통합 제품-서비스로의 이행: 문헌 연구, 분류 체계, 연구 방향

  • 최근 제조 기업들의 가장 큰 화두 중 하나는 제품과 서비스의 통합이다. 그간 제품과 서비스 통합과 관련한 다양한 개념들이 제시되어 왔으나, 정의 및 유형에 대한 보편적인 프레임워크가 존재하지 않는다. 본 연구에서는 제품과 서비스의 통합에 관련된 다양한 개념들을 아우르는 포괄적인 용어 (umbrella term)로써 통합 제품-서비스(integrated product-service: IPS)를 제시한다. 기존 문헌 연구를 통해 IPS 관련 기존 개념들을 개괄하고, 이들을 Product/service fusion과 Product/service Convergence의 두 가지로 분류한다. 다음으로 IPS를 유형화하기 위한 분류체계(typology)로써 IPS 큐브(cube)를 제시한다. IPS 큐브는 통합의 형태(pattern), 원천(origin), 기술(technology)의 세 가지 차원으로 구성되며, 각 차원이 모두 세 가지 유형으로 구분되기 때문에, IPS 큐브는 27개의 셀로 이루어진 정육면체 형태를 띤다. 각 셀은 고유한 IPS 유형을 나타내며, 각 셀에 해당하는 실제 IPS 사례들이 제시된다. 본 연구에서 제시한 IPS 큐브는 유형별 IPS 개발을 위한 전략, 프로세스, 방법론을 개발하는데 있어서 유용한 시사점을 제공해줄 수 있다.

  • 본 연구에서는 한국과 중국의 휴대폰 사용자를 대상으로 무선인터넷 서비스 사용자의 특성(성, 나이, 직업)에 따라 컨텐츠 선호 유형이 달라지는가를 실증적으로 파악하고자 하였다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여, 본 연구에서는 유무선 인터넷 컨텐츠와 관련한 기존문헌들을 중심으로 무선인터넷 서비스 사용자의 인구통계학적 특성 및 무선인터넷 컨텐츠 유형을 도출 및 정의하였다. 이에 따라, 본 연구에서는 한국과 중국의 휴대폰 사용자에게 설문지를 의뢰함으로써 다양한 통계분석을 실시하였다.

A Study on Developing Facets for Subject Headings in Korea (한국 주제명 표목의 패싯 유형 개발에 관한 연구)

  • The subject heading is an elaborate access tool for subject browsing and searching in information retrieval environment. The purpose of this study is to suggest the applicable facets to subject headings in Korea. First, the concepts of subject and the definitions of facets were investigated in the literature review. Second, six cases including OCLC's FAST, PRECIS, "Thesaurus construction and use", CC $7^{th}$ edition, BC $2^{nd}$ Edition, and UDC $3^{rd}$ Edition were analyzed to focus on configuration of facets as case studies. Based on the results, twenty-two facets were proposed including Topical, Event, Geography, Chronology, Personal and Corporate Name, Title, Form, Genre, Language, and Person facets as 11 top facets. Also, Topical-Thing/Entity and Topical-Action/Status, Part, Kind, Property, Whole, Material, Patient, Product, By-Product and Agent facets as sub-facets of Topical facet.

  • The study aims to analyze the notion of web navigation in library and information science (LIS) by investigating the concepts and its consequences. The analysis is based on 32 articles published in international LIS journals between 1995 and 2012. The study noted the changing contexts of information retrieval in the Web environment, and discusses the changes over time in the way in which the notion of navigation have been regarded. Three main concepts are identified: navigation behavior, navigation strategies, and navigation designs.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 기존의 정보시스템 및 심리학에서 사용한 재미의 개념을 분석하여, 정보시스템 사용자들이 느끼는 재미모형의 유형에는 어떠한 것들이 있는지를 살펴보는 것이다. 이를 위하여 기존문헌연구를 통하여 재미를 구성하는 29개의 항목을 개발하고 이를 검증하여 이 중 15개 항목을 선정하였다. 이후 다시 실증분석 후 재미를 구성하는 하위요인을 사회성, 만족감, 성취감, 열광적 4개의 1차 하위차원으로 정의하였다.

The Effective Management of Grey Literature of Science and Technology in Korea (국내 과학기술분야 회색문헌의 효율적 관리방안에 관한 연구)

  • Grey literature can be used as a substantial resource in Research & Development but it has trouble to manage. This study aimed at getting a better way to manage the grey literature by grasping the present problems in collecting, organizing and using the grey literature. This research studied the definition, type, and characteristics, usabilities of grey literature from the related materials and it performs the case study on how to manage the grey literature in major institutions. Finally, it suggested management method of various materials through the in-depth interview with the staffs in charge of managing grey literature in government institutes.

  • Library 2.0 stands for the term which suggests the changes in library's services. Library 2.0, the term, was first appeared in 2005 and have studied as a meaningful model for library services. The majority was related to the definition of basic concepts, overview of best practices, and case study for individual implementation. There are three goals of this study which is distinguished from other library 2.0 studies. First, I have surveyed various types of services and classified into three groups. Second, I have examined the properties viewed in this light of content, user, and manager. Third, I have propose a new conceptual model of a information ecosystem which thinks the library 2.0 collectively.

Quality Attributes of Archival Information Service affecting User Satisfaction (이용자 만족도에 영향을 주는 기록정보서비스 품질 요인에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of the present study is to investigate the quality attributes of archival information service affecting user satisfaction. The independent variables in this study were equality, tangibles(appearance), convenience, responsiveness, empathy. And the dependent variable was a user satisfaction. The survey was conducted by online and offline for 78 people that used the archival information service. To solve the research question, we used the descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis. As a correlation analysis result, the quality attributes of archival information service had positive correlation with a user satisfaction. And as a multiple regression analysis result, tangibles(appearance) had a significant effect, followed by empathy and convenience. For improving on quality of archival information service, it is required that improving facilities, keeping environment clean, enhancing empathy ability, updating the information of archive, reforming search tools.
