가족과 함께하는 창의성 경진대회 평가연구

  • The upcoming century is a knowledge based society which did not exist before which requires creative ability to solve problems. Therefore, it is necessary to Provide a creative program of problem solution in order to match this global trend The creativity of problem solution means the ability to solve a problem using previous ideas in an advanced way or develop new ideas. Creative education is especially important for infants. Because the young mind is where fresh ideas preside and can frame-work the early stage of life like a blank sheet of paper. The Infant-Early Child Creative Development Institute. as an adhesive institute at Yeungjin College, develops various programs that integrate methods which match current trend in this era and also start the Creative Promotion Test with 2,000 Families for the expansion of creative education from the baseline as an alternative method. The infants tested in the creative test will find ways of problem solution through animation beam projects for their given situation and also discuss the problems with their family members. Through these processes the infant and family members will complete the creative structures to solve the problems using limited materials given by the institute, and the final product will be evaluated as objective results. The final evaluation of the test will also be considered the teamwork of family cooperation and the attitudes of participants as well as the product of problem solution. The criterion of the evaluation is to be considered both a creative way of thinking and creative attitudes. Because the score counts were conducted manually it delayed the selection of awarded students who took the test. Also, we found that some parents have difficulty in accessing information to find the score through homepage from the computer. this Problem might be corrected in the future plan. Like Freud's saying, if human character and exploring attitudes during the early stage of a child, a person's creativity is composed their infant period as their basic foundation. Therefore, the family wh first environment the infant encounters will be treated as a prima when making basic structure. From this viewpoint, this creative test work as a festival of creativity fare with 2,000 families.

  • 1990년대 이르러 폭발적으로 증가하고 있는 인터넷 사용인구의 증가와 급속한 컴퓨터 응용 기술의 발전은 교육에 있어서 기존의 대면교육을 원격교육으로 대체하게 만드는 원동력이 되었으며, 21세기 국가 경쟁력 향상을 위해 영재교육에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있는 것이 사실이다. 본 논문에서는 멀티미디어와 결합된 원격교육 시스템이 영재교육에 어떻게 응용될 수 있는지를 살펴보고, 기존의 원격교육 시스템 개발방법론과 차이점을 통해 한국과학기술원 과학영재교육센터 원격영재교육 시스템이 가지고 있는 장점에 대해 살펴보도록 한다.

Problem solving and teaching 'group concept' from the point of symmetry (대칭성' 관점에서 본 '문제해결' 및 '군' 개념지도)

  • The purpose of this paper is as follows: $^{\circleda}$ to disclose the essence of symmetry $^{\circledb}$ to propose the desirable strategy of problem-solving as to symmetry $^{\circledc}$ to clarify the relationship between symmetry and group $^{\circledd}$ to propose a way of introduction of 'group' in school mathematics according to its fundamental characteristic, symmetry. This study shows that the nature of symmetry is 'invariance under a transformation' and symmetry is the main idea of 'group'. In mathematics textbooks and mathematics education literature, we find out that the logic of symmetry is widespread. We illustrate two paradigmatic problem related to symmetrical logic and exemplify a desirable instruction of Pascal's triangle. This study also suggests a possibility of developing students' unformal and unconscious conception of group with sym metry idea from elementary to secondary school mathematics.

  • The purpose of this study is to develop an artificial-intelligence STEAM program for real-time interactive online class for elementary science and to analyze its effect on science academic achievement and creative problem-solving ability. The applied unit was 'Life of plant', a 4th grade science subject with high difficulty in teaching and learning mainly by memorization. The theme of the program is 'Creating a doctor of plant artificial intelligence chatbot'. The results of this study were as follows: The program developed in this study had a positive effect on elementary school students' science academic achievement and creative problem-solving ability. Therefore, the artificial intelligence STEAM program for elementary science interactive online class is effective in improving students' scientific academic achievement and creative problem-solving ability, and further research on artificial intelligence STEAM education theory, method, and practice is required.

Analysis on Statistical Problem Solving Process of Pre-service Mathematics Teachers: Focus on the Result Interpretation Stage (예비 수학교사들의 통계적 문제해결 과정 분석: 결과 해석 단계를 중심으로)

  • In the current society, where statistical literacy is recognized as an important ability, statistical education utilizing the statistical problem solving, a series of processes for performing statistics, is required. The result interpretation stage is especially important because many forms of statistics we encounter in our daily lives are the information from the analysis results. In this study, data on private education were provided to pre-service mathematics teachers, and a project was carried out in which they could experience a statistical problem solving process using the population mean estimation. Therefore, this study analyzed the characteristics shown by pre-service mathematics teachers during the result interpretation stage. First, many pre-service mathematics teachers interpreted results based on the data, but the inference was found to be a level of 2 which is not reasonable. Second, pre-service mathematics teachers in this study made various kinds of decisions related to public education, such as improving classes and after-school classes. In addition, the pre-service mathematics teachers in this study seem to have made decisions based on statistical analysis results, but they made general decisions that teachers could make, rather than specifically. Third, the pre-service mathematics teachers of this study were reflective about the question formulation stage, organizing & reducing data stage, and the result interpretation stage, but no one was reflective about the result interpretation stage.

  • In this paper we solve various triangle construction problems related with radius of escribed circle using algebraic method. We describe essentials and meaning of algebraic method solving construction problems. And we search relation between triangle construction problems, draw out 3 base problems, and make hierarchy of solved triangle construction problems. These construction problems will be used for creative mathematical investigation in gifted education.

  • Mathematics franchise education companies are developing various online learning systems to provide on-off integrated education to learners. Most online learning systems deliver one-way lecture content to learners and perform quantitative problem-solving learning for learning results. However, each learner has different academic achievement competencies, and it is impossible to determine exactly where the level of understanding fell when solving a math method. and based on this, establish an online learning system to discover the weak points of learners and propose an effective learner management method. Through the developed learning method and system, it is expected to cultivate balanced problem-solving ability for learners and provide differentiated brand image and counseling service to franchise companies.

  • 본 논문에서는 Novel Engineering(NE) 기반 메이커 교육이 우리나라 초등 교육과정의 성취기준을 달성하기에 적합한 방법인지를 분석하여 확인한다. NE는 공학과 문해력의 융합교육으로 책 속에서 문제 상황을 찾아 이를 해결하기 위해 공학적 산출물을 만드는 문제 해결 교육 방법이다. 국내에서는 초등학생을 대상으로 NE의 적용에 대한 연구가 점점 늘고 있으나, 교육과정 적합성과 관련된 연구는 매우 부족하다. 본 논문에서는 2015 개정 실과 및 국어 교육과정의 분석을 통하여 NE와 초등 교육과정 간의 연관성을 확인하였다.

  • This study propose the educational potential of an activity that solves the task of one-stroke drawing of complex figures using a drag-and-drop type educational programming language such as Scratch. The problem of determining whether a given shape is capable of one-stroke drawing is a separate problem from actually finding the path of one-stroke drawing and implementing it through programming. In particular, finding a path that allows one-stroke drawing of complex shapes with regularity and implementing it through programming requires problem-solving capabilities based on the convergence of various mathematical knowledge. Accordingly, in this study, problems related to one-stroke drawing concerning polygon-related shapes, tessellation-related shapes, and fractal shapes were presented, and the results of one-stroke drawing programming of the shapes were exemplified. In addition, the mathematical knowledge and computational thinking elements necessary for the solution of the illustrated problem were analyzed. This study is significant as a new example of the mathematics education that combines mathematics and information.
