Once the objective of project is set up to alter the present situation to acertain future situation necessary measures need to be taken to accomplish it. In the past, making a plan and transformation was done in the form of handwork, but this article addresses analyzing and handing the project data by using a tool of Microsoft Office System and then by making a reasonable plan. This system also helps transform project data into Excel data and analyze it using Excel, and transform project data into xml data and construct xml database so that it makes it possible to handle and use data efficiently, and to set up automatic project system in the future which leads to efficient project management.

KSLA(Korea School Library Association) is a representative professional association related to school libraries and teacher librarians in Korea. This study tried to propose the strategic plan of KSLA. To do this, major works of KSLA are defined after analyzing current issues of school libraries and the internal environment. Among them, 12 works are selected as strategic works. The survey was carried out to decide which works are regarded as more important or less. After all, this study proposed the strategic plan for 4 works, which are the revision of school libraries promotion law, the revision of elementary and secondary education law, the investigation of teacher librarians' grievance cases and the collection of outstanding educational cases in school libraries.

The strategic plan of nutrition education intervention was established to improve nutritional status and reduce nutrition-related diseases for Korean adults. Nutritional problems and risk factors of the nutrition-related diseases were identified to set the long-term goal and objectives for the intervention. The social learning theory and theory of diffusion of innovation served as theoretical basis for this plan. Mass media and interpersonal channels were used to educate the whole adult population and specific target groups. The outline of the educational contents was developed for the whole adult population and slightly modified according to characteristics of the target groups. This plan can serve as a guideline for the operational plans for the future nutrition education intervention.

조선사는 선주와의 계약에 의한 수주 생산방식으로 계약시 명시된 작업시작일, 도크작업시작일 진수일, 인도일을 지키기 위한 공정별 목표 생산완료일을 결정하게 되고, 각 공장별로 목표 생산완료일을 지키기 위한 일정계획을 수립하게 된다. 생산되는 선박은 선종, 선형에 따라 구성되는 블록의 수가 다르고 그 형태도 매우 다양하다. 그러므로 선박을 건조하기위해 제작되는 블록의 정확한 작업공기와 공수를 예측하기가 매우 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 불확실한 작업공기와 공수를 이용하여 작업장의 공간제약을 고려한 일정계획을 수립하는 문제에 대하여 기존의 공간제약 문제에 대한 연구에서 나아가 실행 단계에서의 운영프로세스를 개선하여 적용하는 연구를 수행하였다. 이번 연구의 결과로 목표 생산계획과 부서계획, 실행 실적을 과거 데이터와 비교분석 하여 개선된 운영프로세스의 효과를 검증하였다.

Recently, in South Korea, security management has been strengthened, but there have been an increasing number of cases where the main infrastructure of the country is hacked in the cyber space. South Korea is equipped with sophisticated information and communication technologies, such as Internet, but is threatened by cyber terrorism of North Korea and terrorist organizations. Nevertheless, there is a limit to how to develop a policy and strategic plan for the country, which is related to domestic terrorism and lacks legal and regulatory facilities, and therefore, in this study, proposed suggestions for building adaptive and efficient policy formulation. Based on the theoretical analysis framework of the Strategic Plan for achieving the objectives of the research, we compared the UK 's security strategy with the national security policy of the domestic government. As a result, several problems were derived: First, the domestic security strategy did not take into account the external environment. Secondly, lack of coordination with domestic cyber security goals setting and strategy is causing ambiguity and confusion. Third, the detailed plan of implementation of national security in each province is designed to ensure that there is a possibility that a mixed side effect between ministries and agencies will arise. Fourth, it was found that there was a limit to prepare the evaluation standards for the evaluation and return of domestic security policies in the country. Therefore, in order to establish a policy for the response of domestic cyber terrorism, we set up a vision from long-term perspectives and concrete targets based on the strategic approach of the security policy, It is necessary to present an assignment and formulate an efficient execution plan. It is necessary to maintain and improve the domestic safeguards in order to be able to complement the problems through evaluation and feedback.

Now post 2012 greenhouse gas reduction commitment being discussed, studies about long-term GHG reduction scenarios toward 2050 have actively been worked separately from 5 years short-term approach. In this paper, background, temperature target, $CO_2$ concentration target, national emission target, and approach of long-term reduction scenarios toward 2050 particularly in European countries such as UK, Germany, France, Netherlands et al. are reviewed. After comparing GDP and emission indices between Developed (European) countries and Korea, some implications of long-term GHG reduction scenarios are deduced. Acting early owing to uncertainty in climate change impact and technology development rather than delaying reduction activity owing to scientific uncertainty in climate change is needed. Providing our society's vision of climate change and government's explicit direction through long-term GHG reduction target setting toward 2050 and economic units' preparing for those are needed.

More informative ones of heuristics can help to conduct search more efficiently to obtain solution plan. However, in general, to derive highly informative heuristics from problem specifications requires lots of computational effort. To address this problem, we propose an State-Action based Planning Graph(SAPG) and Action-based heuristics for solving planning problems more efficiently. The SAPG is an extended one to be applied to can find interactions between subgoal & goal conditions from the relaxed planning graph which is a common means to get heuristics for solving the planning problems, Action-based heuristics utilizing SAPG graphs can find interactions between subgoal & goal conditions in an effective way, and then consider them to estimate the goal distance. Therefore Action-based heuristics have more information than the existing max and additive heuristics, also requires less computational effort than the existing overlap heuristics. In this pager. we present the algorithm to compute Action-based heuristics, and then explain empirical analysis to investigate the accuracy and the efficiency of the Action-based heuristics.

In this study, we have developed a retirement coaching model for effective retirement planning by applying systematic conversation of the coaching technique. A draft of the retirement coaching model was complemented by the validity verification of experts. The retirement coaching model can be summarized as follows. The first step, rapport and empowerment(RE), consists of sharing the image of a happy retirement after establishing a rapport between the coach and the people wanting to prepare for retirement. The second step, target establishment(T), consists of setting the theme and goals of the conversation. The third step, identification(I), consists of developing a retirement plan for achieving the established goals. The fourth step, realization(R), consists of establishing a concrete schedule and a method of retirement planning. The fifth step, evaluation(E), consists of sharing impressions during coaching sessions, which facilitates future action plans.

최근 우리를 둘러싸고 있는 물과 주변 환경은 급격히 변화하고 있고, 인구증가 등으로 물 사용량이 급격히 증가되었으며, 가시화되는 물 부족문제로 인해 인간은 물론 주변 환경까지도 위협받고 있다. 국내의 경우 최근 수자원정책은 세계적인 추세에 맞춰 기존의 물 공급측면 정책과 더불어 물 수요측면의 정책이 부각되고 있으나 수요관리측면에서 수자원정책을 수립함에 있어서 수요관리에 대한 연구 부족, 수요관리를 중심으로 한 효과 검증이 정확하게 규명되어 있지 않기 때문에 물 수요측면의 정책을 수립함에 있어서 많은 어려움이 발생한다. 따라서 물 수요측면의 정책 수립을 위해서는 무엇보다도 과거 용수이용 추이 및 현재의 이용량이 정확히 파악되어야 한다. 이를 위한 전국의 공업용수의 실제 사용량 조사를 통해 전국의 지역별 물이용 경향을 파악하고자 하며, 이를 토대로 수자원의 효율적인 배분계획을 수립하고, 물을 어떻게 적절히 공급할 것인가에 대한 방안을 수립하는데 중요한 자료가 될 것이다. 본 연구에서는 생활용수 및 공업용수 실 이용량을 조사 및 분석하여 용수의 합리적인 개발, 이용과 배분 등 국가 물관리 정책을 수립하고 향후 장기적이고 안정적인 용수공급계획과 균형적 안정적 용수배분을 목표로 하는 종합적 수자원정책을 수립하는데 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다.

오늘날 정보와 정보시스템은 조직의 핵심 자원 중의 하나이다. 이러한 자원이 효율적이고 효과적으로 활용되지 못하면, 조직의 전략적인 목표 달성에 지장을 초래하게 된다. 이처럼 중요한 자원을 효율적이고 효과적으로 관리하기 위해서는 정보시스템에 대한 적절한 통제가 수립되고 이러한 통제가 적절하게 작동하는지를 점검하고, 여기에 대해서 조언을 해 주는 기능, 즉 정보시스템 감사 기능을 수립하여 실행하는 것이 필요하다. 그러나 정보시스템 통제/감사 체계를 도입하더라도 그 수준은 조직에 따라서 달라질 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 정보시스템 감사/통제 성숙수준을 평가할 수 있는 한 모델인 CobiT의 기본 개념과 적용 사례에 대해서 알아본다.
