This paper considers the nature of a digital library in terms of definitions and its technical environment It also explores some of the problems and issues involved in demanding and supplying information So current publishing systems and the library resources were investigated. The relative advantages of both electronic and paper journals are also briefly considered and it is suggested that research relating to build the full text database is required. Finally it considers the innovative management technology such as TQM, Business Process Reengineering to innovative library itself.

중의학에는 골다공증이란 병명은 없으나 현대 골다공증의 병인병기와 임상특징에 근거하며 중의학의 "골위(骨痿)", "골비(骨痹)"의 범주에 속한다. 고대 중의문헌에서 골위의 병인은 비교적 복잡하며 병기의 변화 역시 다양하나 "기혈이 유양(濡養)작용을 하지 못하는 것"을 위주로 하는 주요한 병리특징이 있으며, 골비의 병인은 외사, 계절, 병위, 체질 등 복합적인 인소로 인하여 "기혈이 막히는 것(閉阻)"을 위주로 하는 주요한 병리특징이 있다. 골위와 골비의 증상표현은 대략 비슷하나 골위는 하지가 위약(痿弱)하여 사용할 수 없는 것이 특징이며, 골비는 대부분 전신통증을 위주로 하기에 치료법칙에 있어서도 각자의 특징이 있다. 그러므로 본 논문은 중의학이 골다공증의 이론기초를 인식하는 기초를 다지는데 중요한 의의가 있다고 사료된다.

지금까지 다양한 종류의 촉매 시스템에 의한 폴리올레핀 제조법에 관하여 알아보았다. 특히, 기존의 불균일계 착체 전이 금속 촉매 시스템 및 균일계 촉매 시스템에 의한 폴리올레핀 합성법과 비교하여 활성도 및 입체 규칙성 측면에서 최근 세계적인 '핫 잇슈'가 되고 있는 메탈로센 촉매 시스템을 이용한 폴리올레핀 제조법에 대하여 검토하였다. 이들에 대한 상세한 반응기구 및 반응 속도론(kinetics)에 대한 사항은 생략하였다. 이들에 대한 상세한 설명들은 여러 문헌에 잘 소개되어 있으며, 메탈로센 촉매 제조를 위한 다양한 리간드 합성법도 문헌에 잘 소개되어 있다. 이미 설명한 폴리올레핀 신합성법에 사용되는 메탈로센 촉매 및 비메탈로센계 촉매 이외에도 최근 크롬계 촉매 역시 올레핀 중합에 긴요하게 사용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 이러한 관점에서, 현재 국내에서 폴리올레핀 공급과잉 현상은 새로운 기술에 의한 각종 그레이드(grade)의 특화만이 문제점 해결의 지름길이 될 것이라 판단된다.

This study analyzed the characteristics and functions of tags in academic libraries and commercial sites. Tags in tag clouds from 6 different sites were collected in terms of tag popularity and importance. The gathered tags were analyzed in terms of tagging purpose, the tagging function, and the physical characteristics of tags. The results can be used to apply the tagging service to academic digital libraries.

본 연구는 지역간 고속도로에 비해 통행수요가 높고, 진·출입램프 간격이 짧으며, 구간의 용량변화가 심하고, 기하설계 기준이 낮은 도시고속도로 교통안전시설물의 설치·운영상의 문제점을 검토하고, 이를 통한 개선 방안을 제시하였다. 도시고속도로 교통안전시설물 문헌조사는 국내외 관련 기준서를 비교 분석하였으며, 현황 조사는 서울지역의 도시고속도로중 올림필대로를 중심으로 시설물의 종류, 설치방법, 시인성등을 조사하였다. 문헌과 현황조사 결과에 의하면 현행 시설물 중에는 설치 기준의 누락 또는 새로이 개발된 시설물 기준 등이 미흡하며, 시설물의 설치 및 운영이 현행 기준에 크게 못 미치는 것을 나타났다. 또한 경제성을 고려한 시설상호간 중복 및 모순을 배제할 필요가 있으며, 시설물의 유지관리체계 마련이 시급한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기초연구를 통한 신개발 시설물의 설치 기준 설정, 현행 기준의 명확한 적용으로 시인성 및 통일성 확보, 시설물의 중복성 배제와 기능성 확립, 유지관리체계 마련, 그리고 도시고속도로 특성에 맞는 시설물 설치 기준서 및 실무지침서의 개발을 제안하였다.

Furthermore, the study discusses user-centered Libraries, and defines the roles of librarians in managing an effective digital library.

Examine the communication between user and librarian in the digital reference services and discuss the limitations and possibilities in the quality of reference interview. Along with a comparison of traditional vs. electronic reference interview, 26 digital reference services in academic libraries were investigated. Some strategies were suggested to improve the quality of user-librarian communication in the process of accessing the service, of question negotiation and of responding to the questions.

본 논문은 공학교육과정에 기술사업화 교육이 본격적으로 도입되고 있는 최근 추세 하에 국내 공학교육 환경을 고려한 효과적인 기술사업화 교육시스템 모델을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 첫째, 본 논문은 문헌연구를 통해 국내 공학교육 과정에서 전개되고 있는 기술사업화 교육의 주요 이슈들에 대해 진단하고 효과적인 기술사업화 교육시스템의 구축 방향을 분석하였다. 둘째, 본 논문은 문헌연구와 해외사례연구를 통해 공학교육과정에서 도입해야 하는 효과적인 기술사업화 교육시스템 모델을 정의하였다. 셋째, 본 논문은 국내 공학과정에 이미 도입된 기술사업화 교육시스템과 효과적인 기술사업화 교육 시스템 모델간의 비교연구를 통해 현재 국내 공학교육에서 이루어지고 있는 국내 기술사업화 교육시스템의 문제점을 진단하고 합리적인 개선방안을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study was to develop and validate a teaching mathematics anxiety scale for elementary teachers in South Korea. The sample consisted of 150 elementary teachers in 22 elementary schools in Seoul. A total of 21 items were developed and examined for the internal consistence. The results showed that the proposed scale was appropriate to represent the teaching mathematics anxiety of elementary teachers.

This study is a nationwide survey of Korean public libraries to identify and analyze the usefulness of 69 evaluation indicators of a public library proposed by the authors in the previous paper. A random sample of respondents including library managers, librarians, and users rated the usefulness of each indicator in assessing the performance of a public library. The results of this study could be used as the basic data in the evaluation of public libraries by selecting appropriate indicators and giving weight on each indicator according to the specific evaluation purpose.
