In this paper, we propose a concept and model of an additional service system as a kind of convergence system of broadcast and telecommunication. The proposed system use existing back-bone network such as broadcasting or communication networks. For this, we derive channel capacity formula as an approximated closed-form expression in order to show how many reliable additional data can be transmitted through wireless fading channel. From the derived formula, we confirm that the channel capacity is varied according to channel and system parameters.

In this paper, the emergency light where is being scattered always inspection and will be able to manage from the management center. Is not interfered in data neck of a bottle actual condition and the data communication will be possible and the cluster monitor network will grow and uses establishes the emergency light monitoring system. Will not be interfered in location of emergency light and not to be will be able to establish the system. And the monitoring network there is by a destroyer and the communication relay system is born breakdown but the dead zone without condition of emergency light proposes the emergency light management system where the monitoring and management are possible.

통신기술의 발달에 따라 기존의 통신망은 TP 기반의 NGN 구조로 통합이 추진되고 있으며, 서비스 형태도 음성주도형 서비스에서 음성과 데이터가 혼합된 멀티미디어형 서비스로 전환되는 추세이다. 또한 기존 PSTN 서비스를 인터넷기반으로 대체하는 인터넷전화 서비스가 출현하게 되었다. 인터넷전화 서비스는 VoIP 관련 번호 제도가 체계적으로 도입되고 사업자 역무가 구체화될 경우 본격적인 활성화 단계에 진입할 것으로 예상된다. 기업측면에서는 통신 요금을 절감하고 음성과 데이터를 통합하여 사용할 수 있는 사설망 구축을 적극적으로 도입하거나 활용을 검토하고 있는 추세이며 개인 고객들도 향후 IP 기반의 유무선 인터넷전화 서비스를 많이 활용하게 될 것이다. 결국 ITSP와 사설기업망이 많이 생겨나게 되고, 이러한 환경에서는 ITSP(Internet Telephony Service Provider)와 사설 기업망 가입자들은 모든 타사업자 (ITSP, 무선통신사업자. PSTN 사업자, 사설 기업망 등)들간 통신을 위하여 협약을 체결하고, 호 라우팅을 위한 정보를 유지하고 과금 정산 기능을 지원하여야 하는 문제점이 있다. 이를 위한 방안으로서 사업자간 정산 시스템을 중심으로 ITSP와 사설기업망 가입자를 연동하도록 구성할 수 있다. 프로토콜로서는 ETSI 표준 프로토콜 OSP을 사용하도록 한다. 본 고에서는 사업자간 정산 시스템(OSPs : OSP 서버)을 통한 ITSP와 사설 VoIP 망들간의 호 서비스 연동 방안을 제시하였다.

We usually applied PPP CHAP (Point-to-Point Protocol Challenge Handshake Authentication Protocol) when the visited ISP subscriber accesses to authentication server in own home ISP network and IP Assignment for remote Internet service. But PPP CHAP doesn't support in case of visited ISP subscriber in GPRS network accesses to authentication server in own home ISP network for wireless Internet service. We suggest solution this problem with PPP CHAP improvement. For this we propose the modified PPP CHAP message format, PCO Message format at MT, and interworking message and format between GGSN and RADIUS in home ISP network for wireless internet service of mobile ISP subscriber at GPRS network in this paper. We also show authentication results when visited mobile ISP subscriber via PPP CHAP at GPRS network accesses the RADIUS server in home ISP network.

현재 무선인터넷의 중요성이 강조되면서 모바일 단말 장치는 모바일 비즈니스 프로세스에서 중요한 역할을 담당한다. 특히 모바일 장비는 차세대 기술인 임베디드와 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅의 주요 단말 장치이며 개발 대상이다. 앞으로 차세대 이동통신망 중심의 융합 및 이동 단말의 컴퓨팅 능력이 고도화되면 언제, 어디서나, 누구와도 모든 정보를 이용할 수 있는 고속 멀티미디어 통신 환경 즉, 유비쿼터스 환경이 구축될 것이며 향후 이러한 환경에서 모바일 컨버전스 서비스는 특정 시점의 사용자 상황에 적절한 서비스를 제공하는 상황인식의 특성을 가지게 될 것이다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 모바일 컨버전스를 위한 상황인식 에이전트 개발을 위한 컴퓨팅 아키텍처를 정의하고 개발을 용이하기 위해 재사용 가능한 컴포넌트를 기반으로 하여 모바일 컨버전스에 대한 분석 및 설계에 관하여 제시하였다. 이를 통해 모바일 환경에서 재사용성 및 이식성과 에이전트 개발에 대한 시간과 비용에 대한 절감을 기대할 수 있다.

WiBro network technologies developed mainly by Korea are one of very promising 4G technologies. WiBro has been standardized as international standard called Mobile WiMAX, and has been deployed in many countries. Emergency Services in WiBro networks are infrastructure services and will be very essential to induce subscribers from other types of networks. This paper proposes a network architecture for supporting emergency services for WiBro mobile VoIP networks. The proposed architecture is based on WMF's architecture for international compatibilities, and reflects national considerations on interfacing PSAP for domestic compatibilities.

무선 통신망의 발전과 휴대용 단말기의 일반화에 따라 이동성을 기반으로 하는 모바일 컴퓨팅 기술개발이 활발히 진행되어 산업전반에 적용되고 있는 가운데 현장에서 발생하는 정보는 현장에서 처리하는 개념으로 변모하고 있다. 한편, 전력회사에서는 가공, 지중을 망라한 현장설비정보가 지리정보 기반에서 Digital Map형태의 데이터베이스로 구축되어 대부분의 전력설비관리 업무가 수행되고 있으나, 모바일 컴퓨팅을 근간으로 하는 시스템적인 연계처리는 구비되지 않은 상태이다. 따라서 본 연구에서 현장 작업차량의 위치를 사무실에서 상시 파악하여 보수대상 설비위치로 신속히 출동시키게 하고, 현장에서는 사무실과 동일한 기본도와 설비계통도를 내장하여 지리정보 기반에서 고장복구 및 순시점검 등 전력설비관리를 현장에서 즉시 처리할 수 있는 모바일 컴퓨팅 시스템을 개발하고 구현 결과를 제시한다.

Today, packet services for wireless internet is provided by WiBro WLAN 3G, but it is hard to be satisfied seamless connection in each of networks and wide-area service will increase the number of BS(base station) because WiBro and WLAN has been coverage smaller than 3G. that is, communicate which can use continuous and seamless data service is available when user is moving. Therefore, service provider need to integrate network for reducing management expenses. In this paper, we propose advanced handoff algorithm which is considered by 'user demand bandwidth', 'MN(Mobile Node) movement speed' and 'MN service area' and show that simulating result is superior to 'bandwidth allocation', 'QoS(Quality of Service) rate' and 'handoff failure rate'

Recently, the use of locational information is growing rapidly. GPS technology has been adopted generally for obtaining locational information in outdoor spaces. In the other hand, the researches on indoor positioning have been carried out applying WLAN, RFID or Bluetooth technology because of the multi-path interference of GPS signal caused by the physical obstacles such as walls or columns in buildings. However, such technologies for indoor positioning cost too much to build sensing infrastructure and compute-intensive processes are involved. Furthermore, the accuracy of location estimation is variable caused by interior structures in buildings. In this study, to make up for the limitations, descriptive data such as phone number, unique room numbers, or business names readily available in mixed-use buildings is used for extracting location information. Furthermore, during the process, a geocoding method using character matching is applied to this study enabling prompt location estimation and sublating the fluctuation of accuracy caused by interior structures. Based on the proposed method in this study, an architecture is designed, and three-dimensional viewer program is developed for the implementation of this study. Also, this research is quantitatively analyzed through match rate and processing time of proposed method.
