본 연구는 스타트업이라 구분되는 기업의 구성원을 대상으로 그들의 혁신행동에 미치는 영향 요소를 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 긍정심리학에서 중요한 변수로 다뤄지는 그릿(Grit)과 스타트업에서 특히 중요시 여겨지는 실책관리문화 변수를 중심으로 혁신행동에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 그릿은 스타트업 구성원의 인내에 대한 노력, 조화열정, 상황적응력의 세 변수로 정의하였으며 실책관리문화와 더불어 스타트업 구성원의 혁신행동에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 본 연구를 위해 기술창업 기반 7년 이내 스타트업 재직자를 대상으로 2023년 12월부터 2024년 1월까지 설문조사를 진행해 유효한 305개의 샘플을 확보하였다. 연구모델 분석을 위해 SPSS 24 통계 패키지를 활용하여 그릿과 혁신행동과의 관계 및 실책관리문화와 혁신행동 관계를 분석하였다. 분석결과 그릿의 3가지 변수인 인내에 대한 노력, 조화열정, 상황적응력은 스타트업 구성원의 혁신행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으며 실책관리문화 또한 스타트업 구성원의 혁신행동에 정(+)의 효과를 나타냈다. 하지만 통제변수로 활용된 성별과 연령은 혁신행동에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 본 연구는 스타트업에게 매우 중요한 혁신행동에 영향을 미치는 변수들을 규명하고, 스타트업 구성원의 개인적 특성과 문화적 특성이 혁신에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 파악한데 의의가 있다고 하겠다. 본 연구 결과의 의의는 스타트업 혁신행동에 미치는 새로운 변수들을 규명했다는데 있다. 하지만 7년 이내 초기 창업 기업을 대상으로 305명이라는 제한된 표본으로 연구를 진행했다는 점이 향후 스타트업 범주 및 표본 확대를 보완하여 후속 연구의 확장이 필요하다고 판단된다. 또한, 그릿과 실책관리문화 외에 혁신행동에 대한 영향 변수의 규명이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

한국출판문화산업진흥원이 지난 7월 27일 출판문화산업진흥법 제16조에 따라 출판문화산업 진흥이란 중차대한 임무를 부여받고 출범했다. 다사다난했던 출범 첫해를 보내고 2013년을 맞이하는 시점에 이재호 초대 원장을 만나 진흥원과 출판계에 현안과 과제, 향후 운영 계획 등에 대해 들어봤다.

The number of multicultural families is on the rise worldwide. In this respect, the central government and municipal governments are also implementing and supporting multicultural-related policies. However, they are in progress, not as services needed for multicultural members but as policy issues. This causes multicultural members to fail to figure out the need of policies supported by the government or local governments, as well as to grasp the desire for what services in need are. In addition to this, many studies regarding multiculture are under way but few studies have been known so far as to multicultural business models. This study has suggested a final business model and strategy methods by designing, comparing and analyzing a business model needed for multicultural members through interviews with professionals and multicultural members with regard to mulcultural policies and examples in Korea.

한국문화콘텐츠진흥원과 한국소프트웨어진흥원은 지난달 21일 목동 한국문화콘텐츠진흥원에서 상호 업무협력을 위한 협약식을 체결했다. 이는 지난해 10월 문화관광부와 정보통신부가 교환한 양해각서(MOU)를 구체화한 것으로 양 부처의 관련 분야 주무기관 사이에 맺어진 협약이라는 점에서 기대를 모은다.

1년에도 수십 수백 개씩 스타트업이 생겨나고 있다. 아마도 모두 미래의 구글과 페이스북, 그리고 아마존이 되길 희망하며 하루하루 가열차게 달리고 있다. 하지만 그 많은 스타트업 중 소위 성공했다 불릴 수 있는 기업은 손에 꼽는다. 능력 있는 창업가, 기발한 사업 모델과 아이디어 그리고 이를 뒷받침해 줄 기술력과 자본이 있다고 성공할 수 없다. 스타트업 기업을 굴러가게 하는 힘은 결국 그 조직의 구성원에게서 나오기에 성공한 스타트업에겐 모두 그들 만의 '조직문화'가 있다. 그게 모두에게 좋은 문화일 필요는 없을 것이다. 그 조직에 가장 접합한, 그래서 구성원의 구성원의 공감대를 사 '일하고 싶은 회사'가 될 수 있게 하는 '조직 문화'가 있는 스타트업이 수많은 인재를 모아 성장을 거듭해 올 수 있었고 그것이 결국 스타트업을 성공으로 이끌었던 것이다. 이런 조직 문화는 회사 초창기에 세팅할수록 해당 기업의 성공 확률도 높아진다. 7년 미만의 초기 스타트업 기업을 대상으로 조직문화 유형이 스타트업 구성원의 조직 몰입과 조직성과에 어떠한 영향을 주는지에 대한 실증분석을 목적으로 하였다. 초기 스타트업 기업의 조직문화 차원은 경쟁가치모형의 혁신문화와 위계문화로 구분하였으며, 조직성과는 스타트업의 서비스, 제품을 경험한 이용자들의 서비스 만족도를 활용하였다. 조직문화는 외부환경에 대한 적응과 조직내부 통합의 문제를 해결하기 위하여 구성원들에 의해 창조 발전되어 학습되는 기본가정으로서 스타트업 구성원들에 의해 공유된 가치(values), 신념(beliefs), 규범(norms)의 체계로 정의한다. 따라서 어떠한 조직문화를 갖는냐에 따라 조직 구성원의 몰입, 충성심, 직무동기, 직무성과는 물론 조직성과와 혁신을 포함하는 여러 조직 요인도 직 갑적인 영향을 받는다. 7년 미만의 초기 스타트업 혁신문화가 스타트업 구성원의 조직몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 조직몰입이 스타트업 서비스, 제품을 경험한 이용자들의 서비스 만족도에도 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

The regional development plan by the city of Andong in establishing the foundation for cultural eco-tourism in the cultural area of confucianism(2010-2020) consists of 2 leading projects (the World Confucian Scholar Culture Park, the Korean Culture Theme Park) and 2 strategic projects (the Confucian Scholars' Literature Park, the Sunsunghyun Culture Complex, the Traditional Bittarae Weaving Village). By inter-regional input-output analysis, their multiplier effects of output, value-added, income and employment are estimated respectively 990.2 billion won(multiplier 2.23), 318.2 billion won(multiplier 0.72), 187.7 billion won(multiplier 0.42), and 4,791 workers(multiplier 10.6 workers/billion won). The ongoing project has been, however, delayed due to various issues and has hit a ceiling towards achieving the original objectives of the familiarization, industrialization and globalization of Confucian culture. To overcome these problems, the associated plans of constructing the Korean SMART LINK LINE, of developing contents blending traditional culture and ICT, of establishing tourist complexes and infrastructure around Lake Andong, and of constructing interactive attractions of traditional culture were proposed as new growth-leading plans.

This article examines the legal measures to establish the financial independence of the Local Cultural Centers(LCCs) by the revision of Promotion of Local Cultural Centers Act(PLCC Act) to allow profit-making activities of LCCs. For the past 70 years, LCCs have been the core of local culture, but they have not been financially independent and have survived through government subsudues and support funds. Its weak financial structure that depends on the subsidies makes it difficult to carry out the essential business and threatens sustainability. Legally, LCCs are special corporations which established in accordance with the PLCC Act, and their legal status and functions are stipulated in accordance with the laws governing their establishment. The current PLCC Act does not stipulate that the LCC may conduct profit-making business other than the essential business. However, compare to the other special corporations which established by their own legislatives, it is understood that the PLCC Act can also provide regulations related to the profit business of LCCs. This article presents legal drafts for PLCC Act and suggests other necessary discussions for financial independence of LCCs.
