Metadata is a crucial component of record management, playing a vital role in properly managing and understanding the record. In cases where automatic metadata assignment is not feasible, manual input by records professionals becomes necessary. This study aims to alleviate the challenges associated with manual entry by proposing a method that harnesses ChatGPT technology for extracting records management metadata elements. To employ ChatGPT technology, a Python program utilizing the LangChain library was developed. This program was designed to analyze PDF documents and extract metadata from records through questions, both with a locally installed instance of ChatGPT and the ChatGPT online service. Multiple PDF documents were subjected to this process to test the effectiveness of metadata extraction. The results revealed that while using LangChain with ChatGPT-3.5 turbo provided a secure environment, it exhibited some limitations in accurately retrieving metadata elements. Conversely, the ChatGPT-4 online service yielded relatively accurate results despite being unable to handle sensitive documents for security reasons. This exploration underscores the potential of utilizing ChatGPT technology to extract metadata in records management. With advancements in ChatGPT-related technologies, safer and more accurate results are expected to be achieved. Leveraging these advantages can significantly enhance the efficiency and productivity of tasks associated with managing records and metadata in archives.

While previous studies have recognized and have researched the resistance of students' scientific conception to change and the difficulty of the change of a conception's status, few have investigated the idea of conceptual ecology as a context of conceptual change learning, including the role that affective and motivational aspects might play when students are exposed to conceptual change learning, The present study was conducted to describe in detail high school students' views about learning and knowing science by summarizing of students' conceptual ecologies. The study was interpretive, using multiple data sources to achieve a triangulation of data. Three students from a public high school for boys serve as cases representative of students' views about learning and knowing science. Students' enthusiasm to pursue science was closely connected to their views about learning and knowing science. Students' views about learning and knowing science are influenced by their views regarding science and science class including the nature of knowledge, learning, and their epistemological commitments, They influence students' self-efficacy and motivation on learning science.

Records Management System(RMS) is a system for managing electronic records in records centers. However, RMS cannot content itself with the purpose of introduction and user demands. This is caused by lack of understanding the user's RMS and a review of the lack of detailed features. Therefore, the aim of this study reviews and evaluates a detailed accession function of RMS. Firstly, the study reviewed a detailed function of accession in RMS. Analysing the business processes that each function carried out, it defined functional requirements and investigated functional compliance as the check list which produced by the functional requirements definition. Finally, it surveyed and interviewed public records managers and analyzed the present situation of functional implementation of records accession function. Afterwards, improvement plans and implications were proposed through comparison of global-standard.

EMR(Electronic Medical Record) is being broadly used in general medical institution, but it could be more efficient and convenient if patients could use it themselves. Because present EMR is the formula written by medical experts with professional words, the patient can not identify his detailed symptoms and even the name of disease. Otherwise, the patient should have many efforts for obtaining his medical records. To solve this problem, this study developed Patient-Accessible EMR system, which was founded as one of patient-centric medical services, and it shows that the patient can take his medical information without medical experts.

As information disclosure is actively requested, loopholes of the government's Records Management System have exposed. Important documents of government have been disposed, lost, and closed to the public by the reason that they are 'classified'. This study starts from the recognition of these problems. Researches on classified records are necessary to reveal the historical truth. The purpose of this study is to examine the organization of Records Management System and the management of classified documents of the government institutions. Through the analysis of actual condition of classified records management, it is found that the classified records management is poorly implemented in Korea. This study especially deals with the classified records management system in special records management institutions such as legislative, judiciary, and military agencies. Though this study deals with a specific part of government, it may contribute to improvement of classified records management in government as a whole.

This study investigates the importance of records management for local festivals by focusing on the Chunhyang Festival, one of Korea's oldest regional festival still in existence. This study analyzes the current conditions of records management to indicate problems and offer measures of importance. The results of this study showed the following problems. First, the absence of public-private partnerships and the lack of a stable commission. Second, the absence of ordinances for festival public records management. Third, the absence of systematic document management. Finally, absence of an expert records researcher and the absence of a records archive. Therefore, the study floated for an overall management method for the Chunhyang Festival records.

A choice of a term represent the contents of the documents should be preceded in recognition of the name of an individual. The recognition of the name of an individual which has high reliability can raise the building of information extract system into higher level. Up to now active research on the recognition of the name of an individual human name and the general recognition of the name of an individual have been studied, detailed research on the recognition of the name of a place hasn't be done, however. This thesis suggests detailed methods of recognition of Korean place names system with applying a rule made manully.

Kick motor(KM) for KSLV-I second stage propulsion system is the main hardware that is necessary for launching satellite to it's track. The mass of the kick motor changes with combustion time because the heat insulator is ablated and propellant is used and slag is piled up. We predicted mass change with the flight time using ground combustion data of KM composed of case, propellant, nozzle, ignitor and slag. The mass prediction of kick motor can be used for calculating the two stage mass and center of gravity history.
