The importance of quality logistics service to the enterprises has kept growing considering the fierce competitions. It also asks for the sound definition and the scale explaining the construct of logistics service quality. The current study attempted to identify the construct of logistics service quality and develop the scale to measure it. Various qualitative and quantitative methodologies have been employed in order to provide the solid theoretical and psychometrical foundation of the proposed scale. In so doing, the conceptual definition of Logistics Service quality has been proposed and the 127-item scale measuring the construct of logistics service quality has been developed and found to be reliable and valid.

본 연구의 목적은 전자식별 체계를 식품인증에 적용해 농식품의 안전성, 기능성을 인증하고 농식품 품질인증 마크와 연동한 효과적인 식품인증 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 또한 전자인증 기술을 활용해 농식품 품질을 손쉽게 확인하고, 주요 식품정보를 언제, 어디서나 활용할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 최근 모바일 기술을 활용한 QR코드 기반의 전자인증이 여러 사업 분야에서 사용되고 있는데, 이를 식품인증에 적용하여 식품인증의 효과성, 효율성, 편의성을 증진시킬 것으로 기대한다. 또한, 본 연구를 통하여 물류, 제조, 생산, 유통 산업에서 활용하고 있는 전자인증 체계(RFID, 바코드, QR코드 등)를 식품인증에 적용하여 식품상품의 정보를 손쉽게 확인하고 식품 정보조회를 통해 식품 품질을 검사하는데 사용할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

The importance of quality logistics service has kept growing in fierce competitions. Accordingly, many have tried to assess the logistics service quality and attempted to propose the strategic ways to manage it. However, it has been known that service quality is a multi-dimensional construct and not all quality attributed are viewed as equally important to customers. In other words, each quality attribute has different implications for customer satisfaction. To this respect, the current study attempted to identify the satisfying/dissatisfying quality factor through the Kana approach. In so doing, several satisfying and dissatisfying quality factors in logistics service quality were identified. Further, several academic and practical implications for logistics service quality were proposed.

펜데믹, 전쟁 등을 포함한 국제 정세 변화에 따른 물류대란, 원자재가격 상승 및 환율 급등으로 인해 2023년 기준 대한민국의 물가는 크게 오르고 있는 추세이다. 물가 상승은 사업장의 인건비 부담 증가로 이어지고 있고 특히 노동 집약 산업인 농업 분야에서의 인건비 부담 문제는 더욱 심각한 실정이다. 외국인 근로자 고용이 대안이 될 수 있지만 인건비 절감 효과는 미미하기에 농업계 관계자들은 자동화 시스템 도입에 관심이 집중되고 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 사과 분류 작업 자동화 체계의 핵심 요소에 해당하는 사과 품질 실시간 모니터링 시스템을 제안한다. 제안한 방식에서는 딥러닝 기반의 영상 분석 기법 및 무게 센서 데이터 분석을 통해 사과의 품질에 따른 등급 책정을 자동화 한다.

This study aims to investigate the difference in the perception of shippers on the quality of air freight service between air express and air freight forwarders. This study suggests hypothesis verification and implications on importance-performance between two groups of air express and air freight forwarders. In this study, we find that important variables through paired t-test and importance-performance analysis. As a result of paired t-test, there was a difference in the use variables of the document work variables through computerization in the importance area. In the satisfaction area, there was a difference between the groups in the response to customer request and the response to accidents. The variables that need to improve the focus derived from the importance-performance analysis are document work through computer and response to accidents. It is necessary to observe and manage the response of shippers continuously by holding various transportation schedules in the schedule area, possibility of adjustment of transportation schedule, regular freight and schedule provision.

본 연구의 목적은 최근 10년간 일본의 5대 종합상사의 경영활동과 경영성과에 대한 데이터를 이용하여, 에너지 자원사업에서 나타난 경영성과의 의의 그리고 에너지 자원사업에 있어서의 국제물류기능에 대한 고찰을 수행하는 것이다. 연구내용으로는 선행연구 분석, 종합상사의 경영성과 분석, 에너지 자원사업의 국제물류기능에 대한 분석으로 구성된다. 분석방법으로는 회계 및 재무 데이터에 대한 통계적 분석과 조직분석, 사례분석을 이용하였다. 본 연구에서 일본 종합상사가 2000년대 10년간 에너지 자원사업에서 성공적으로 높은 매출 성장과 순이익을 달성한 사실을 밝힌다. 종합상사의 에너지 자원사업부문의 성공은 자원보유국에 대한 적극적 개발권익 확보와 국내외 관련회사에 대한 장기적 투자, 관련회사간의 공급연쇄체계 구축이라는 기업노력에서 성공 이유를 찾을 수 있다. 특히, 본 연구는 에너지 자원사업의 수직적 통합에서 국제물류기능의 중요성을 재인식하고 국제물류의 사업투자에 힘을 쏟는 종합상사의 역할을 설명하고자 하였다. 종합상사는 에너지 자원사업의 하류영역에서 상류영역에 이르는 비즈니스를 유기적으로 조직화하여 왔고, 최근 중류영역에서도 종합상사의 조직화기능, 투자사업기능, 정보 분석 및 제공기능을 충분히 발휘하고 있다. 종합상사의 국제물류기능의 강화는 에너지 자원의 생산, 물류, 유통판매에 이르는 비용을 통제할 수 있어 상품의 가격과 품질의 경쟁력을 높이는 데 도움을 줄 것이다.

바코드 레이블은 저비용과 편리함으로 인해 물품의 식별을 위해 널리 사용되고 있다. 바코드 레이블은 실링인쇄(seal printing)를 통해 대량으로 생산되는데 그 과정에서 인쇄 품질이 좋지 않거나 레이블 내의 바코드와 텍스트가 서로 일치하지 않는 불량품이 발생하기도 한다. 불량 레이블은 인식 불량 및 업무 오류를 가져오고 이로 인해 물류 지체 및 처리비용 증가를 가져온다. 본 논문에서는 이미지 처리기술을 이용하여 생산단계에서 레이블을 검사하는 온라인 바코드 품질 검사 시스템을 제안한다. 제안 시스템은 카메라에 의해 얻은 이미지를 사용하여 바코드의 품질과 데이터와의 일치성을 검증하고, 불량레이블이 발견되면 경고 신호와 함께 불량임을 표시하여 불량품이 조기에 제거되도록 한다.

제품(또는 서비스)을 생산하기 위하여 여러 순차적인 작업이 수행되어야 하는 환경에서 생산자원(기계 또는 작업자)에게 얼마만큼의 요소작업을 배정하는가를 결정하는 작업배정(Work Assignment) 문제는 중요한 의사결정 문제이다. 일반적으로 이용하는 작업배정 방식은 각 생산자원에게 가급적 균등한 작업량을 배정하는 라인밸런싱(LB: Line Balancing) 전략이다. 그러나 LB 방식은 작업자의 작업속도 차이나 시스템의 여러 가지 변동 상황(기계고장, 품질문제 등)의 고려 없이 작업을 배정하기 때문에 실제로는 계획된 밸런싱효율을 달성하기 어렵다. Bucket Brigade (BB)는 이러한 문제에 대응하기 위한 새로운 작업배정 방법으로 제시되고 있다. BB는 개미의 협력작업 개념을 바탕으로 하는 분산 자율적인 작업배정 방법이다. 본 발표에서는 생산 및 물류시스템에서 BB의 적용 가능성과 문제점을 논의하고, 시뮬레이션을 통하여 여러 작업 환경에서 BB의 수행도를 분석한다.

가전업의 CKD(Complete Knock Down)업무는 해외의 바이어나 현지공장에 가전제품을 구성하는 부품/반제품들을 개별 포장하여 수출하는 물류업무이다. 이러한 CKD 업무는 가격경쟁이 치열한 부분으로 경쟁력 강화를 위해 물류비의 절감이 요구되고 있다. 특히 CKD 업무의 경쟁력 강화를 위해서는 포장품질과 적재율 향상을 위한 포장/적재의 최적화가 이루어져야 하며, 이를 지원하는 Packing Optimization System 의 구축이 절실히 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 가전업 CKD의 업무특징과 업무환경의 변화에 대해 기술하였으며, 환경변화에 대한 대응방법으로 가전업 CKD 업무를 위한 Packing Optimization System 의 주요 기능과 업무 프로세스를 제시하였다. 그리고, 시뮬레이션 방법을 이용한 Packing Optimization system의 구현 사례를 예시하였다.

With steady increase in the demand for door-to-door delivery services, courier service providers are facing a constant pressure to reduce delivery price in order to secure quantity order and to improve the efficiency and reliability for customer service. The objective of this research is to explain the structure of the door-to-door delivery including door-to-door delivery service demand, sorting capacity in the hub-terminal, and the system performance measures such as service reliability networks using causal loop diagram(CLD). Based on causal relation, this research describes a comprehensive approach to examine how capacity reliability contributes to the renewal of the firm's competences through its reciprocal relationship with travel time reliability and connectivity reliability. Also, this research suggests the policy alternatives to improve effectiveness and efficiency of door-to-door delivery network in response to increase customer satisfaction and profit maximization of the courier service providers: operational, tactical, and strategic levels.
