The purpose of this study is to analyze user needs of university libraries for design of user-centered information retrieval system. To do this, 6 kinds of basic system design factors necessary for user-centered information retrieval system design of the university libraries are used. The user needs which should be considered for system design are examined and analyzed through the questionnaires made by user-centered approach according to the design factors.

본 논문은 전문대학 의료정보관련 자격증 문제은행을 개발하기 위해 여러 가지 자격증별로 중복되는 세부과목에 대한 통합관리와 반복적 모의고사관리, 문제관리(출제, 복사, 채점), 온/오프라인 및 원격지 학습을 가능하도록 시스템을 구성하였다. 이를 통해 실제 전문대학의 수업시간에 활용이 가능하도록 문제은행의 유형, 출력, 풀이방법, 답안의 조정이 편리한 웹 서비스에 중점을 두고 개발하였다. 또한 국가고시 5지선다와 민간자격증 4지선다 문항을 통합관리하며, 과목별문제출제 및 자격증별 비율에 맞는 문제출제도 가능하도록 설계하였다.

In this research, we have developed a virtual interview simulation system that utilizes the 3D stereoscopic technology. For this virtual simulation can play individual question stereoscopic movies using seamless loop technology, it provides realistic environment and interviewee with 3D filmed interviewer increasing reliable experience for interviewees. Implementing question-pool system and real-time construction of questionnaires is also available so that the interviewee can train and prepare for the various situations. This will reduce the effort for work power, time, place and cost, opening for a possibility of utilizing for many other areas such as linguistics study and public sector.

In this research, we proposed a learner tailoring question recommendation system for web based learning evaluation system. For teaming evaluation process, this system used the item difficulty Each question was stored and managed to the question bank. Item difficulty was recalculated during teaming process and feedback in next course. For learner tailoring question recommendation, learner could choice the teaming part and set the learning difficulty. In application result of proposal method, almost learner could improve learning score by controling teaming difficulty.

최근 인터넷의 대중화와 함께 설문조사 기법이 발전하면서 '사이버 설문조사'의 활용범위가 넓어지고 있다. 웹을 중심으로 진행되는 사이버 설문조사는 적은 비용으로 단시간내 여론을 알 수 있는 장점이 있지만, 서버와 네트워크에 과다한 트래픽을 유발한다. 본 논문은 이러한 단점을 보완하기 위해 이메일 방식을 사용한 멀티미디어 웹 설문지 관리 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 본 시스템은 POP3로 수신된 설문메일을 가져와 처리함으로써 기존의 인터텟상에서 이루어지는 설문조사와는 달리 웹 데이터베이스를 사용하지 않는다. 따라서, 서버의 트래픽을 줄이고, 수신된 설문메일의 설문형태에 따른 키워드로 답변을 필터링하여 잘못된 응답메일은 자동으로 발신하고 제대로 수신된 메일은 문항별로 응답을 데이터베이스에 저장한다. 또한, 기존의 단순한 설문형태를 벗어나 동영상과 사운드를 이용한 멀티미디어 설문메일을 통해 다양한 설문조사가 가능하며 이메일을 이용함으로써 사용자가 직접 설문사이트에 전속하지 않아도 되는 편리함을 제공한다.

I Bank, which is domestic one, has implemented a performance management system based on the balanced scorecards (BSC). The purpose of this study is to understand the status and seek improvements of the performance management system of the bank. To achieve the purpose, this paper makes study about the earlier researches and does empirical study based on the questionnaire survey analysis. After figuring out issues, this paper proposes improvements to operate the performance management system using BSC more properly. The Journal of Digital Policy & Management. For effective web-based teaching and learning, it is necessary to estimate. whether activities for it have attained to the learning goal. In HTML and file based item pool systems, it is difficult to manage, to create questions into various forms, and to share with other systems. It is also not easy to provide suitable questions according to the level of learners. On the contrary, XML document can systematically create a structured information. Since XML represents a structure with meaningful information units, it can be effectively used to manage, search, and store documents. Therefore, we designed and implemented a web-based item pool system based on XML, which can support leveled assessment by analyzing the level of learners and providing appropriate questions according to it.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the status of the joint forest project, which is one of the national forest management system, by using stakeholder participation, transparency of decision making, accountability of actors and stakeholders, The questionnaire survey was conducted using the 5 - point scale and the written form. As a result of the questionnaire survey, various stakeholder participation items had the highest opportunity to participate with an average of 3.3 and the lowest score with 2.3 points for establishing conflict and conflict resolution structures. Transparency was analyzed to be 3.4 points for the project disclosure, 2.7 points for information sharing and education promotion activities for local residents, 3.3 points for the detailed role of the project implementer, and 2.7 points for internal and external monitoring and evaluation of the project with various stakeholders. The results of this research, analyzed through the participatory forest management index, are deemed to be used as basic data for the establishment of a plan for the revitalization of national forest participation management.

The objective of this study is to analyze control factors in protecting activities of business information that affects the effects of protecting leaks of industrial secretes during business security works in the ranks of staffs. A regression analysis was implemented by 36 items of protecting activities of information and 10 items of preventing industrial secretes for a total of 354 users and managers who use internal information systems in governments, public organizations, and civilian enterprises. In the recognition of protecting activities of business information that affects the prevention of controlling industrial secretes, clerks showed recognitions in physical control, environmental control, and human resource control, and software control and assistant chiefs showed recognitions in hardware control and environmental control. Also, ranks of department managers and higher levels represented recognitions in security control activities. It showed that clerks, assistant chiefs, and above department managers show effects of technical control factors on protecting activities of industrial secretes but section chiefs represent system control factors in preventing industrial secretes.

The purpose of the study is to set up factors for evaluating information systems which can meet both users' and developers' needs. These factors can be used as a framework in developing successful information systems. To achieve this purpose factors are selected first from the literature review by the previous studies. Then two different questionnaires based on selected factors were made up and distributed to two separate groups; users and developers. It appeared that there are significant differences on ranking and weighting for evaluation factors of information systems between the user and the developer. 185 factors for evaluating information systems are divided into 9 criteria based on their roles. There are significant differences on ranking under 6 out of 9 evaluation criteria between two groups. These are 'effectiveness', 'usability', 'user friendliness', 'documentation', 'output', 'maintenance'. However, there are no significant differences on factors in 'performance', 'developer', and 'user satisfaction' criteria. As a result of the study 185 factors for evaluating information systems were presented with rank.
