With the deepening integration of technology and cultural industries, China's digital cultural industry has begun to rise. The digital culture industry has met new demands for cultural consumption and brought new experiences to consumers in the digital economy era. This paper uses the public data of 36 Chinese A-share listed companies in digital culture from 2018 to 2019 to construct a technical innovation efficiency evaluation index system for listed companies in China's digital cultural industry. Through the use of data envelopment analysis (DEA) method, the technical innovation efficiency of 36 listed companies in China's digital cultural industry was evaluated. The research results show that: (1) China's 36 listed companies have low technological innovation efficiency; (2) the allocation of R&D resources of listed companies is unreasonable; (3) there is a large difference in technological innovation efficiency among listed companies. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the efficiency of technology innovation of listed companies in China's digital culture industry by investing more R&D funds, distributing R&D resources, establishing effective dynamic incentive mechanism, promoting government-industrial-academic research.

This study discusses various conflict situations and unexpressed pathological potential in historical regions. In this regard, the issue of alienation of local people due to local identity was raised and the cause was investigated. It explains the structural origins of local alienation that occurred in the process of objectifying a region and forming its identity. The process of alienation of local residents of local identity identified in this paper was divided and explained in three stages: objectification of the region, symbolization of local identity, and religious materialism of local identity. In addition, in the process, the incorporation of the production mode of intellectual work, the separation of producers, and the loss of the subject-centered control ability over these products were pointed out as problematic situations. The study suggests to change the perception of the region and to restore the control of the local people through narrative in relation to this problematic situation. Thus, this thesis asserts that we need to have doubts about the justification for the public good and the basis of the resulting consensus, and that we should be constantly interested in the pathological signs of society around us.

Though science and technology can understood as a part of cultural system, the relationship of science/technology with culture is often viewed as contradictory or mutually exclusive by many scholars. Therefore, in the first section of the present paper, the nature of science and technology as a cultural form is examined. Here, science is viewed as a form of symbolic culture, while technology is regarded as a form of instrumental culture. In the second section, the contradictory relationship and/or tensions between science-technological system (instrumental culture) and cultural system (symbolic culture) within a society is discussed. In the final section of this paper, 'science culture' is conceptualized as a dynamic social process in which contradictory science sub-cultures of political system(state), economic system(cooperations), civil society (including academic community of scientists and other social organizations and movements), and cultural system are supposed to be coordinated. In conclusion, establishment of 'humanized science culture' and 'democratic science-culture movement' is proposed as an alternative way of resolving contradictory relationship between cultural system and science-technological system in the modern world.
