중국 디지털 문화산업 상장기업의 기술혁신 효율성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Technological Innovation Efficiency of Listed Companies in China's Digital Cultural Industry)

  • 과학기술과 문화산업의 융합이 심화되면서 중국의 디지털 문화산업이 부상하고 있다. 디지털 문화산업은 디지털 경제 시대에 문화소비에 대한 새로운 욕구를 충족시켜 소비자들에게 신선한 경험을 선사하고 있다. 본 논문은 중국 A주 36개 디지털 문화 상장기업의 2018년~2019년의 공개 데이터를 이용하여 중국 디지털 문화산업 상장기업의 기술혁신 효율성 평가지표체계를 구축했다. 자료포락분석(DEA)을 활용하여 36개 중국 디지털 문화산업 상장기업의 기술혁신 효율성을 평가했다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중국 상장기업 36곳은 기술혁신 효율성이 낮다. 둘째, 상장기업의 연구개발 자원의 배치가 불합리하다. 셋째, 상장기업 간 기술혁신 효율성의 차이가 크다. 따라서 연구개발 자금 투입의 확대, 연구개발 자원의 합리적 배치, 연구개발 인력 도입과 육성 확대, 효과적인 동적 인센티브 메커니즘 구축, '정산학연용(政产学研用)'의 긴밀한 결합 촉진 및 정부 정책의 충분한 발휘 등의 조치를 통해 중국 디지털 문화산업 상장기업의 기술혁신 효율성을 제고해야 한다.

역사적 지역 정체성의 지역민 소외 아이러니에 관한 이론적 고찰 (A theoretical study on the irony of alienation of local people by historical local identity)

  • This study discusses various conflict situations and unexpressed pathological potential in historical regions. In this regard, the issue of alienation of local people due to local identity was raised and the cause was investigated. It explains the structural origins of local alienation that occurred in the process of objectifying a region and forming its identity. The process of alienation of local residents of local identity identified in this paper was divided and explained in three stages: objectification of the region, symbolization of local identity, and religious materialism of local identity. In addition, in the process, the incorporation of the production mode of intellectual work, the separation of producers, and the loss of the subject-centered control ability over these products were pointed out as problematic situations. The study suggests to change the perception of the region and to restore the control of the local people through narrative in relation to this problematic situation. Thus, this thesis asserts that we need to have doubts about the justification for the public good and the basis of the resulting consensus, and that we should be constantly interested in the pathological signs of society around us.

과학기술의 문화적 함의 (Cultural Implications of Science and Technology)

  • 과학기술과 문화의 관계는 어떻게 이해해야 하는가? 과학기술은 문화의 일부로서 이해되는가 하면, 흔히 과학기술과 문화는 서로 배타적인 관계에 있는 것으로 주장되기도 한다. 이 논문에서는 먼저 과학기술을 문화의 한 형태로서 검토하였다. 분명히 과학은 인식적 가치를 창조하는 가치문화의 일부이며, 기술은 비록 도구적 문화로서 파악되는 경우에도 문화체계의 일부로 이해해야 한다. 그러므로 과학기술은 어느 정도의 '상대적 자율성'을 지닌 문화체계의 일부인 것이다. 다음으로 이 논문은 정치체계, 경제체계, 문화체계와 과학기술체계 간의 긴장관계에 대해 검토하였다. 특히 현대사회에서 정치와 경제체계에 의해 문화체계가 식민화되는 과정에서 과학기술체계의 도구적 합리성의 왜곡에 의해서 야기된 기술지배의 부정적 결과들에 대해 검토하고, 이를 극복하기 위해서는 도구적 합리성이 사회적 합리성과 의사소통합리성 등에 의해 균형을 이루어야 함을 지적하였다. 끝으로 이 논문에서는 정치, 경제, 문화 및 시민사회 각각의 '과학문화'의 특성과 그와 같은 과학적 부분문화(scientific subcultures)들 간의 역동적인 관계와 사회과정을 통해 '인간화되고 민주적인 과학문화'가 형성될 수 있는 가능성에 대해 논의하였다.
