Terrorist organization has shown the trend of secret organization and it is harder to cope with terrorism because of uncertainty of terrorism. Homegrown terrorism is the one, whose preparation, execution and effect are restricted to domestic area. By the way, in the worldwide economic depression, violence and radical demonstration have shown the expansion trends as in Middle East, political revolution of Africa, anti-social resistance of Europe and Wall Street Occupation of USA. Homegrown terrorism is occurring in various countries such as UK and Spain as well as USA. Specialists warn homegrown terrorism in Korea. The purpose of this study was to prospect the possibility of homegrown terrorism that can be generated in the transfer to multi-culture society as various foreigners come to Korea rapidly and suggest the method to cope with the trend. The study analyzed environment and analysis of homegrown terrorism that Korea faces now. The methods to cope with homegrown terrorism are as follows. First, distribution of radical homegrown terrorism via internet should be prevented. Second, the connection between terrorist organization and homegrown terrorist should be prevented. Third, there should be a cooperation among government, residents and religious group. Fourth, there should be an open approach against multi-culture society. Fifth, there should be a systematic control for cause of new conflict. Finally, there should be a long-term approach to cause of new conflict. If we do not make an effort to prevent homegrown terrorism, terrorism environment may face new aspect and national and social cost for it will increase.

Because of the technological innovation of information-communication, the liberalization of world trade and the intensification of regionalisation, the world economic space is in progress of globalization that is not only a product but also a capital, technology and labour move freely over the countries. In the globalized economic space, the multinational finns accelerate a globalization of capital and labour by exporting the capital to the peripherals countries for the low cost of production and importing the low wage labour from the peripherals countries. East Asia which appeared one of the world triad economic axis with a rapid regional economic growth after 1980's intensifies the regionalisation of capital and labour. As the increase of gap in cost of production and income level among the countries, not only the direction of flows of capital and labour but also the traits of migrant labour also changes remarkably.

The article concerns the cultural diversity as a policy value for the cultural industry policy in Korea. in the evolution of the cultural industry policy since the end of the 1990s, the primary values of the public policy has focused on the establishment of the cultural identity and the improvement of the competitiveness of the cultural industries. It Is likely that cultural diversify has been considered as a defensive value against the cultural globalization. Meanwhile, as the UNESCO indicates, the improvement of the cultural diversify should be established as a key policy value in terms of the cultural rights, cultural welfare and social inclusion. In this respect, the article analyzes the policy values of the cultural industry policy in terms of the cultural diversity. In addition, the policy alternatives for the improvement of the cultural diversity will be recommended. In particular, the article studies the case on the comic industry policy.

한 러 국제협력 시대 - 냉전의 철벽이 무너지고 사회주의 종주국이었던, 구소련이 개방주의를 천명한지 어언 10여년이 흘러간 오늘, 나는 홀연히 서서 그 동안 시장경제를 부르짖으며 개방화에 박차를 가해 경제대국의 꿈을 이뤄보려고 13억 인구가 뒤엉켜 붙은 밀가루 반죽 같은 중국대륙을 거쳐, 러시아 및 CIS 국가사회를 드나들며 오로지 자신만이 인정하는 소위 학술문화교류협력활동이라는 유명무실한 명분 앞에서 조용히 자신을 돌이켜보는 소중한 시간으로, 시베리아방문탐사 활동에 참여해 서로를 믿고 돕는 마음으로 국익을 위해 활동하는 우리 조사단원들과 함께 웃으며 지내던, 그 날들을 회고해 보는 틈새를 만끽해보고자 과감히 붓을 들어 키보드를 때리면서 조용히 변화하는 운율의 감상에 젖어보며, 한 러 문화협력 강화시대의 문을 열어 한국동굴학회가 추구하는 "동북-중앙아시아지역 동굴과학정보망 구축"의 국제화사업이 성공적으로 추진되기를 희망하며, 한국동굴학회의 발전을 기원합니다.

This article examines cultural content distribution system, particularly of game industry based on the development of digital technology. In this period of convergence and fusion, some phenomenon leads the cultural content distribution system change like value transfer from platform to content. In relation to it, especially in the game industry, three types of distribution is categorized by the industrial structure (offline, online, mobile game) through the case studies and it is expected to be evolve into a base for development of distribution integration model in the future. In conclusion, the article suggest the policy subject for the promotion of cultural content that hold so much competitiveness for long-lasting development by the improvement of distribution structure, blowing off the conflict between companies and publishers, and global business, etc.

This paper examined the multicultural policy orientation and multicultural acceptance of multicultural people. The adifferential exclusion, assimilation, and multiculturism were as proxy for the multicultural policy orientation. The awarness, openness, and empathy were as proxy for the multicultural scceptance. Based on the analysis of two hundred fifty cases, the following results were found. First, the assimilation of multicultural policy orientation have a positively significant influence on multicultural acceptance such as awarness, openness, and empathy. Second, the multiculturalism of multicultural policy orientation have a positively significant influence on multicultural acceptance such as openness and empathy. Third, the differential exclusion of multicultural policy orientation have a positively significant influence on openness of multicultural acceptance.

제34회 전국도서관주간(한국도서관협회 주관, 문화관광부 후원)이 4월 12일부터 18일까지 전국의 공공도서관을 비롯하여 각급도서관별로 다양하게 개최되었다. 우리 협회는 도서관에 대한 국민적 관심과 이해도를 높이고자 지난 ‘65년부터 매년 4월 12일에서 18일까지 1주일 간을 ’도서관주간‘으로 정하고 우리협회에 주관하에 전국 각급도서관이 중심이 되어 다양한 도서관문화 행사를 전개해오고 있다. “도서관에 가서보면 길이 보인다”라는 주제로 개최된 이번 도서관주간 행사에는 ’특별강좌. 강연‘ ’모범이용자표창‘ ’작가와의 만남‘ ’도서관 알기‘ ’동화구연‘ ’독서토론‘ 등과 같은 행사뿐만 아니라 경제위기로 인한 고실업사회의 대응책으로 ’창업 및 구직정보 관련코너‘설치 ’자녀 논술 및 독서지도 강좌‘등이 많은 공공도서관에서 실시된 것이 눈에 띄었으며 ’정보찾기대회‘ 컴퓨터강좌’ ‘영어동화들려주기’ 등의 다양한 프로그램도 정보화, 국제화 시대에 맞춰 개최되었다. 이번 행사에서 특히 눈길을 모은 것은 제주도 한수풀도서관에서 ‘창간호 특별전시회’로서, 이는 고병률 사서의 개인소장자료 전시회로 한 사서의 자료보존에 대한 애착을 엿볼 수 있었으며, 대구광역시립동부도서관의 ‘도서관주간 음악회’와 대학도서관에서는 드물게 개최된 계명대학교동산도서관의 초청강연회 ‘미국대학도서관의 업무처리와 정보 서비스: 연사 박혜옥(캘리포니아대학도서관사서)’등도 돋보였다. 이번 도서관주간에 개최된 각급 도서관별 행사 내역을 아래의 표는 정리한 것임.

Present age are embossing importance and role of tourism industry according to increase of tourists number by internationalization gradually. Susan is necessity to ready our unique cultural special quality that is correct to this because is intending international sightseeing city in APEC, PIFF etc. Specially, the hotel does the mediation deposit role which provides the place it will be able to experience our specific culture in the tourists. The Comodo-Hotel situated in Jung-gu, Susan has elements the Korean traditional culture, but there is problem that these elements is not applied to room interior. Therefore, hotel room remodeling applied to Aesthetic Attributes of the Korea Traditional does so that tourists do it so that may experience our culture familiarly and advances continuously and preserves and inherits our culture together and become universal culture. Target hotel room chooses by Standard-double, Deluxe-twin, Semi-Suite-ondol three type and applies modernity and Traditional characteristics of Korean culture variously and proposes interior remodeling.

새로운 밀레니엄을 불과 몇 년 앞둔 지금 우리는 정치.경제.사회.문화.과학기술 등 전 분야에 걸쳐 전개되고 있는 역동적인 변화를 몸소 체험하고 있다. 냉전시대의 종식 이후 세계의 정치 구도는 경제패권을 둘러싼 지역화.블럭화의 경향을 보여주고, 플랜트와 하드웨어 중심의 규모의 경제가 기술중심의 소규모화 된 현장중심의 범인의 경제로 전환되는 와중에 있다. 사회.문화적 측면에도 오늘날 우리는 국제화, 다원화, 지방화의 무드 속에서 조직구조의 변화는 물론 이에 따른 인간의 가치관과 생활양식의 변화를 때로는 능동적으로 혹은 피동적으로 체험하고 있다. 한편, 과학 기술 분야의 변화는 거대 에너지와 물자를 활용하는 ‘힘-중심적’ 방향에서 새 사고와 아이디어를 요구하는 ‘지식-중심적’ 방향으로 옮겨가고 있다는 것이다. 이는 과학과 기술에 있어서도 에너지, 재료, 기계 등 대대적으로 활용하는 거시적 과학과 기술로부터 지식, 정보, 통신을 중심에 두는 정밀과학, 정밀기술 쪽으로의 변화가 진행중이라는 것을 의미한다. 사회의 변화와 관련된 교육적 대응의 원리는 두 가지 형태로 집약될 수 있다. 교육은 본질적으로 순응(accommodation)과 적응(adaptation)이라는 서로 상반되는 두 가지 기능을 수행한다. 순응의 원리는 교육의 탄생이래 교육목적의 본질에 해당되는 것으로 기존 사회질서의 유지와 체제 존속을 위해 교육은 과거로부터 전해져 내려오는 의미 있는 문화내용을 엄선하여 미성숙한 학생들에게 전수하고 그들로 하여금 문화와 전통을 계승하도록 하는 사회화에 그 일차적인 목적이 있다는 것이다. 따라서 순응의 원리를 강조하는 교육은 과거 지향적이며 외부의 변화에 대해 수동적인 자세를 견지한다. 한편, 적응의 원리에 입각한 교육은 문화와 전통에 대한 피동적 전승을 넘어서 사회의 변화에 따라 교육체제와 내용을 바꾸는 등 적극적으로 변화에 대응하고, 이러한 변화를 주도할 인간육성에 힘을 기울이는 교육방식을 취한다. 시대적 변화의 소용돌이 속에서 교육은 이제 기왕의 많은 교육적 신화들을 타파하고 뉴 밀레니엄을 준비해야할 기로에 서 있다. 현재의 변화를 슬기롭게 대처하고 미래의 변화에 능동적으로 적응하는 인간을 육성하기 위한 오늘날 교육의 사명은 우선 미래사회를 위한 교육정책의 방향을 수립하는 일이다. 교육정책은 국가의 교육방침으로서 현실 교육문제의 해결도 중요하지만 미래의 발전을 기약할 수 있는 장기적인 비젼과 목표 속에서 정립될 필요가 있다. 이러한 의도하에 본 연구는 21세기를 대비한 교육정책의 방향을 탐색하고 그에 따른 정책적 과제를 제시하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적하에 본고는 \circled1 과거 우리 나라의 교육정책을 반성적으로 회고하고, \circled2 미래사회에 대한 전망과 교육적 시사점을 분석하며, \circled3 마지막으로 21세기의 변화에 적응하기 위한 교육정책의 방향과 과제를 내용으로 제시하고자 한다.

Industrialization and Urbanization have given rise to ill effects in areas sudl as standardization and simplification. As a result, eadl area has developed abnormally losing its own uniqueness. During globalization and localization in country, the diverse economic cultural activities adopting the area,s uniqueness are the starting point for development and widening its identity. Excavating and developing local cultural industries are urgent considering the importance of economic profits not having environmental problems. Factors identifying an area's characteristics may be dassified as formation works of urban identity, landscape design. cultural industry, developing local areas, etc. This study was a concrete approadl to compose and analyze domestic and foreign cases factors. For practical analysis and application on the Ulsan,s characteristics from a design point of view, way of local development and cultural industry in Ulsan have been researdled.
