The organization's safety culture is strongly tied to the success of its safety learning programme. All personnel must understand the concept and necessity of Safety Management System. In order to settle the culture which they are willing to share the responsibility of safety, it is essential for service provider as the airline company to develop the technique and knowledge which intenses the organization's safety and to perform safety learning programme to be applied. This study has looked into the preceding studies about the learning culture and surveyed how the airmen have acquired the safety lessons learned thru their safety promotion within aviation maintenance organization. Accordingly, it intends to contribute safety promotion by suggestion of the effective and positive learning culture thru the establishment of strategy and the safety learning programme suitable to the organization.

This study was initiated to address multicultural students' science learning, which is expected to be our assets for the next generation. By understanding their ideas of science learning and cultural context, we intend to encourage them and urge our science education communities to be interested in multicultural science education in Korea. We interviewed elementary and secondary school multicultural students, their parents, and teachers who have ever taught them. The interview revealed that they needed language-based support to improve their science learning. It seemed to be a serious problem that teachers' and students' expectancy toward multicultural students were low. We should put into practice scientific literacy for all students through the multicultural science education in our own context with school-based systematic support.

In connection with the OECD's core competency proposal, we would like to consider an attempt to realize this in liberal arts education at Korean universities and examine what kind of education plan it is desirable to present to learners. Universities are expanding competency-based education into human and social fields by reconsidering new talent awards and the direction of education. In this way, each university selects and organizes core competencies and incorporates the core competencies that the university pursues into educational goals. Under the supervision of the Ministry of Education, education centered on core competencies is exploring its potential in liberal arts courses at universities above all else. We want to explore a methodology that can achieve learner-centered teaching and learning effects in the process of incorporating and accepting this. Language acquisition along with cross-cultural understanding is above all else a part that can promote learners' competencies in terms of diversity and mutual understanding. Therefore, we reflect this in French liberal arts education and explore teaching and learning processes by incorporating respect for diversity and mutual cultural understanding competency education related to learners' motivation into lectures. We aim to supplement this through collaboration and mutual cultural understanding processes as presentation tasks in order to overcome the existing competency-based evaluation while deriving acceptance results from learners. Therefore, they recognize that the direction of core competency education naturally shifts to value-centered education.

This study explored effective teaching-learning activities under the hybrid teaching model combining flipped learning, direct instruction, cooperative learning and distance learning. Subjects were 99 college students enrolled in 2 teacher preparation courses. Students evaluated effectiveness of 22 teaching-learning activities according to Likert scale at the end of the semester. As a result, all 22 teaching learning activities were considered effective more or less. They facilitated motivation, comprehension, participation, thinking, and led to mastery of the task. ② Activities scored low were 'questioning and answering at the beginning of online class', 'open book test'. ③ Hybrid teaching model was favored over traditional instruction. Open ended responses were consistent with the ones in the questionnaire. This research supports the notion that key teaching models to be combined for successful flipped learning in college setting are direct instruction and cooperative learning. Furthermore, effective and ineffective teaching strategies for flipped learning were found.

This study investigates the effects of flipped learning on self-directed learning ability(SDLA), learning attitude, and lesson satisfaction for nursing students of the university. The research participants and data collection were conducted on 41 nursing students in A city from March 1 to June 16, 2022, and the research design is a one-group pretest-posttest design. SDLA, learning attitude, and lesson satisfaction were investigated, and flipped learning lectures were applied to the experimental group as experimental treatment. SPSS 27.0 version was used for statistical analysis and the Paired T-test was applied the effect test before and after the experiment. As a result, the learning attitude of nursing students showed a positive correlation with SDLA and lesson satisfaction, and the flipped learning education method showed SDLA (t=-8.73, p<.001) and learning attitude (t=-6.99, p<.001) and lesson satisfaction (t=-2.17, p<.05) All were statistically significant.

본 논문에서는 학습관리 시스템 서비스 형태에 따른 특징들을 살펴보고, 메타버스에서 서비스되고 있는 학습관리 시스템의 특징을 통해서 비대면 원격 교육 시스템에서 이루어지고 있는 학습의 특징과 방향성에 대해서 알아본다. 그리고 향후 메타버스 학습관리 시스템의 실효성에 대한 연구 방향성의 기준을 제시한다.

본 논문에서는 OpenAI Gym 환경에서 제공하는 CartPole-v1에 대해 강화학습을 통해 에이전트를 학습시키고, 학습에 적용되는 활성화함수의 성능을 비교분석하였다. 본 논문에서 적용한 활성화함수는 Sigmoid, ReLU, ReakyReLU 그리고 softplus 함수이며, 각 활성화함수를 DQN(Deep Q-Networks) 강화학습에 적용했을 때 보상 값을 비교하였다. 실험결과 ReLU 활성화함수를 적용하였을 때의 보상이 가장 높은 것을 알 수 있었다.
