This study proposes the DMA(District Metered Area) operation technologies to reduce water losses in water supply network, such as development of DMA control and monitoring system and analysis method of DMA water flow and pressure analysis. DMA boundary analysis and control and monitoring systems of J city was studied in advance, and some problems to be improved was presented. Water losses analysis program was developed to assess the effects of this study.

Superwarfarin, such as brodifacoum, is a highly lethal vitamin K antagonist used as a rodenticide. Brodifacoum has a particularly long half-life in the body, which ranges to several months, and therefore requires prolonged treatment with antidotal vitamin K. We experienced a case whereby an 18-year-old male was presented to the hospital with a severe bleeding disorder. It was discovered that he had ingested brodifacoum rodenticide with intent to commit suicide. Despite continual treatment with vitamin K, the bleeding disorder persisted for several months before he recovered. We report this case with literature review.

The behaviors of combustion-induced internal flows of SRM equipped with fin-slot grain and submerged nozzle are very complex and diverse. Cold air-flow tests for 2D and 3D scale models of SRM have been done in order to specify the visualization method to analyze particular internal flow patterns such as roll-torque inducing flow. Swirl flow induced by asymmetric vortical tubes also has been visualized through employing various light source and recording directions.

Blister beetles produce cantharidin, which is toxic to people and animals. Cantharidin has been believed to be an aphrodisiac and an abortifacient based on its tendency to cause marked irritation to the genitourinary system leading to priapism in men and pelvic congestion in women for many years. Cantharidin was used by oriental traditional medicine for more than 2000 years. Typical signs related to cantharidin ingestion are gastrointestinal tract and urinary tract irritation, endotoxemia, shock and myocardial dysfunction. Cantharidin is a severe irritant to epithelial linings (gastrointestinal tract, urinary tract, and skin) and develop systemic inflammatory response syndrome. We report a case of corrosive esophagogastritis and acute renal failure by ingestion of cantharidin.

In this study, we designed the routing structure and logic block of a SRAM cell-based FPGA with symmetrical-array architecture. The designed routing structure is composed of switch matrices, routing channels and I/O blocks, and the routing channels can be subdivided into single length channels, double length channels and global length channels. The interconnection between wires is made through SRAM cell-controlled pass transistors. To reduce the signal delay in pass transistors, we proposed a scheme raising the gate-control voltage to 7V. The designed SRAM cells have built-in shift register capability, so there is no need for separate shift registers. We designed SRAM cells in the LUTs(look-up tables) to enable the wirte operations to be performed synchronously with the clock for ease of system application. Each logic block (LFU) has four 4-input LUTs, flip-flops and other gates, and the LUTs can be used a sSRAM memory. The LFU also has a dedicated carry logic, so a 4-bit adder can be implemented in one LFU. We designed our FPGA using 0.6.mu.m CMOS technology, and simulation shows proper operation of a 4 bit counter at 100MHz.

In this paper, the function factors contributing to ITA/EA functions in their organizations, are suggested. Also the reasons to the construction of IT governance system and their effects on the their organizations are discussed and the relationships are verified by empirical model. From the survey, the data of the 227 respondents were collected and regression analysis was performed for validating the research model. ITA/EA functions consist of the IT infrastructure systemization, ITA/EA business process support, IT investment efficiency factors. And the factors of IT resource and performance management, IT process management, IT service management are included to IT governance. The main analysis results described significantly are shows as follows. At first, IT resource and performance management factor is effected by the ITA/EA business process support factor and IT investment efficiency factor. In similarly, IT service management factor is also affected by the factors such as ITA/EA business process support, IT investment efficiency, and IT infrastructure systemization. In additional analysis, IT investment efficiency factor in official sectors, ITA/EA business process support factor in private sectors respectively are described as the significant factors on the IT governance.

Objectives : This study examines the voluntary participation of the members of an organization who maintain cordial and friendly relationships with their colleagues, so that the human resources department within a hospital can be used efficiently. Methods : A total of 600 copies of the questionnaire were distributed, and 524 copies were returned (88%). Of these, 518 copies were used to verify statistic results using IBM SPSS and AMOS Ver. 22.0, including factor analysis, path analysis, mediating effects, and moderating effects. Results : The effect of organizational trust on organizational citizenship behavior has shown that OCBI (Interpersonal) is highly affected at large hospitals. However, the effect of organizational trust on OCBO (Organizational) is highly affected at small hospitals. Conclusions : The results of a gap analysis indicated that among the different aspects of organizational justice, distributive justice and interactional justice have a positive effect on organizational trust in small hospitals. The results also revealed that organizational trust and organizational citizenship behavior in small hospitals are more strongly affected than they are in large hospitals. As a result, job efficiency is improved in smaller hospitals.

The application of polymeric insulators for outdoor use has been increasing as a new replacement of overhead line in abroad. In domestic case, it is actively going on the research of polymeric insulators. The Silicone rubber among polymeric insulators have a good electrical properties, due to surface hydrophobicity. This paper is concentrated on the recovery of surface hydrophobicity and the change of surface construction after electrical stress. The feature of silicone rubber, a good hydrophobicity, is demanded the improvement method as the estimation of the non-ceramic insulators like it.

An inner flow of a porous cylinder with partial slots was visualized to study fluidic phenomena in a solid rocket motor. A high-pressure chamber and an air supply system for high flow rate were used. In order to visualize the inner flow, the smoke generator with a cam-driven pump and heaters and high speed camera were adopted. The results of the cylinder type and the partial slot type were compared. As a result, the injected smoke flow in the partial slot type had circumferential fluctuations unlike the cylinder type. It was found that the circumferential flow induced from the partial slots could be the cause of combustion instability and roll torque.
