Internationally, manufacturers attempted respectable portion of in-house logistics to satisfy end users and decrease manpower to compete for manufacturing price and quality optimization. Mostly, manufacturers operate variety of facilities such as collaborative robots, conveyor, etc. based on PLC. To achieve it, manufactures shall operate the optimized number of manufacturing processes with logic controlled by computer to reduce human errors. In prior to it, manufacturing industry still own plenty of fields which have not yet been adjusted with automation. For example, we shall put in-house logistics on the issue. This study focuses on manufacturing industry, evaluate efficiency, costs, etc. in all aspects and suggest alternatives by analysis SWAT and OEE, let alone reason of weakness.

최근에는 수요자 요구의 다양화, 전문인력의 부족, 고임금화, 열악한 작업장에서의 작업기피 현상 등의 영향으로 인해 생산 및 물류의 자동화가 활발히 추진되고 있다. 생산 및 물류시스템의 자동화가 진전됨에 따라 전체 시스템의 물류합리화에 중요한 역할을 담당하는 자동창고 시스템에 대한 설비관리 체계 구축이 필요하게 되었고, 그 일환으로 본 연구에서는 자동창고에 대한 예방보전 및 원인진단을 지원하는 자동창고의 예방보전 및 진단시스템을 개발하였다. 특히 자동창고의 이상을 진단하는데 과거의 트러블내용을 사례로 등록시키고, 전문가가 문제해결에 사용한 경험데이타, 즉 조사항목, 조사결과 및 대처내용을 진단용 사례기반 추론베이스로 구축하여 활용하는 사례기반추론(Case Based Reasoning)방법으로 접근시켰다. 또한 자동창고시스템의 예방보전, 사후보전, 이력관리 기능을 수행할 수 있는 운영소프트웨어를 개발하였다.

인터넷을 기반으로 하는 전자상거래의 약진은 비단 국내뿐 아니라 전 세계적인 추세라 할 수 있다. 따라서 기업들은 전자상거래의 핵심 요소를 반영 한 새로운 물류 시스템 체계를 구축하고, 기업간 상거래를 원활하게 수행하는데 필요한 프로세스 연계 방안을 함께 모색해야 한다. 오늘날 워크플로우 시스템은 이러한 전자상거래의 요구 사항을 수용하여 기업간 비즈니스 프로세스를 연계하고 그 수행을 자동화하는 새로운 솔루션으로써 각광을 받고 있다 이에 본 논문은 기업 간의 비즈니스 프로세스 자동화를 목적으로 하는 전자물류 워크플로우 모델링 시스템을 설계 및 구현한다. 이와 함께 기업간 상호 운영성의 투명성과 효율성을 보장하기 위한 가상 조직의 개념과 레지스트리 시스템을 제안 및 적용한다.

This research is focused on the organizations related to development and operation of automated container terminal to find the core factors to prepare for the changes in maritime logistics circumstances and to secure superiority in the middle of fierce competition. Through an analysis of the status of development and operation of internal and external automated container terminals, it is concluded that public organizations, companies, research centers/schools, and private organizations influence on the development and operation of automated container terminals. The specific role of each organization is also concluded in this study. Based on the findings above, a survey of experts in the organizations of container terminals in Korea has been carried out using AHP method. Through this survey, the order of importance of the related organizations was found to be public organizations, research centers/schools, companies, and private organizations. This research can be referred to make a master plan for the development and operation of automated container terminal in Korea.

공장자동화를 위한 센서와 바코드 관련제품을 개발해 관심을 모으고 있는 (주)현암엔지니어링은 91년 일본회사와 합작으로 설립되어 현재 60억원의 매출을 올리고 있다. 3억원을 투자해 개발한 리딩시스템으로 9백억원 정도의 외화를 막는데 기여했고 앞으로 물류 및 사무자동화는 물론 홈오토메이션을 실현하기 위해 새로운 도전을 하고 있다.

The recent spread of the corona pandemic and a temporary surge in demand for consumer goods have resulted in an increase in port cargo volume, and the resulting port congestion is coupled with a shortage of labor in the port, exacerbating the global supply chain chaos. Supply chain disruptions will increase logistics costs and ultimately increase global inflationary pressures. In this situation, the role of the port, which is the nodal point between land and sea, is gradually becoming more important. And fully automated ports that are operated unmanned are evaluated as being able to respond stably and flexibly by reducing operational risks in situations such as COVID-19. Therefore, this study compared the operational performance of fully automated and non-fully automated terminals within the same port before and after the corona outbreak, and analyzed the fully automated terminal was stable in actual operation. As a result of the analysis, the fully automated terminal showed stable operating efficiency in all aspects of operational performance compared to the non-fully automated terminal even under severe port congestion due to COVID-19.

Logistics centers, distribution centers, or warehouse facilities increasingly dominate urban and suburban landscapes, their enormous but blank, repetitive facades completely overshadowing adjacent buildings. Mostly ignored by architects, this new building type symbolically represents the arrival of post-anthropocene, or post-urbicene era of architecture, in which an increasing portion of our built environment will not be intended for human occupancy, but rather for use by machines and artificial intelligence. As a new wave of logistics centers are becoming more automated, and more supersized, it is important to deepen architects' understanding of the organizational logic and programming factors that inform the overall design decisions for these facilities. With a particular focus on three case studies--Coupang, E-Mart, and Amazon Fulfillment Centers, this research examines the current trends in automation and expansion of logistics centers, and offers an analysis and forecast for future facilities in South Korea.

우편 산업은 우편 물류망을 근간으로 수작업 형태 업무 프로세스가 중점적인 사업영역이나, 최근 우편 사업 환경의 급속한 변화와 이에 따른 대응이 요구됨에 따라 세계 선진 우편사업들은 우편 자동화 및 정보화 기술을 적극 도입하고 있는 추세이다. 이를 위해 우편 사업 환경 및 인프라를 고려한 우편 자동화 체계 마련을 위해 우편자동화 설비기기 및 그 시스템과 우편 정보 시스템간 정보 연계, 서비스 연동뿐만 아니라 궁극적으로 자동화 설비기기를 구축함에 있어 하드웨어 기능과 소프트웨어 기능을 분리시켜 소프트웨어 기능 유지보수 비용을 최소화하기 위해 독립성을 제공하기 위한 우편 자동화 통합망 구축기술 개발에 주력하고 있다. 이는 우편자동화 설비기기의 자동화에 필요한 요소기술에 최신 IT 기술을 적용하여 설비기기간 정보 연계 및 서비스 연동을 실현함으로써 우편 업무 프로세스를 개선하고 신규 서비스를 창출하는 기반이 된다.

스마트폰 기술이 항만물류 산업에도 혁신적 변화를 일으키고 있다. 2010년 국토해양부는 '유무선 통합 Smart-Port' 정책을 발표하고 스마트폰과 Wibro, 3G, Wifi 등 통신망을 이용한 항만물류서비스를 통하여 항만자동화와 효율성 제고를 꾀하겠다는 계획을 발표하고 실행에 박차를 가하고 있다. 국내 항만물류 분야에서는 국토해양부의 정책에 발맞추어 다양한 형태의 항만물류 모바일 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내 항만물류 분야에서 도입, 사용되고 있는 스마트폰을 이용한 모바일 애플리케이션 사례를 분석하고, 활성화방안을 제시하였다.

철로를 통해 수출입 화물을 운송하는 철도 물류 비즈니스에서의 정보교환은 사용자와 한국철도공사간에 전자문서(EDI, XML)를 사용하여 처리하거나 WEB을 통해 데이터를 입력함으로써 처리하고 있다. 전자적으로 데이터를 교환하여 처리하는 업무 비중은 철도 물류뿐만 아니라 물류 전반에 걸쳐 점차 높아지고 있는 추세이다. 철도 물류 또한 점차 증대되는 업무 자동화에 대한 사용자 요구를 지원하기 위하여 전자적인 데이터 교환의 필요성이 커지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 철도물류 업무에 있어서 전자적인 데이터 교환을 지원하기 위하여 현 철도 물류 정보화에 대해 분석하고 이에 대한 개선 방안을 도출하고자 한다. 또한 표준화된 비즈니스 프로세스 모델링 방법에 따른 정보 표준화 방안에 대해서도 논의하고자 한다.
