption of Reinforced Concrete Structures with Crack Widths (균열 폭에 따른 콘크리트 구조물에서의 염화물 흡수 평가)

  • Deterioration of reinforced concrete structure caused by chloride ingress is the main issue and regrading this, many studies have been investigated with both experiments and computational modelling. In addition to chloride diffusion, chloride sorption should be considered as a chloride transport mechanism in concrete structure and cracks formed in concrete structures are the main variable to evaluate the performance of the structures. In this study, after making two types of cracks width (0.1 and 0.3 mm) in reinforced concretes, chloride absorption tests were performed. Weight change and colour change using 0.1 AgNO3 solution from the samples were performed to measure chloride ingress. Image processing was also carried out to quantify range of colour change in carck face. From the result, it were confirmed that the amount of chloride absorption increases with exposure time and increasing crack width, and chlorides reached at steel depth within 1 hour. It would be possible that chloride can move through interface bewteen steel and concrete, thereby further study regarding this is required.

FEA for RC Beams Partially Flexural Reinforced with CFRP Sheets (CFRP 시트로 부분 휨 보강된 철근콘크리트 보의 유한요소해석)

  • A CFRP sheet has been applied as a structural reinforcement in the field, and various studies are conducted to evaluate the effect of CFRP sheets on reinforced concrete. Although many experiments were performed from previous studies, there are still limitations to analyze structural behaviors with various parameters in experiments directly. This study shows the FEA on structural behaviors of RC beams reinforced with CFRP sheets using ABAQUS software. To simulate debonding failure of CFRP sheets which is a major failure mode of RC beam with CFRP sheets, a cohesive element was applied between the bottom surface of RC beam and CFRP sheets. Both quasi-static method and 2-D symmetric FE model technique were performed to solve nonlinear problems. Results obtained from the FE models show good agreements with experimental results. It was found that reinforcement level of CFRP sheets is closely related to structural behavior of reinforced concrete including maximum strength, initial stiffness and deflection at failure. Also, as over-reinforcement of CFRP sheets could give rise to the brittle failure of RCstructure using CFRP sheets, an appropriate measure should be required when installing CFRP sheets in the structure.

  • 부산항 신항 서컨테이너터미널은 선박 대형화와 완전 무인 자동화부두 구축이라는 설계컨셉에 따라 접안 가능한 최대선박은 3만 TEU 선박으로 결정하고 그에 따라 제반 시설들의 규격을 증대하였으며, 상부 자동화 설비들의 운영에 지장이 발생하지 않도록 대형 유수실, 월파차단벽 등의 침수 방지시설과 크레인 및 AGV구간 부등침하 방지를 위해 41.5m의 광폭케이슨과 176m의 광폭 DCM기초를 적용하고, 최신 설계기준에 의거한 내진 I 등급 구조물로 계획하는 등 안전하고 이용성이 뛰어난 컨테이너 터미널이 구축되도록 하였다.

  • After the North-South Korean summit and PyeongChang Winter Olympics, it is recently expected that the North-South economic cooperation plan will be discussed in earnest. And it will be growing interest of the major infrastructure facilities such as roads and railways, and so on North-South Korean. Moreover, most of North Korean facilities have problems related to the safety and functionality of them such as aging, deterioration, and poor maintenance. This study asserts the necessity and importance of infrastructure maintenance in the Korean Peninsula. Therefore, Results of this study, it is appeared that very vulnerable to road, railroad, power/communication, water sewage and needed urgently for improvement. Accordingly, The purpose of this study is to investigate the current status for the whole facilities including the main infrastructure of the North Korean and to evaluate on the maintenance level of infrastructure based on face to face interview refugees of North Korean.
