In this paper, we describe a deep analysis of question for question answering system. It is difficult to offer the correct answer because general question answering systems do not analyze the semantic of user's natural language question. We analyze user's question semantically and extract semantic features using the semantic feature extraction grammar and characteristics of natural language question. They are represented as semantic features and grammatical morphemes that consider semantic and syntactic structure of user's questions. We evaluated our approach using 100 questions whose answer type is a person in the web. We showed that a deep analysis of questions which are comparatively short but enough to mean can analysis the user's intention and extract semantic features.

This paper describes which UPAN System Implementation using an NAN System as Ubiquitous Numbering and Address System. IT is based to UPTN and eNUM and also scribed by NAN of the ortho phonic korean alphabet. other case, in English. the UPAN system is integrated by two kind of numbering system, one is PSTN, another is domain name and address based IP. By this result we contributed personal ID and many kind of numbering of telecommunications services and all kind of personal ID and numbering system by the proper auto-raising registration. Now, we are confirmed this is key solution of ubiquitous networking and defined supra service structures.

The abstracts written in Korean presented at the Fall Meeting of the Korean Earth Science Society held at the Kangwon National University in October, 1999 were reviewed. They are dotted with foreign expressions and obscure wordings as well as difficult expressions and very long sentences. The foreign expressions are those originated from Japanese, English, and Chinese expressions and words. Several suggestions are made to increase the ability to write good abstracts and articles in Korean on the earth sciences. They include reading many books on natural sciences for general readers, writing sentences not exceeding 20 words, critical reading by professor or colleagues, and open mind to accept their criticisms. The authors should pay attention not to commit various errors shown in Table 2 in this paper.

As the media changes, communication patterns in modern society have been changed as well. This change in the media environment has also transformed the required literacy and it is time to accept this new literacy in Korean language education. At this point, this paper inspected the perception of media literacy classes of 73 teachers currently in the field of Korean language education. The results show that most teachers are aware of the media literacy which has changed socially, and show strong agreement that this changed literacy should be applied in the field of Korean language education. However, today's media literacy education is passive. Although teachers generally understand the dynamic features of newly emerging digital media, it remains as a tool in class. The teachers pointed out that device problems such as device environment and the spread of media are one of the many reasons for such passive usage. However, the more fundamental problem is that the new communication environment has not been reflected in the curriculum actively. Teachers thought that media literacy has a close relationship with Korean proficiency. Also, they saw that this kind of media literacy will be required for Korean learners in the future with more importance. Based on the results of the study, this paper argues that Korean language education needs to accept and reflect the changes of media in the curriculum.

연설문은 구어체와 문어체 두 가지 특성을 모두 갖고 있는 복합적인 데이터 형태이다. 발화자의 문장 표현, 배열, 그리고 결합에 따라 그 구조가 다르기 때문에, 화자 별 갖는 문체적 특성 또한 모두 다르다. 국정을 다루는 정치인들의 연설문은 국정 현황을 포함한 다양한 주요 문제점을 다룬다. 그러면 발화자의 문서 내 문체적 특성을 고려할 경우, 해당 문서가 어느 정치인의 연설문인지 파악 할 수 있는가? 본 연구에서는 대한민국 정책 브리핑 사이트로부터 한국어 기반 사전 학습된 언어 모델을 활용하여 연설문에 대한 미세조정을 진행함으로써 발화자 예측 분류 모델을 생성하고, 그 가능성을 입증하고자 한다. 본 연구는 5-cross validation으로 모델 성능을 평가하였고 KoBERT, KoGPT2 모델에서 각각 90.22%, 84.41% 정확도를 보였다.

WAVE 표준의 채널 구조는 하나의 제어 채널(CCH)과 여러 개의 서비스 채널(SCH)로 나뉜다. SCH 는 비안전 데이터 전송을 위해 사용되며 CCH 는 비콘 및 제어 메시지(즉, 서비스 광고 메시지)의 브로드캐스팅을 위해 사용된다. 두 간격 모두 표준에서 고정된 값(50ms)으로 설정되어 있다. 그러나 고정 길이 간격은 동적으로 변화하는 트래픽 부하에 대해 효과적으로 대응할 수 없다. 또한, 많은 차량이 동시에 제한된 채널 자원을 사용하여 데이터를 전송할 때 수많은 패킷 충돌로 인해 통신 성능이 크게 저하된다. 본 논문에서는 네트워크 성능을 향상하기 위한 적응적 자원 할당 기법을 제안한다.
