This study is aimed to contribute in establishing new port policy by research and analysis in design of global port logistics network in the East Asia region. In order to build such port logistics network, 21 ports located in East Asia among the world's 50th largest ports were selected in this study. Furthermore, the amount of container cargo and the ports of call were analyzed to categorize the subject ports in East Asia. Finally, this study tries to find economic network between the base port in East Asia, EU or North America and feeder ports in terms of logistics cost. As a result, Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Busan ports were found as the representative ports in the East Asia that may connect North America and Europe with the minimum logistics expenses. Therefore, to maintain the stable cargo volume in ports, Korea should promote not only the overseas terminal operation which links to the Singapore, Hong Kong, and Shanghai ports, but also establish the global port logistic network connecting the Busan port.

Although there has been a great change in the Chinese logistics industry, there have been few studies on the research trends of logistics in China. Existing research has been conducted on subdivision topics such as transportation efficiency, warehouse location and port efficiency. In this study, the research trends of logistics in China from 2000 to 2017 were analyzed using SNA method. The data were collected from foreign journals and a total of 82 related papers were used for analysis. The first period (2000-2008) was derived from the top keywords such as "Globalization", "Hong Kong", "FDI" and "outsousing". The results of the second period (2009-2013) were derived from keywords such as "international trade" and "reverse logistics", and in the third period (2013-2017) "3PL", "warehousing", "railways" "supply chain", "economic", "port" and "Belt and Road" The analysis of China's logistics using SNA method shows that the research trend of China's logistics is evolving as China is changing rapidly under the globalization context.

Plan of Logistics facility and Management of Freight trucks need for Efficient Improvement of Urban Goods Movement. For this, it need to clear flow pattern of Freight volumes and Freight trucks on urban space. Therefor, The purpose of this study is to clear space flow pattern of Freight volumes and Freight trucks as base data for Plan of Urban Goods Movement on Incheon city. Incheon city is selected because it is at sea & air ports and carries out various Activity of Urban Goods Movement. As the result of this study, it understands and analyzes Characteristic on flow pattern of Freight volumes and Freight trucks. Through this study, we'll expect that this results could be contributed in the understand of actual conditions of Freight volume and freight trucks and the basic data for Improvement of urban goods movement and the management policy of freight trucks in urban goods movement.

In this paper, we propose an application of RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) tag to food wastes disposal system of Cheongju city. The existing system of Cheongju city is monthly fixed amount levy system. The weak point of this system must pay a same commission in spite of each other different food wastes quantity. Also the accurate occurrence quantity of the food wastes and present condition grasp of control are impossible. It will not be able to reflect to a policy decision because does not manage the control of the food waste efficiently. On the other hand, when a food wastes measuring system using RFID is executed tag, it will manage and analyze automatically the obtained data. And collecting, transporting and handling of the food wastes come to be very easy. Also the reproduction and embezzlement of the tag are impossible. As a result of this system, it brings the decrement of the food waste. Therefore the economic effect could be come true and the food wastes is controlled environment-friendly. The food wastes disposal system using RFID tag will be able to contribute in u-city constructions with RFID/USN technology which pursues from the government.

Companies are facing challenges to have high competitiveness because of continuous oil price rising and CO2 emissions regulations. Thus, companies are trying hard to construct effective logistics and operation system to achieve high customer service quality and saving cost. Also the ec-friendly idustrial complex is needed. Busan is in process to construct GILC(Global Industry Logistics City) in west Busan province to achieve high competitiveness and support lack of industrial complex. To construct this kind of logistics industrial complex, it needs logistics system through proper policy and freight transportation co-operation. Especially, efficient management through logistics hierarchy construction in industrial complex is very important for low cost and eco-friendly point of view. Therefore, this paper aims to analyze logistics system and suggest operation model to present logistics complex construction base data.

This study endeavors to propose factors that should be intensively managed by using an IPA model to analyze the strengths of military logistics. Based on the improvement measures, we constructed a questionnaire with 5 points of Likert scale and analyzed the importance and satisfaction through SPSS 23. Examination of several evaluation factors revealed 'expansion of and modernization storage facilities' as the most important factor, 'merger and abolition of regional logistics work' (3.56) had the highest satisfaction level. Factors involving the expansion and modernization of the storage facilities showed the largest difference between importance level and satisfaction level, at 2.01. This indicates the necessity for an overall review of the expansion and modernization of storage facilities related to military logistics. This study aims to identify the areas that should be improved firstly in military logistics and concentrate on management to create more effective results. Thus it suggests that this study has a concentration on management for the streamlining of military logistics.

Despite the increase in sales of imported vehicles in Korea, research on the sales forecast of parts logistics centers is very limited. This study aims to perform a sales prediction on bestselling goods in the automobile part logistics center. System dynamics was adopted as a methodology for the prediction method, which considered causal relationship of variables that affected the dynamic characteristics and feedback loops. The analysis results showed that the consumable sales amount of oil increased over time. As a result of conducting the MAPE, the model was assessed to be a reasonable predictive model of 31.3%. In addition, the sales of battery products increased from every October in both of actual and predicted data followed by the peak sales in December and then decrease from next February. This study has academic implications that it secured actual data of specific imported automobile part logistics center, which has not done before in previous studies and quantitatively analyzed the prediction of the quantity of released goods of future sales through system dynamics.

It's vital to establish the competitive comparative advantage as the competitions among global logistics companies have become fierce. The global companies, hence, must innovate their Port Hinterland to hub and spoke in a view of SCM. The Port Hinterland significantly affects its local economy and value added. The task of the Port Hinterland nowadays is to improve its efficiencies by utilizing logistics operations and services. The Korean government has planned to reduce the scale of the Port. The CCR and BCC matrices show that there are nine efficient companies: two companies in Gwangyang Hinterland and five companies in Busan Hinterland, though Masan FTZ was only ranked on the 24th, on the rank of world FTZ. This paper aims at finding the cargo volume necessary for achieving the maximum efficiency. This research proposes an appropriate strategy to keep a certain amount of cargo volume stable and presents the Port Hinterland differentiation strategies of Gwangyang and Busan.

Since 1990s, more and more enterprises outsource the logistics to reduce the cost and improve core competence, which bring the prosperity of 3PL, industry in China. However, some data shows that the service quality of 3PL is not good enough, there is only a few companies that can provide systematic service, and the satisfaction of the customer is very low. Besides, many enterprises choose 3PL service provider mainly based on the price. Although there are many papers on the logistics service quality, they mainly research on single part, Studies on the relation between the service quality and the partnerships of outsourcing are scarce. Therefore, this study tries to research the service quality, partnership and the relationship between them in China's 3PL industry systematically. On the foundation of the service quality and partnership theories by former researchers, taking present situation of China's 3PL industry into consideration, this paper constructs service quality and the partnership evaluation system and develops LSQ-PP model to examine the relation between the service quality and partnership. and then use the Structural Equation Model (SEM) to analysis the full sample of collected questionnaires. Finally, the thesis summarizes the conclusion and offers suggestions for practice and future research.

This study uncovered some issues that have constrained the development of logistics performance in Cambodia. Firstly, literature review was narrowed down to include studies involving the relationship between Logistics and transportation, the relationship between the infrastructure and economic growth and the important role of logistics on economic growth and poverty reduction. Then the next step the study identified some issues related to transport infrastructure that were assumed to cause the enhancement of logistics sector. Moreover, a case study about cost and time analysis was used to address some issues of logistics cost in Cambodia comparing to its neighboring countries: Thailand and Vietnam. Based on the time and cost analysis, it revealed that the logistics cost in Cambodia is much high than Thailand and Vietnam. In addition, some logistics issues were found through other two case studies about the export and trade facilitation. The participants raised some issues related to issuance of certificate of origin, the availability of information about agreements, laws, rules, and regulations, checkpoints along the corridor and opening hours of logistics service providers and slow processes. Then the authors suggested some appropriate solutions to answer to the current issues related to transport infrastructure and logistics sector in Cambodia.
